        심리적 문화체험이 직무성과에 미치는 영향연구 -화장품판매조직 내부고객을 위한 문화마케팅사례-

        The service industry will be essentially extended during the economic growth and industrial development. Especially, the role of workers meeting the customers in service industry is very important from the view point of purchase intention. So many companies in service industry endeavor to increase the work efficacies of workers through the various prizes and incentives, and improve the job performance by additional education. Recently, the incentive tours are comprehensively accepted as an efficient tool to promote the loyalty and job performance of workers. The incentive tours enable the worker to gain the cultural experiences. They will experience not only the natural heritages and antiques, but also the local life culture and arts culture. The culture marketing for worker as the internal customer increase the worker`s loyalty and the ties among workers, and therefore, their job performance will be increased. The empirical results (162 workers surveyed) showed the incentive tours have improved both the individual and group``s job performance at a cosmetic sales organization. So it is recommend to plan the organization specific incentive tour in order to improve the productivity of the service organization.

        몬드리안 작품을 모티브로 한 네일아트 디자인 연구

        다양한 라이프스타일과 TPO에 맞는 이미지연출이 필요한 소비자에게 니즈를 충족시키고, 문화적으로 융합의 미가 강조되는 현대인들에게 조형예술의 한 분야인 회화를 접목시켜 네일아트의 새로운 디자인 방향을 제시하기 위하여, `몬드리안’의 작품을 모티브로 한 네일아트 디자인을 연구하였다. 네일아트 디자인 개발에서는 회화적 느낌의 핸드페인팅 기법을 사용하였다. 첫 번째 작품에서는 ’몬드리안’의 회화를 모티브로 하여 무채색에 선과 변을 강조하여 도시적인 모던한 이미지를 표현하였다. 두 번째 작품은 원색을 사용하여 비비드 컬러가 주는 다이나믹하고 활동적인 캐주얼 이미지를 표현하였다. 세 번째 작품에서는 화려한 배색에 자연의 장식적인 미를 추가하여 호화롭고 화려한 고저스 이미지를 제시 하였다. 또한 각 이미지를 직장, 레져, 문화생활을 위한 코디네이션으로서의 디자인 활용도를 탐색하였다. 본 연구에서는 몬드리안의 회화를 모티브로 하여 네일 디자인을 제시함으로서 예술 작품을 모티브로 한 네일아트 디자인 연구가 가능하다는 것을 확인하였고, 네일아트 디자인 분야에서도 몬드리안 작품의 단순미가 여러 이미지로 충분히 표현될 수 있으며, 활용될 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 향후 몬드리안의 작품을 모티브로 한 연구에서는 보다 다양한 이미지를 제시하고, 더 많은 예술 작품들을 모티브로 한 네일 디자인연구를 지속하고자 한다. 이에 본 연구가 후속 연구의 기초 자료로 활용되어지기를 희망한다. The nail art design with the motif of Mondrian’s works is studied, to cover the consumer’s needs that are necessary for the image display suitable for the various life styles and TPO, and to suggest the new design direction of the nail art grafting the paintings to modem people emphasizing the cultural fusion"s beauty. The hand painting techniques of painting"s feeling is utilized. At the first work, the modem images of city are presented using the achromatic colors with lines and sides. At the second work, the active casual images produced by vivid color are presented, using the primary colors. At the third work, the luxurious and splendid gorgeous images are presented adding the decorative beauty of nature with the splendid arrangement of colors. The design applicability of each image is researched as the coordination for job, leisure and culture life. This study suggested the nail design with the motif of Mondrian’s works, and it is found that the study on the nail art design with the motif of art works is possible. The simple beauty of Mondrian’s work can be presented and applied as the various images. In the future"s study on the motif of Mondrian’s works, more images will be suggested and the nail design study with the motif of more art works hopefully continues.

        헤어스타일과 네크라인에 따른 이미지 메이킹의 효과적 연출

        The purpose of this study was to identify the correlation between neckline style and hair style related to personal image. This study focuses on the visual effects of various hairstyle-neckline combinations. The study employed a model with oval face and examined 15 combinations made up of five necklines and three hairstyles. Looking at various images depending upon different necklines, in case of round, V, boat, square, and high necklines, medium wave hair and long straight hair, short wave hair. In case of medium wave hairstyle with round necklined clothes created an image of strong individuality, feminine image, long straight hairstyle and round necklined clothes made the face line look distinct, and short wave hairboat neckline created an optical illusion that made the face look short. It is expected that this study will help understand the combinations of hair style and neckline in more various perspectives.

        자외선의 피부에 대한 유해성에 따른 경구용 화장품 개발에 대한 연구 - 칼라구알라(Polypodium leucotomos)의 임상연구를 중심으로 -

        본 연구는 중앙아메리카의 폴리페놀 화합물로 이루어진 선바위고사리과에 속하는 양치식물 칼라구알라(Polipodium leucotomos)가 자외선 유해성으로부터 피부를 보호할 수 있는 항산화력과 활성 산소 유리기 농도를 알아보는데 그 목적을 두었다. 본 연구를 위하여 30대 이상 남녀 14명을 대상으로 4주 간 2개의 그룹으로 나누어 각각 칼라구알라와 위약을 섭취, 30 min 후 자외선에 노출되도록 하였다. 노출 후 3 h이 경과된 후에 각각 전완정맥에서 채혈하여 활성 산소 유리기(free oxygen radical) 농도와 총항산화능(total antioxidant capacity, TAC)을 비교 분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 요약할 수 있었다. 첫째, 칼라구알라는 4주 후 활성 산소 유리기 농도를 유의하게 감소시켰고, 자외선 노출 30 min 후와 3 h 후의 활성 산소 유리기 농도는 위약군에 비해 유의하게 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 칼라구알라는 4주 후 안정 시 총항산화능력을 유의하게 증가시키지 못하였지만, 자외선 노출 30 min 후와 3 h 후의 총항산화능력은 위약군에 비해 유의하게 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 사회가 급속도로 성장함에 따라 발생하는 대기오염, 각종 공해로 인하여 성층권에서 지속적으로 오존을 감소시켜 지상에 도달하는 유해 자외선량이 증가한다. 이는 활성화산소를 증가시켜 질병과 노화를 촉진시키는 요인이 된다. 기존의 반사와 산란작용으로 1차 피부를 차단하는 보호제외에도 칼라구알라와 같이 신체 내부에서 2차 차단을 할 수 있는 경구용 광항산화제의 연구가 계속적으로 이루어져야 할 것으로 사료된다. This study's purpose is to research the antioxidant power of Calaguala (Polypodium leucotomos, PL) as an oral supplement: Calaguala, a native of Central America, is a fern which belongs to the family polypodiaceae protecting the skin from the ultraviolet and active oxygen free radicals. The total 14 volunteers, each female 7 & male 7, were divided into 2 groups, then exposed to UV for 30 min after taking Calaguala and placebo. The total antioxidant capacity (TAC) was analyzed by taking the blood samples from anticubital vein 3 hours after UV exposure. First, Calaguala siginifcantly decreased the concentration of active oxygen free radicals 4 weeks later. The concentration of active oxygen free radical in PL group declined more than placebo group, when measured 30 min and 3 hours after UV exposure. Second, Calaguala did not significantly increase TAC 4 weeks later, but significantly decreased TAC 3 hours after exposure, when compared with placebo group. Now days, the photo allergy and photo aging caused by air pollution and ozone destruction have drastically increased, and thus the amount of UV radiation reaching the earth's surface increased. The increase of active free oxygen radicals resulted in accelerating the diseases and aging. The first superficial protecting protection by reflection & dispersion and the second body internal protection by taking oral photo antioxidant such as Calaguala should be continuously researched.

        연구논문 : 뷰티산업에 관한 정책행위자의 인식과 견해

        The objective of this thesis is to assess the recognition and opinion of policy actors from the government and private organizations on the country`s beauty industry and its nurturing plans, thus taking appropriate promotion measures so that the industry will be on the right track. We conducted a two-month survey of 160 experts of six camps from the government, political camp and 4 private organizations that are involved in domestic beauty industry between September 15 to November 30, 2010. The significance difference is 0.05 using a software (SPSS/Win 17.0). We report the results of this survey as follow: Each camp expressed different reactions to the scope of beauty conception. However, there is general consensus that those who are working for the beauty industry regard the whole beauty-related industries as one beauty industry. Many respondents said the beauty industry contributes much to the national economy, adding the government should work out measures to boost the industry. However, politicians and lawmakers said they are less aware of the necessity. Many respondents also agreed that policies aiming to nurture the beauty industry will benefit the related parties, but politicians and lawmakers had negative reactions over the issue. In this context, it is imperative that as far as the beauty related agenda is concerned, this should be classified into cosmetics, beauty service, beauty health and beauty fashion, as part of efforts to discuss any policymaking issues in more detail. Therefore, if we determine to strengthen the presence of domestic beauty industry, it should first persuade the politicians and lawmakers to do their job as much as possible.

        BIG 5 모델을 통한 장년기 여성의 미의식과 외모관리행동이 자아존중감에 미치는 영향

        The motivation of this study came from the human being`s desire for maintaining the healthy and pleasant life at aged society and women`s interest in beauty transcending the generation. The study is highly significantly meaningful that is able to help the social stability and the formation of the friendly family relationship maintaining the healthy and beauty soul & body of mature stage women carried by the physical and mental changes. It is researched how the appearance management behaviour influences the women`s self esteem applying big five model of personal characters, in order to overcome the pain caused by depression, stress, degeneration and climacterium accompanied by the mature stage and to pursue the beautiful life cycle. First, the agreeableness was higher, then the cognition of the beauty to consider the appearance as important was lower, whereas the conscientiousness was higher, then the cognition of the beauty was higher. Second, the emotional stability influenced reversely the appearance management behaviour. Third, the appearance management behaviour and cognition of beauty influenced positively the self esteem. Fourth, the extroversion (B=.234, p<.01), emotional stability (B=.135, p<.05) and openness to experience (B=.298, p<.001) have influenced positively the self esteem. This study hopefully will be utilized as the differentiated marketing data for the beauty industry to promote the self esteem for the healthy and beautiful life of old aged women confronting the empty nest period. Furthermore, it hopefully will be utilized as the basic data to re establish the social values and efficacies of beauty.

        델파이 조사방법을 활용한 피부미용전공 졸업예정자들의 취업결정요인 분석

        Recently, Wellbeing industry has been developing rapidly, people seem to be interested aging of the skin and protecting of the skin. Accordingly, it was a chance to increase the skin care service and related industries. As skin-beauticians are increased by that, education and employment for skin care industry have become an important issue. Therefore, to find factors of effective employment for skin-beautician is a very important thing. we have been used the Delphi method in this paper and obtained Value of Coefficient Variation and CVR in Results through the three Delphi surveys. So, we make a conclusion to define the factors of effective employment for skin-beautician supporting the skin care education and industry.

        미용관련교육기관의 교육서비스 품질이재등록 의도에 미치는 영향

        Everyone has the desire to be well shaped. Modern people in the 21st century utilize theirexternal appearance as a tool to express their personalities and social activities for the improvement of cultural life and the acceleration of information transfer. The expression of beauty is a method of communication from the view point of creation in addition to the exchange of meaning & value, and it has become a method of image transfer due to the increased desire for a better appearance. The beauty industry was established in 1948 by the execution of the 1st hairdresser``s license test, and has been developed in full scale through the enactment of the public health control act. Therefore, beauty education is currently qualitatively and quantitatively developed, and the educational role of the beauty institute has expanded to include training beauty professionals. Private beauty institutes provide students with beauty related education in preparation for the national technical qualification examinations or private beauty association tests. These beauty education opportunities enable aspiring beauticians to attend various beauty competition events and acquire a sense of accomplishment. The purpose of this study was to determine how the quality of the beauty educational institutes affects the re-registration rate, and to analyze the effect of the beauty educational institutes quality on the intention of re-registrations using a survey. The study results show that variables such as ‘lecture satisfaction``, ‘internal environment satisfaction``, ‘facility satisfaction``, and ‘tuition satisfaction`` are significantly related to the rate of re-registrations, with ‘lectures satisfaction`` especially having the largest influence on re-registration.
