        On the anomalous effects of ortho-substituents those are derived from steric factor mainly, the theoretical consideration has been made from the standpoint of the stereoelectronic theory. In the nucleophilic and electrophilic substitution reaction, all steric effects of the ortho-substituents are devided into the three classes-Steric Hindrance, Steric Inhibition of Resonance and Direct Effect. 1) Steric Hindrance The magnitude of the Steric Hindrances is sensitive to increases in the bulk of the attacking and resident groups. The order of the o/p ratio in the nitration of alkylbenzenes is Me>Et>CH(Me)_2>C(Me)_3, and the reaction order of the orthosubstitution of alkylbenzene is halogenation>nitration>sulfonation. Naphthalene is acetylated considerably at the β-position when nitrobenzene is used as a solvent. In the nucleophilic substitution of 2, 4-(NO_2)_2-C_6H_3Cl with alkylamines, the order of reactivity is n-C_3H_7NH_2>(Me)_2CH-NH_2>Et, Me>CH-NH_2>(Me)_3C-NH_2>(Me, Me>CH)_2-NH. The solfone, whose rotational conformation is hindered sterically, reacts readily in the Smiles Rearrangement. In the reaction of durylfluorophenylketone with Grignard reagents, the alkylation on benzene nucleus favorably takes place instead of addition reaction 2) Steric Inhibition of Resonance The evidences of the steric inhibition of resonance have been provided by the various data-Bond Length, Molecular Refractivity, Dipole Moment, Ultra-Violet Absorption Spectra, Acidic and Basic Strength. In the deuterium exchange reaction of o-halogeno-N,N-dimethyl-aniline, the order of reactivity is F>Cl>Br. By the same reason of steric factor, mesitylene and durene could be diacetylated. The decarboxylation and decarbonylation are remarkably easy with diorthosubstituted ketones and acids. Similary, the nitration of 2, 6-dimethylacetanilide gives mainly the 3-nitro derivative. In the ammonolysis of substituted o- and p-dinitrobenzene, the nitro group which is more sterically hindered is readily displaced. In the reaction of o-(p-)nitrobromobenzene and o-(p-)cyanobromobenzene with piperidine, the introduction of a methyl group ortho to nitro and cyano analogs has a larger inhibitory effect in the former than in the latter (on account of the linearity of the cyano group). The failure of 3-alkyl-4-nitrobromobenzene to undergo the von Richter reaction is caused by the similar steric factor. 3) Direct Effect The straight-forward examples of this effect are as follows. Benzophenone is preferably mercurated at the ortho position, and naphthalene derivatives which have NH_3 group in the α-position are considerably nitrated at the 8-position. In the nucleophilic substitution of o-and p-halonitrobenzene, o-halonitrobenzene reacts faster with amines than the p-isomer and slower than p-isomer with alkoxides.

      • 3-Methyl 및 3-Ethylcyclopentane- 1,2-dione의 합성

        3-Methyl and 3-ethylcyclopentane-1, 2-dione(I-Me, I-Et) were prepared from 2-carbethoxycyclopentanone (Ⅱ) by alkylation, oxidation and decarboxylative hydrolysis. In the alkylation step, Ⅱ was easily converted to its methyl and ethyl derivatives (Ⅲ) by treating with alkyl halide using sodium hydride as the base. For comparison of the effect of certain variables in the oxidation of 2-alkyl-2-carbethoxycyclopentanone (Ⅲ) forming α-diketone derivatives (Ⅳ), SeO_2- and DMSO-oxidation as well as gem-dibromide method using morpholine were carried out. I-Me and I-Et were obtained in the overall yield of 40% and 35.2%, respectively, based upon the Ⅲ by gem-dibromide method, and it was proved to be a satisfactory result in reaction readiness and in yield than the other two oxidation procedures. An enolized tautomeric structure of Ⅰ and Ⅳ was also discussed by means of UV-and IR-spectroscopic results.

      • 전기전도도법에 의한 18-Crown-6와 알칼리 금속 이온 착화물의 안정도에 관한 연구

        The stability constants(K) for the l : 1 complexes of 18-crown-6 (18C6) with alkali metal ions in DMSO(dimethylsulfoxide), DMF(N, N-dimethylformamide) and AN(acetonitrile) were determined at 30℃ by conductometry. The stability constant sequences of the alkali metal ions complexes with 18C6 in DMSO were K^+>Rb^+>Cs^+>Na^+>Li^+ and in DMF and AN, they were K^+>Na^+>Cs^+>Rb^+>Li^+ . The K values for the fixed alkali metal ion in these polar aprotic solvents were given in the order of DMSO<DMF<AN. These results revealed that the important factors affecting on the process of the formation of the 18C6 complexes with alkali metal ions were the relative size of ionic diameter, cavity of 18-crown-6 and the donor number of polar aprotic organic solvents.

      • Alkylcyclopentadiene 類의 合成에 關한 硏究 : 5-Methyl 및 5-Ethylcyclopentadiene

        5-Methyl, and 5-ethylcyclopentadiene have been prepared in good overall yield by treating sodiumcyclopentadienylide with a corresponding alkyl halide in tetrahydrofuran. There was a little difference in reaction condition depending on a kinds of employed alkyl halide, and the produced dienes were rapidly dimerized at room temperature, however, they were comparatively stable at low temperature. Ultraviolet absorption maxima of these dienes have shown as light bathochromic shift (4mμ) comparing with that of cyclopentadiene. Solvent effects as well as reaction mechanism were also discussed briefly.

        안경원 서비스스케이프에 대한 소비자의 만족도와 충성도

        Purpose : Today, Korean optical shops are degenerating into a low-growth industry due to economic crisis resulting from profitability deterioration of large enterprises and development of medical industry. In order to find out the measures for the survival of the opticians, we want to identify the factors influencing the optician's management, which is one of the important factors in the consumer' s direct experience. Methods : The structured research model and hypotheses were developed based on literature reviews, and the data collected from 208 effective questionnaire acquired by administering them to customers visiting optical shops located in Kwangju city were analyzed. The statistical methods were performed using frequency analysis and descriptive statistics analysis with SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0 statistic packages. The internal consistency and validity tests were determined by Cronbach's αand confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), respectively. The relationship and the directionality among variables were determined using association analysis, and simple, multiple, and hierarchical moderating regression analyses were also performed. Results : The results of analyses showed that the subfactors of servicescape are important factors contributing to the increase of g consumers' satisfaction as well as their loyalty. Conclusion : The implications of this study are as follows: Firstly, this is the first study to apply servicescape to the optical shop, which has been considered in food service industry such as hotel and restaurant as well as various service industries. Secondly, each subfactor of servicescape was demonstrated to be the important factors in increasing satisfaction and loyalty, indicating that it is necessary to provide customers visiting optical shop with positive experience by creating aesthetics, convenience, clean environment, proper space arrangement , and suitable surrounding for them in order to increase their satisfaction and loyalty. 목적 : 오늘날 우리나라 안경원은 대기업 및 중소기업의 수익성 악화로 인한 경제적 위기와 의료산업의 발달로 인해 저성장 사업으로 전락하고 있다. 안경원 생존을 위한 방안을 확인하기 위해 소비자들의 직접 경험의 중요한 요인 중 하나인 물리적 환경, 즉 안경원 서비스스케이프의 요인 중 안경원의 경영에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하고자 한다. 방법 : 이를 위해 선행연구들을 검토한 후 구조화된 연구모형과 가설들을 수립하고 광주지역의 안경원 방문고객들에게 설문조사를 실시하여 208부의 유효설문지를 획득하여 분석에 활용하였다. 분석은 SPSS 24.0과 AMOS 24.0 통계패키지를 활용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계분석을 실시하였으며, 내적 일관성을 확인하기 위해 Cronbach’s α와 타당성 검토를 위해 확인적 요인분석(CFA: Confirmatory Factor Analysis)을 실시하였다. 또한 상관관계분석를 통해 변수들의 관계와 방향성을 확인한 후 단순회귀분석, 다중회귀분석 및 위계적 조절회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 : 분석 결과 안경원 서비스스케이프의 하위요인들은 각각 소비자들의 만족도를 높이는 중요한 요인일 뿐 아니라 소비자들의 충성도를 높이는 중요한 요인임을 알 수 있었다. 결론 : 본 연구의 시사점은 첫째, 그동안 호텔, 레스토랑 등 외식분야와 다양한 서비스업종에서 검토되어오던 서비스스케이프에 대해 안경원 차원에서 분석을 실시한 것을 들 수 있다. 둘째, 서비스스케이프의 각 하위요인들이 만족도와 충성도를 높이는 중요한 요인임을 확인한 것은 결국 안경원을 방문하는 고객들이 심미성, 편리성, 청결성, 적절한 공간배치 및 적합한 주변환경의 제공을 통해 긍정적인 경험을 얻게 하여야 하며 이를 통해 만족도와 충성도를 높일 수 있음을 시사한다.

        창업 온톨로지 구축을 위한 벤처창업 연구의 지식구조 분석

        The deeping interests and research toward Entrepreneurship, which is considered as an potential alternative for solving the continuing economic recession in the 21st century, have grown. The process and methodology of the research could not be systematically arranged and the results of the research lack in efforts on the application of increasing suceess ratio in starting new business. This study adopted corpus methodology, through which we try to analyzes the knowledge structure in entrepreneurship research, derive essential concepts and the consisting domains in venture research. Based on the results of analysis, this study constructs the knowledge structure of venture research in a form of knowledge ontology. The results of the study could be a ground for entrepreneurship research and utilized as implication for a creation of construction for the entrepreneurship knowledge ontology.

        Tropolone 類에 關한 硏究 (II) ${\beta}$-Methyltropolone의 合成과 그 ${\gamma}$-異性體

        By the three-step synthesis of alkyltropolone from five-membered cyclopentadiene, as described in Part Ⅰ, methyltropolone has been prepared. From the hydrolysis product of dichloroketene-methylcyclopentadiene cycloadduct, ${\beta}$-(Ⅰ) and ${\gamma}$-methyltropolone (Ⅱ) were separated, with the first predominating, by means of repeated fractional recrystallization and fractional vacuum sublimation. The total yield of these methyltropolones in the hydrolysis step was about 40%. Comparison of this result with those obtained in part Ⅰ revealed the following order as the relative readiness of their preparation: tropolone > methyltropolone > ethyltropolone. The reason for formation of the isomeric (Ⅱ) was discussed by an interpretation of NMR spectrum of cycloadduct in the unsaturation and methylgroup region.

        안경원 서비스스케이프에 대한 소비자 인식이 고객만족도와 충성도에 미치는 영향

        목적: 본 연구를 통해 안경원들이 상생할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 특히 안경원의 물리적 환경(즉, 서비스스케이프)의 점검이라는 근본적인 진단을 통해 소비자 만족도와 충성도를 고취할 수 있는 방안을 확인하고자 하였으며, 고객의 다양성 요구에 대한 대응방안을 모색하고자 한다. 방법: 선행연구를 분석한 후 서비스 스케이프의 5개 요인(심미성, 편리성, 청결성, 공간배치, 주변환경)이 각각 소비자의 만족도와 충성도에 미치는 영향과 이들의 관계에서 검안법의 차이가 조절할 것이라는 연구모형을 설정하였다. 검안법 차이에 대해서는 아이세이버 안경체인이 적용하는 검안법과 일반안경원으로 구분하였습니다. 연구모형과 4개의 가설을 설정하고 일반안 경원 고객 100명과 아이세이버안경원의 100명을 대상으로 온라인 설문지를 작성 후 배포하였다. 통계 분석은 spss24와 아모스 24를 활용하였다. 결과: 서비스스케이프의 5가지 요인 중 편리성이 소비자 만족도와 충성도를 높이는 가장 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 안경원 서비스스케이프와 소비자 만족도 및 충성도 각각의 관계에서 검안법 차이는 조절효과가 없는 것으로 나타났습니다. 각기 다른 검안법 서비스를 받는 고객들이 인지하는 안경원의 서비스스케이프 하위요인들에 대해서는 모든 요인에서 아이세이버안경원의 검안법을 제공받는 고객들이 더 높게 판단하는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 심미성과 주변환경은 통계적으로 유의하게 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다 (p<0.05). 결론: 본 연구를 통해 편리성이 소비자 만족도와 충성도를 높이는 가장 중요한 요인으로 확인 되었다. 따라서, 안경원 경영자와 안경사들은 고객의 관점에서 이동 동선과 위치적 접근성, 안내 자료의 위치 등을 우선적으로 고려한 후 기타 요인에 대한 투자와 관리가 필요할 것으로 고려된다. 서비스스케이프가 물리적 환경에 초점을 둔 것이며, 검안법은 비록 안경원의 경쟁력과 직결됨에도 불구하고 이들 인과관계에는 차이가 없는 것으로 해석된다. 하지만, 검안법의 차이가 안경원이 제공하는 물리적 환경을 좀 더 나은 것으로 인식할 가능성이 있을 것으로 사료된다.
