SCM계 기어의 열처리 효과에 관한 연구

This paper studied the carburizing of chromium molybdenum steel which the heat treatment effect of gear geometric tolerance, OPD, Runout, the surface hardness, the maximum hardness, the core hardness and the bending fatigue strength were investigated. Firstly, the deformation is observed, and the results of circularity, squareness, OPD and Runout of SCM822, SCM425, and SCM415 are obtained in order. Secondly, in order to investigate the gear hardness, the surface hardness, the maximum hardness and the core hardness of SCM822, SCM425, and SCM415 are obtained; and the surface hardness of SCM822 is about 10% higher than SCM415’s, and about 3% higher than SCM425’s. Thirdly, the fatigue strength of SCM822 is about 10% higher than SCM415’s, and about 7% higher than SCM425’s in the fatigue test results. At last, for the purpose of the minimum deformation of heat treatment, and also the improvement of fatigue strength, the best gear material is SCM822 in this test.

SCM415 스퍼기어의 침탄처리에 관한 연구

The main objective of this paper is obtaining the optimal carburizing hours which impacts geometric tolerances, OPD(Over Pin Diameter), runout, hardness and fatigure strength of SCM415 spur gear. In order to observe the deformation of the gear, the circularity, squareness, OPD(Over Pin Diameter) and runout were measured at 3hour, 4hour and 5hour respectively. As the result, the 3hour situation is the best, which very similar with the 4hour one. Afterwards, with the purpose of getting the result of gear hardness, the surface hardness, maximum hardness and interior hardness were measured. The result is 5h situation is the best, and it's similar with 4hour one. At last, the fatigue tests have been done which receive the result that the 4h situation showed 9~12% fatigue strength improvement compared with the 3h and 5h ones. To sum up the results, the 4hour situation shows the best performance in accuracy, hardness and fatigue strength.

SCM415강의 열처리 변형제어를 위한 냉각 매질의 특성

This study deals with the characteristic of refrigerant for heat-treatment deformation control of SCM415 steel. The control of heat-treatment deformation must need the progress of production parts for an industry machine. Most of the deformation is occurred on unequal cooling. The unequal cooling is occurred by a property of quenching refrigeration. When a heated metal is deposited in the refrigeration, the cooling speed is so slow in early period of cooling because of occurring a steam-curtain. After more cooling, the steam-curtain is destroyed. In this progress, the cooling speed is very fast. The object of this study is to control the deformation of heat-treatment for the part of the industry machine by improving the conditions of quenching. The cooling curves and cooling rates of water, oil and polymer solution are obtained and illustrated. From the characteristics of the quenching refrigerant, the effects of heat-treatments on the thermal deformation and fatigue strength are also investigated.

선형적 요소 예측을 통한 비선형 시스템 동적 특성 연구

The characteristics of the torsional systems are generally examined with the nonlinearities such as the several staged clutch damper springs, gear backlashes and drag torques. Generally speaking, the system's characteristics can be found out by the eigensolutions which can show the system natural frequencies and the mode shapes. However, these factors can not give the complete solutions to avoid the noise and vibration problems related to the nonlinear effects. Therefore, several assumptions should be made for solving the real physical system problems under the linear analysis which can reflect the nonlinear effects in the torsional system. This means that the several modified linear factors such as the modified clutch damper spring constants can be used to examine and avoid the natural frequency zones related to the noise and vibration problems. Under the linear analysis with the assumed and modified values, the system can be investigated with the more reliable ways for the realistic phenomena.

This study has the purpose of providing a differentiated program accommodating the participational desire of physical activities in elderlies, and effective teaching methods, member management, improvement of drawbacks of teachers, expert teacher distribution, and additionally, the basic data for the smooth performance of the role as a teacher and measure for the initiation of physical activities in elderlies, by constructing a role template of teachers based on the participational desire of physical activities in elderlies. To achieve this purpose, the opinions of an elderly physical activity expert (university `elderly physical activity` department professor, researcher in its laboratory, administrative management employee, and site leader) on participational desire of elderlies in physical activities (reliance on teacher, HSP value, intention of continued participation, intention of conversion) was collected. 35 aspects based on the role of the teacher was acquired through similar delphi analyses, with the ultimate extraction of 27 aspects passing through an editing process of synthesis and separations. Further collection of subjective opinions have been executed from physical activity teachers, comparing with prior perceptions in which common positive opinions were seen, resulting in a more practical analysis of the role of an elderly physical activity teacher, leading to the construction of its template, giving the following conclusions. Firstly, the elderly physical activity teacher must induce motivation within the participating elderly. Secondly, the planning and preparation of classes must be thoroughly conducted. Thirdly, the teacher must induce recognition of the effect of exercise by the participating elderly. Fourthly, a sense of professionalism must be attained. Lastly, the teacher must induce recognition of the necessity of exercise by the participating elderly. Further concurrence of the role of the teacher included systematic process, providing of various information, understanding of the elderly, composition of class atmosphere, program development/distribution, maintenance of friendliness, responsibility, personalized teaching, goal proposal, providing of opportunities, and grasp of individual nature. On the other hand, an insufficient awareness of the role of a teacher was seen relating to member management.

2015년 광주하계U대회 개최에 따른 Q방법론적 지역주민인식 조사

This study was attempted in a Q-Methological manner on the viewpoint of regional inhabitation recognition follow ing the opening of 2015 Summer Gwangju Universiade, targeting at the citizens in Gwangju-si. The result is as followings. Type I was a factor shown affirmatively related to "society and culture" such as the importance of regional image, international recognition improvement on the native and foreign awareness, and sighting urban region, pride in living in Gwangju, understanding of regional and original culture and increasing of historical and cultural resource protection, and activated interchange with universities/ regions/ nations/ native and foreign tourists. Type II was a factor shown affirmatively related to "economy and circumstances" such as the creation of citizen work places, development of regional sports, improvement of Gwangju urban regional cleanness, establishment of road networks, convenient traffic by improved traffic signals, international recognition on the native and foreign awareness and sighting urban region. Type III was a factor shown affirmatively related to "society and culture" such as interchange activation like native and international universities/ region/ nations/sightseers and international recognition improvement on the native and foreign awareness, and sighting urban region, and increase of leisure facilities for citizens by establishing studies. Comprehensively speaking, affirmative common factors which have similar meanings in type I, type II, type Ⅲ, was first, international recognition improvement on the native and foreign awareness, second, general improvement of public officers, third, improvement of cultural values and publicity of excellent regional cultures, and last, preparation of footholds towards international sports Mecca urban regions and tourist urban regions.

생활체육지도자의 생활체육관련학과 전공 교과목 선호도를 통한 교과과정 분석

This study tried, by Q-methodical study, an analysis of the course of study through the Sports-for-All leaders` preference for major subjects in the departments related to Sports-for-All. For the purpose of attaining the aim, this study selected the subjects related to Sports-for-All established in more than five national universities and five private universities randomly, drew out 34 questions that were acquired through amending and making up for subject names, unifying similar or common subjects in respective university departments, after consultation between this author and four doctors majoring in Sports-for-All, and at last drew out 38 descriptions, selected total twenty leaders, ten ones who were from departments related to Sports-for-All and ten ones who were not from departments related to Sports-for-All, belonging to Gwangju Sports-for-All Association in August, 2009 as the first P-Sample, and performed principal component analysis on eighteen leaders` data with QUANL and PC programs except the data of two leaders who did not respond to questions faithfully. This study found the type Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and leaded to the conclusion as followings with the progresses. TypeⅠ, named nature(practice) and human(theory) subject mutuality type, revealed a strong subjectivity in `Critical Care Nursing`, `A Theory on Sports-for-All Leading`, `A Theory on Child, Youth, and Elder Sports`, `Sports Prescription`, `A Theory on the Structure of Sports-for All Program`, and `Sports Massage and Injury Prevention`. TypeⅡ, named nature(practice) subject-emphasized type, revealed a strong subjectivity in `A Theory on Training Method`, `Sports Nutrition`, `Sports Physiology`, `Other Sports`, `Recreation`, `Critical Care Nursing`, and `Sports Prescription`. TypeⅢ, named human(theory) subject emphasized type, revealed a strong subjectivity in `Sports Psychology`, `Sports for All(Society)`, `Other Sports`, `Recreation`, `Sports Management`, `Sports for All Leading`, `A Theory on Sports for All Program Structure`. By drawing out some affirmative common agreements with comprehensive subjects under respective type-courses, this study found out the points that `Emergency Treatment and First Aid`, `Sports Prescription`, `A Theory on Leading Sports-for all`, `Recreation`, Composition of Sports-for-all Program` are necessary for fields.
