충북 CT산업의 추진 방향에 관한 연구 : 타 지역 사례분석을 중심으로

This study analysed the growth scheme to the local firms of CT in Chungchongbuk-do. We researched the successful cases in the field of CT in nation and overseas. We found that the successful cases in the field of CT were concerned to Network of firm-academy-government and their Innovation. According to Network and Innovation, the CT's firms became an industrial complex(cluster). The local industrial complex of the traditional industries value networks among same category of businesses, however, the local industrial complex of CT are interested in the different type of business (i. e. multimedia, development technology, digital contents, marketing). The growth to the local firms of CT in Chungchongbuk-do is closely related to Network of firm-academy-government. The traditional industry transforms the ultramodern industry, and its industry needs to request Innovation. The growth to the local firms of CT in Chungchongbuk-do is closely related to innovation of the local government and firms. 포털사이트 네이버(Naver)와 구글(Google)의 특성 비교연구 : 뉴스 서비스 특성을 중심으로

본 연구는 한국의 대표적인 포털사이트 <네이버>와 세계적인 포털사이트 <구글>이 한국에서 제공하는 뉴스 서비스의 특성을 비교 분석하였다. 이러한 고찰을 통해서 <네이버>와 <구글>이 제공하는 뉴스 서비스의 특성들을 저널리즘의 관점에서 비교 분석함으로써 포털미디어의 역할과 기능을 탐색하였다. 한국 포털사이트 1위인 <네이버>가 제공하는 포털미디어에서 연성뉴스인 사회분야 뉴스는 가장 활성화되었고, 경성뉴스인 경제 분야 뉴스는 가장 활성화되지 않았다는 점은 문제점으로 지적할 수 있다. 인터넷 댓글은 뉴스 이용자의 뉴스 이용 및 상호작용을 나타내는 중요한 변인인데, <네이버>는 <구글>보다 55배 정도 댓글이 많은 것으로 나타나 <네이버>가 온라인 저널리즘에 미치는 영향이 크다는 것을 알 수 있다. 그리고 <네이버>의 속보성은 저널리즘의 측면에서 높이 평가할 수 있으나, 이러한 속보성 뉴스가 뉴스의 연성화로 나타나고 있다는 점은 부정적인 측면으로 볼 수 있다.

개정 미디어법이 지역 언론에 미칠 영향에 관한 일 고찰

한나라당의 개정 미디어법으로 지역 언론이 위기에 처해 있는데, 지역 언론의 위기는 곧바로 지역사회의 위기이다. 지역의 여론형성과 다양성을 제한하는 이명박 정부의 언론정책은 지역성을 약화시키고 있다. 지역 언 론이 공공성을 갖고 지역에서 언론의 역할을 해 나갈 때, 지역사회도 발 전할 수 있다는 점을 인식할 필요가 있다. 이것은 지역 균형발전이라는 국가정책에서도 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 물론 개정 미디어법이 갖고 있는 긍정적인 측면이 있다. 하지만, 현재의 개정 미디어법은 여-야 모두 지나 치게 정치적인 측면에서 이를 접근하고 있는 것 같다. 개정 미디어법이 지역 언론, 나아가서 지역사회에 미칠 영향을 세밀하게 분석하고 대안제 시가 시급한 시점이다. GNP(Grand National Party) pushed ahead with a drastic the Amendment of the Media Law. And its amendment can bring about on the crisis of the local media and local society. The government’s media policy enforce restrictive the diverse public opinion in local, and its policy can weaken regional characteristics. If the local media have the regional characteristics, the local society also would be developed. The regional balance development policy carry an important meaning as a national policy. In fact, the Amendment of the Media Law have the view point of positive, however; its issue have a confrontation between the ruling party the opposition party. We need to suggest an alternative amendment after researching the amendment from the view point of the negative and positive.

정치관련 인터넷 뉴스서비스의 특성에 관한 연구 : 온라인 저널리즘의 방향성

본 연구는 인터넷 미디어인 포털 미디어와 신문사닷컴이 대표적인 경성뉴스인 정치관련 뉴스를 비교 고찰함으로써 정치관련 인터넷 뉴스서비스의 특성을 고찰하였다. 아울러 정치관련 인터넷 뉴스서비스의 특성에 미치는 주요 요인들을 고찰하였다. 인터넷 미디어의 관련뉴스 서비스는 온라인 저널리즘의 장점을 살릴 수 있다. 그리고 의제설정의 관점에서 보면 정치관련 뉴스는 감성적인 연성뉴스보다 뉴스 이용자들에게 심각한 영향을 미칠 수 있으며, 또한 뉴스의 연성화 관점에서 보면 정치관련 뉴스의 연성화 현상은 저널리즘의 역기능적인 측면에서 논의될 수 있다. 포털 미디어는 관련뉴스 서비스를 통해 정치관련 뉴스를 심층보도할 수 있음으로써 온라인 저널리즘의 장점을 살릴 수 있는 긍정적인 측면 있다. 하지만, 포털 미디어뿐만 아니라 신문사닷컴을 포함한 인터넷 미디어는 정치관련 뉴스의 연성화라는 부정적인 측면도 있다. This study is a research for the characteristics of the Internet's news service in connection with the political news on the Portal Media and the Press dotcom. We conduct examine the main political news on Internet Media, and explore the relative news, headline news, and soft news. Internet's the relative news can supply the strengths on online-journalism. From the perspective of the Agenda Setting, the political news have a strong influence on users. And the soft news of the political news produce adverse effect on the journalism from the soft news' view point. Finally, the study shows that the political news of Internet Media have a positive function thorough the relative news, however the soft news and agenda(headline) of the political news have a negative function on the journalism.

황성신문 발행진의 정치사회사상에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to research the publishers' thought of the Hwangsongshinmun (Hwangsong Daily Newspaper) during the last years of the Chosun Dynasty. Hwangseongshinmun was being Published from Sep. 1989 to Aug. 1910 (12 years). This time that Chosun came to reach an extreme crisis by the Great Powers. In particular, Japan intruded itself into Korea on politics and economy. In these circumstances, the Chosun's elite had thought and movement to recover the national sovereign and to construct national independence. Hwangseongshinmun's publishers followed the line of the Patriotic Enlightenment Movement (愛國啓蒙運動). And so Hwangsongshinmun was speaking for the Patriotic Enlightenment Movement. In the course of the movement, Hwangsongshinrnun would be educated the people from the press campaign. We researched the political and press thought of the publishers. The Hwangsongshinmun publishers based upon Confucian idea, but their did not remain the Idea. They pursued the modernization of all aspects including politics, economy, society, culture etc. The Hwangsongshinmun publishers believed the reformed through the reader's enlighten. The Hwangsongshinmun publishers participated in the Patriotic Enlightenment's organizations. And so we estimated that the Hwangsongshinmun was the role of the Patriotic Enlightenment Movement. 본 연구에서는 한말 대표적인 민간신문이었던 황성신문 발행진의 정치사회사상을 고찰하고자 하였다. 한말 민간신문의 성격을 살펴보기 위해서 신문 발행진의 정치사회사상을 살펴보는 것은 의미 있다. 왜냐하면 발행진이 갖고 있던 정치사회사상이 신문의 성격 혹은 논조를 결정하는 주요한 변인으로 작용할 수 있기 때문이다. 연구자는 발행진의 정치사회사상을 고찰하기 위하여 그들이 갖고 있는 사회적배경을 살펴보았다. 발행진은 전통적인 유생 가문을 배경으로 하는 신분 배경을 갖고 있었으며, 이에 따라 자연스럽게 한학을 배우는 교육 배경을 갖고 있었다. 이들 중에서 몇 명은 해외 유학을 다녀오기도 했으며, 또한 외국 시찰을 통해 견문을 넓힐 수 있는 기회도 가졌다. 다음으로 발행진의 단체활동을 살펴보았는데, 이들은 대체로 독립협회를 비롯한 애국계몽운동단체에 관여하고 있었다. 물론 이들의 단체활동은 언론활동과 분리되었던 것이 아니라 병행하여 활동하였다. 따라서 이들이 발행한 황성신문은 애국계몽운동과 밀접한 관계를 맺고 있었던 것이다. 황성신문 발행진의 사회적 배경에 대한 고찰을 통해서 그들이 갖고 있는 정치사회사상은 개량적 유학사상, 사회개혁의 한계성, 애국계몽운동의 참여 등으로 요약할 수 있다. 이러한 그들의 정치사회사상은 황성신문의 성격을 형성하는데 주요한 변인으로 작용하였음에 틀림없다.

Analysis of Korean Portal News Service and SNS News Sharing: Naver’s Automatic Q-rating System

This study examined the characteristics of news service recently introduced by portal site, Naver, and reviewed news contents distributed by news users through SNS during that time. According to the analysis, Naver introduced a news algorithm, called ‘automatic news generation,’ to continue providing more hard news than soft news in the headlines, as before, and responding to social criticism appropriately by lessening news softening. According to the analysis results of news users’ SNS distribution of news contents, not only Naver’s headlines but also Naver’s soft news, and various news softening contents, are shared through SNS. It should be noted that Naver wields enormous influence within the Internet news ecosystem. Moreover, Naver news is a source that news users consume and circulate. Instead of giving up the news service, which is a killer content provider, Naver managed the main news, including headlines, with a fresh news algorithm system and changed news to be personalised, considering social criticism. However, Naver’s news services approach now relies on a few affiliated news media outlets. Therefore, Naver’s news does not represent meaningful and local voices. Thus, a contemporary news algorithm, ‘automatic news generation’ can lead to news expansion for specific media and personalization of news can further softening in the Internet news ecosystem.

포털 저널리즘의 역할과 평가 : 포털미디어에 대한 기존 연구 및 논의를 중심으로

본 연구에서는 포털미디어의 영향력에 따라 형성된 포털 저널리즘의 역할과 평가에 주목하였다. 인터넷 미디어의 영향력 증가, 특히 포털미디어의 사회적 영향력이 증가하고 있는 상황에서 포털미디어에 대한 규제, 의제설정 기능, 포털미디어의 연성화 등에 대한 관심이 커지고 있다. 인터넷 포털의 뉴스 서비스가 막강한 영향력을 행사하고 있는 상황에서 이를 규제하려는 정치 법적인 제도적 규제뿐만 아니라 사회 문화적 규제의 필요성이 제기되었다. 포털미디어의 의제설정은 기존 미디어의 의제설정과는 다른 접근이 필요하다. 왜냐하면, 포털미디어는 다양한 뉴스원으로부터 뉴스를 공급받아 뉴스 서비스를 하기 때문에 미디어 의제가 미디어 사이에 전이될 수 있는 개연성이 있다. 뉴스 연성화 문제는 이미 기존 미디어에서도 동일하게 논의되었던 문제이다. 포털미디어의 뉴스 서비스가 타급뉴스에 의존하고 있는 상황에서 타급뉴스의 뉴스원인 기존 미디어의 연성화는 포털미디어의 연성화로 이어질 수 있는 개연성이 있다. 포털미디어가 포털 저널리즘으로써의 역할을 하고 있음을 생각할 때, 포털미디어의 연성화는 저널리즘의 부정적인 측면으로 볼 수 있다

미군정의 언론정책과 좌우익 언론의 갈등에 관한 고찰 -언론 이데올로기의 관점-

한국 저널리즘은 1883년 <한성순보>를 시작으로 한말 여러 민간신문을 통해서 형성되고 발전하였다. 그리고 일제하 식민지 정책의 일환으로 1920년 조선일보와 동아일보가 창간됨으로써 한국 언론의 맹아를 만들었 다. 해방 후 미군정은 식민지 언론 유산이었던 조선 동아일보의 복간을 지원하였고, 우익언론에게 우익 이데올로기의 자양분을 제공하였다. 이들 우익언론은 미군정을 도와 우익 이데올로기를 만들어 나가는 데 핵심적인 역할을 담당하였다. 미군정 이후에도 조선 동아일보를 포함한 우익언론은 남한 단독정부의 수립, 그리고 한국전쟁의 발발과 전후 복구 과정에서 우 익 이데올로기를 지배 이데올로기로 만들어 가는 데 중심 역할을 하였다. 또한 이승만 자유당 정부는 미군정이 좌익언론을 통제하기 위하여 제정한 ‘군정법령 88호’를 통해 언론탄압의 도구로 이용하기도 하였다. 해방 이후 한국 저널리즘의 모습은 식민지 언론 유산으로서 오늘날까지 한국 언론구조의 한 축을 형성하고 있다. In 1883, the Korean journalism was started at the point time of Hansung Shun-bo. Sine this newspaper, the Korean educated persons published many civic newspapers. And Chosun Il-bo and Dong A Il-bo were published under the Japanese colonial in 1920. Korea was liberated from Japanese colonial rule in 1945, then the US Military government supported right-newspapers. However, the government suppressed left-newspapers, which are attacking the government policies daily. The right-newspapers including Chosun Il-bo and Dong A Il-bo played the role of the establishment of the Southern regime, hereafter supported the regime’s policy regarding to the Korean war and the restoration project of postwar. Finally the journalism of the right-newspapers became the domain ideology in South Korea. This press is an important feature in Korean journalism up to this day.

포털사이트 플랫폼 유형에 따른 뉴스 서비스의 특성 비교연구 : PC와 스마트폰의 뉴스 콘텐츠

퍼스널컴퓨터(PC)는 포털 뉴스 서비스의 중심적인 플랫폼 역할을 해왔으며 온라인 저널리즘을 주도하는 미디어였으나, 스마트폰과 같은 모바일 미디어가 퍼스널 컴퓨터의 역할을 위협하고 있다. 뉴스 콘텐츠의 연성화는 온라인 저널리즘의 문제점으로 중요하게 논의되었는데, 이러한 현상이 모바일 미디어에서도 동일하게 나타났다. 아울러 모바일 미디어가 PC보다 상호작용(댓글)이 활성화됨으로써 연성화 현상이 모바일 미디어에서 더욱 확대 재생산되는 현상이 나타났다. 더욱이 ‘속보성’은 전통적인 저널리즘과 비교하여 온라인 저널리즘의 특성(장점)으로 들 수 있는데, 속보성은 모바일 미디어에서 오히려 약화되었다. 결국, 모바일 미디어가 온라인 저널리즘을 주도하고 영향력을 확대되고 있는 상황에서 온라인 저널리즘의 특징인 속보성은 상대적으로 약화되고 뉴스 연성화는 증가되는 현상이 나타났다. Personal computer (PC) has been a central platform for portal news services and are the driving force in online journalism, but mobile media such as smart-phones are threatening the role of personal computers. The softening of news content was discussed as a problem of online journalism, and this phenomenon is the same on mobile media. In addition, interaction of mobile media with PC is activated, so that the phenomenon of softening phenomenon is reproduced more and more on mobile media. Furthermore, breaking news is a feature of online journalism compared to traditional journalism, but the breaking news was rather weak in mobile media. In the end, mobile media has been leading the online journalism and expanding its influence, so the breaking news, which is a characteristic of online journalism, has been relatively weakened and news softening has increased.
