광개토왕은 “吾慮舊民轉當羸劣”을 이유로 장수왕에게 守墓人을 略來韓穢로 교체하라고 하였다. 장수왕은 “慮其不知法則”을 이유로 守墓人을 전면 교체하지 않았고, 舊民을 재활용하였다. 舊民을 대상으로 守墓 관련 제도가 제정이 되어있는 점, 舊民이 羸劣될 수 있는 점, 略來韓穢가 法則을 모르는 점에 대해서 당시 광개토왕, 장수왕은 인지하고 있던 현상이었을 것이다. 그럼에도 광개토왕은 敎言을 하여 守墓人을 교체하고자 하였고, 장수왕은 광개토왕의 의중을 알면서도 舊民을 재활용하였다. 이는 守墓人 구성에 대한 두 왕의 입장 차이라 할 수 있겠다. 결국 장수왕은 略來韓穢가 아닌 舊民과 新來韓穢로 守墓人을 구성함으로써 광개토왕의 敎言을 온전히 따르지 않았다. 장수왕은 新來韓穢라는 복속 지역의 지방민을 守墓人으로 차출하였다. 이러한 新來韓穢 차출지를 통해 당시 고구려 남방의 지방행정단위를 알 수 있다. 新來韓穢 차출지는 대부분 城 단위이었고, 또한 영락 6년에 정복된 백제 城을 그대로 사용하였다. 이에 따라 고구려의 한강유역 지배는 백제 城을 기반으로 한 지배였다고 여겨진다. 아울러 이러한 지배방식 틀에서 경기 이남 고구려의 관방시설을 이해하고자 하였다. 사실 월평동 유적ㆍ남성골 산성, 경기도에 소재한 도기동 산성은 백제 방면으로 뻗어가는 독특한 위치에 있다. 이에 따라 475년 漢城 함락 이후 고구려가 대전까지 진출ㆍ점유했다는 견해, 청원 지역으로 진출하여 일시적으로 남성골 산성을 축조ㆍ사용했다는 견해, 안장왕 친정을 계기로 대전까지 진출할 수 있었다는 견해가 있었다. 본고에서는 경기 이남 관방시설은 백제의 대응, 백제ㆍ신라의 협력에 장기간 버텨내기 어렵다고 판단하였다. 그러므로 경기 이남 관방시설은 漢城 함락, 문주왕 피살, 재위 3년 만에 사망하는 삼근왕의 경우에서 드러나듯, 백제의 혼란한 정세를 틈타 미호천 유역을 잠식한 고구려 군의 주둔소로 여겨 진다. 이후 동성왕 재임 기간 내에 관방시설은 퇴진됐을 것이며, 안성천 유역이 고구려와 백제의 접경지라고 추정하였다. King Gwanggaeto ordered King Jangsoo to replace the royal tomb managers with Yakraehanye due to the “吾慮舊民轉當羸劣”. King Jangsoo did not replace the royal tomb managers completely on due to the “慮其不知法則”. Both kings might well know that the royal tomb management system had been well established, that the old people might be weakened and that Yakraehanye did not welll know about the rules. Nevertheless, King Gwanggaeto attempted to replace the royal tomb managers by means of the order, while King Jangsoo re-used the old people, although he knew King Gwanggaeto’s intention. In short, the two kings had different positions as far as the royal tomb managers were concerned. After all, King Jangsoo organized the royal tomb managers with the old people and Shinraehanye, not Yakraehanye, not following his preceding king’s order completely. King Jangsoo drafted the conquered local people called 'Shinraehanye' for the royal king tomb managers. Based on the regions where they were drafted, we may well know about the administrative units in the southern districts of Goguryo. Shinraehanye people were drafted based on the units of Baekje castles that had been occupied at the 6th year of Youngrak. Hence, it is deemed that Goguryo ruled the old Baekje territory south of Han River based on the castles. Wolpyeongdong remain, Namseonggol fortress and Dogidong fortress located m Gyeonggi-do were located uniquely towards Baekje. After AD 475 when Hanseong was fell, it is argued that Goguryo would advance even to Daejeon or that it advanced to Cheongwon region to build and use Namseonggol fortress temporarily, or that King Anjang personally advanced to Daejeon. The researcherjudges that the defense facilities south of Gyeonggi district could not long be defended against Baekje or combined forces of Baekje and Shilla. All in all, as well seen in collapse of Hanseong castle, murder of King Moonju and death of King Samgeun only 3 years after his enthronement, it is estimated that Goguryo would occupy the area around Miho River. Later, during King Dongseong's reign, Goguryo’s defense facilities would be withdrawn, and thus, the basin of Anseong River would be the border between Goguryo and Baekje.

Many theories have been suggested concerning the period which followed Goguryeo king Jangsu-wang’s southern campaign in 475. The main section of Samguk Sagi, the Geography section of the same book, and archaeological findings from South Korean vestiges all say different things to begin with. Examined in this article are all those various opinions colliding with each other over how to interpret the 475 campaign records, Goguryeo’s external situation at the time, and what was the actual perimeter of the Goguryeo dynasty’ southern border. Examination shows that the Western perimeter of Goguryeo’s southern border was the north part of the Anseong-cheon stream, while the eastern perimeter was today’s Chungju, where the Chungju Goguryeo monument is, as well as the Juk-ryeong and Gye’rib-ryeong mountain ranges. Whether Goguryeo ruled the southern region with the Gun/Hyeon-je administration as mentioned in Samguk Sagi ’s geography section, or only controlled strategically important traffic junctures, has been a mystery for quite some time. Examination of all the Dae-wi(大位) and Je-wi(諸位) figures recorded on the Chungju Goguryeo monument revealed them as influential figures of the Southern regions at the time, and that they were under control of Goguryeo local authorities. From that we can see the Goguryeo government’s control of the Southern region in the 5<SUP>th</SUP> century was enabled by all the “Susa(magistrates)” figures who were living in the existing Baekje fortresses, local prefects dispatched from the central, and indigenous factions under control of those local prefects.

Use of various antiseptic and antibacterial products for prevention of various diseases, as well as infectious diseases such as Covid-19, is increasing. Among them, hand sanitizer is widely used because of convenience and high sterilization and antibacterial ability. Most of the existing hand sanitizers contain glycerin, which provides a sticky feeling and absorbs the moisture of the skin, causing dryness. Thus, a composition based on natural extracts for application of hand sanitizer with high moisturizing power and improved antibacterial activity was developed by mixing Centella asiatica extract oat kernel extract and hyaluronic acid. The result showed that the composition containing oat kernel extract had high moisturizing, lasting power and excellent antibacterial and sterilizing ability in application of hand sanitizer. In addition, it was confirmed that the composition containing the natural extract rosewood essential oil for application as an antibacterial spray showed excellent antibacterial and deodorizing ability, and stress relief was possible at the same time. Therefore, the composition based on natural extracts has antibacterial and sterilizing power in the field of hand sanitizer and antibacterial spray application, and can also minimize skin irritation. Therefore, it is expected that it can be utilized in various functional cosmetics.
