중증 발달장애인 직업만족 자기보고의 필요성 및 보호자 대리응답 시 직장 관계자 소통의 조절효과

연구목적: 연구의 목적은 발달장애인 직업만족 자기보고와 보호자 대리응답의 관계에서 보호자-직장 관계자 소통이 조절효과가 있는지를 검증하고 직업생활을 스스로 하는 집단과 가족의 지원이 필요한 집단에서 차이를 보이는지 밝히는 데 있다. 연구방법: 연구를 위한 자료는 「2022년 발달장애인 일과 삶 실태조사」 참여자 중 주요 변수에 모두 응답한 발달장애인과 보호자 637쌍의 응답을 중심으로 분석하였다. SPSS와 PROCESS macro를 활용해 빈도분석과 기술통계, 상관관계, 보호자-직장 관계자 소통의 조절효과, 직업생활 가족지원 필요 여부에 따른 집단 간 조절효과 차이를 분석하였다. 연구결과: 전체 집단과 직업생활을 스스로 하는 집단에서 조절효과가 없었으나 가족의 지원이 필요한 집단에서 유의한 조절효과를 나타냈다. 시사점: 직업생활에 가족의 지원이 필요한 발달장애인의 직업만족은 자기보고 형식으로 수집하는 것이 효과적이며 보호자가 대리응답을 하는 경우 해석에 주의가 필요하다. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate whether frequent communication between parents and employer has a moderating effect on the relationship between individuals with developmental disabilities and their parents about job satisfaction, and whether this effect varies depending on the group. Method: This study analyzed 637 pairs of participants in the 「2022 Survey on the Work & Life of Persons with Developmental Disabilities」. It analyzed using SPSS and SPSS PROCESS macro. Results: In the overall sample and the group of individuals managing their work life independently, there was no moderating effect. However, in the group requiring family support, a moderating effect was observed. Conclusion: For individuals with developmental disabilities who require family support in their work life, the effectiveness of assessing job satisfaction through self-reporting is emphasized. Caution is advised in interpreting results when relying on parents’s proxy responses.

Background: Many researchers have developed cosmetic and medicinal ingredients using natural plant extracts to regulate and improve the skin health. We investigated Toona sinensis leaf (TSL) extract as a potential functional cosmetic ingredient by testing its pharmacological effects on skin cells. Methods and Results: The anti-inflammatory and anti-aging effects of TSL were evaluated in tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α-stimulated human epidermal keratinocytes (HaCaT) and human dermal fibroblasts (HS68) by quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Notably, TSL antioxidant effects were assessed using 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging assays. Its anti-melanogenic activity of TSL was determined by quantifying extracellular and intracellular melanin content in α-melanocyte stimulating hormone (α-MSH)-stimulated B16F10 melanoma cells. Furthemore, its inhibitory effects on mushroom tyrosinase activity was investigated. Western blotting was performed to identify the anti-melanogenesis mechanism. Notably, TSL decreased interleukin (IL)-6, IL-8, and matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)-1 expression in TNF-α-stimulated HaCaT and HS68 cells. Furthermore, TSL inhibited DPPH radical activity in a concentration-dependent manner, significantly reduced α- MSH-induced intra/extracellular melanin production in B16F10 cells, and inhibited mushroom tyrosinase activity. Additionally, TSL treatment decreased protein levels of melanogenic enzymes. Conclusion: Notably, TSL demonstrated anti-inflammatory, anti-aging, antioxidant, and anti-melanogenetic effects on skin cells, confirming its protective effects on skin physiology and suggesting its potential as a functional cosmetic ingredient.

장애등급제 폐지에 따른 발달장애인 복지서비스지원기준 예측요인 탐색

Objectives: With the abolition of Grade of Disabilities, all person with developmental disabilities have been classified as ‘severely disabled,’ but we want to analyze the differences in abilities by disability grade to see if they are not all the same, and analyze the effects of ability deficits (employment, caregiver burden, caregiver life satisfaction) to see if there are differences in social service support needs based on the degree of disability. Method: One-way ANOVA was conducted to verify differences in key variables using 2,942 responses with an existing disability classification based on the KEAD EDI's 「2022 Survey on the Work & Life of Persons with Developmental Disabilities」, and multiple group analysis was conducted to identify patterns by group. Results: The more severe the disability, the lower the levels of ADL, IADL, cognition, communication, employment, caregiver burden, and caregiver life satisfaction, with significant differences in the impact of ability on employment, caregiver burden, and caregiver life satisfaction. Conclusion: Because person with developmental disabilities exhibit varying degrees of disability and have different support needs, their functional limitations and social service needs should be carefully examined to ensure that the right services are provided to those who need them. 연구목적: 장애등급제가 폐지됨에 따라 모든 발달장애인이 ‘장애정도가 심한’ 장애로 분류되게 되어 본 연구에서는 장애등급별 능력 차이를 분석하여 장애정도가 모두 같지 않음을 확인하고 능력 결함으로 인한 영향(취업 여부, 보호자 돌봄 부담, 보호자 삶의 만족)을 분석하여 장애 정도에 따라 복지서비스 지원 요구에 차이가 있는지 확인하고자 한다. 연구방법: 한국장애인고용공단 고용개발원의 「2022년 발달장애인 일과 삶 실태조사」를 바탕으로 기존 장애등급을 보유한 2,942건의 응답을 활용하여 주요 변수들의 차이 검증을 위해 One-way ANOVA를 실시하였으며, 집단별 양상을 확인하기 위해 다집단분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 장애가 심할수록 일상생활능력, 수단적 일상생활능력, 인지능력, 의사소통능력, 취업여부, 돌봄부담, 삶의 만족도가 낮게 나타났으며, 이러한 능력 수준이 취업 여부, 보호자 돌봄 부담, 보호자 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향 또한 다르게 나타났다. 결론: 발달장애인은 다양한 장애 정도를 나타내며 그에 따라 지원 요구가 다르게 나타나기 때문에 기능 제한과 복지서비스 필요도를 면밀히 조사하여 필요한 사람에게 적합한 서비스를 지원하여야 한다.
