본 연구는 우리나라 대학도서관의 사용자에 대한 환경심리학적 고찰을 중심으로 물리적 환경에 따른 독립성과 사용자들의 공간행위에 대하여 변화도를 조사하였다. 특히 사용빈도 수가 많은 연세대학교 중앙도서관 일반사무실과 사용자를 대상으로 관찰과 설문을 통하여 자료를 수집 하였으며 이상의 상황에 대한 자료는 Chi-Test 검증법에 의하여 사용자들의 착석행위 및 프라이시의 변수들의 상이점을 분석 확인하였다. 결론에서 사용자들의 공간행위 및 프라이버시와 환경인자에 대한 인간의 반응에 관한 문제점 해결 방안과 실내환경 디자인의 이상적인 계획을 제시하였다. The study aims to investigate environmental design factors such as psychological aspects of reading room users in University libraries in Korea. With particular reference to a general reading room in Yonsei University library, observational metnob and structured questionnaire were made to collect data on users spatial behaviour and their attitudes towards the immediate environment. The data were analysed by using chi-squared test in an attempt to find out users seating pattern and their realationship to various environmental conditions. Finally, it has been suggested that the pattern of spatial behaviour of users in relation to privacy and human responses to the environment should be considered in designing an optimum environment.

This study was performed to investigate constraint effects of deformation (heaving, lateral displacement) of Clayey foundation reinforced with sheet pile at the tip of banking on soft ground, under intact state (natural) and the state of vertical drain respectively.The following results are obtained.1. In view of reduction in heaving or lateral displacement, sheet pile is not supposed to be of use.2. Sheet pile is effective only when vertical drain is installed for acceleration of consolidation and gradual loading is applied. 본 연구의 목적은 비선형 흙-구조물 상호 작용문제를 연구하기 위한 계산 절차를 개발하는 것이다. 흙-구조물 상호 작용 거동을 연구하기 위하여 연직과 수평하중을 동시에 받은 대상기초와 강널말뚝으로 보강된 기초지반에 대한 유한 요소 수치해석을 하였으며 흙과 기초구조물 사이의 상호작용 거동을 모델하기 위하여 접합요소를 사용하였다 주 해석 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 침하와 측방변위의 예측에 대해서는, 접합요소를 사용한 결과가 더 큰 값을 얻었다. 2. 극한지지력 결정에 대해서는 접합요소를 사용한 경우가 약 12%정도 더 작게 나타났다 3. 대상기초의 수평과 연직변위는 접합요소의 영향을 받았다. The purpose of this research is to develop computational procedures for studying nonlinear soil-structure interaction Problems. In orders to study soil-structure interaction behavior, the finite element analysis for the strip footing subjected to both vortical and lateral loads, and foundation layer reinforced with sheet pile are considered, interface elements are used between the footing and the soil to model the interaction behavior The main analyzed results are as follows; 1. For the prediction of settlement and lateral displacement, the result due to interface element was evaluated larger then without interface element. 2. For the determination of ultimate bearing capacity, the value using interface element appeared smaller by 12%, which was safe. 3. The horizontal and vertical displacement of strip footing affected by the presence of interface element.

The purposes of this research are to use the buildings efficiently and long, save energies, make the cozy and comfortable environment of residential and living spaces, rearrange the related acts for easy implementation of remodeling, and activate the government's support programs so as to make remodeling activated in a safe mode. The scope and methodology of this research include the review of existing literatures and data on remodeling, census on apartment residents, influence factors, and the development of methods for activation of building remodeling and strengthening of safety management, like activation measures, licensing and ordering regulation updates, etc regarding the remodeling. Safety inspection and in-depth inspection before and after remodeling should be regulated. The construction materials for remodeling should be light weighted and the construction methods which can minimize the impact and vibration during construction should be selected. The improvement of regulation on the remodeling contractor qualification and order method should be updated. If the remodeling is activated and safety management is reinforced by the suggested measures, solving of lack of house, prevention of abuse of resources, and improvement of residential environment could be accomplished rationally.

Since Construction Management system was introduced into internal constructional industry, many institutional or political studies have been performed continuously in order to calm down domestic situation. However it is hard to expect normal activation of construction management without basic educational programs. There were a few researches reporting comparative review for educational contents of construction management in the curriculum of domestic architectural school. Therefore the purpose of this study was to analyze systematically the problems of current curriculum for education of construction management in the department of architectural (engineering) and suggest possible ways to improve those in comparison with educational programs of construction management of foreign Architectural school. In addition this study intended propose a fundamental concept in establishment of construction management through examination of various aspects of Japanese construction management system.
