This paper describes to evaluate the performance of ventilation as a change of CO₂ concentration with ventilation rate under 35 occupants in a school classroom. Variations of the CO₂ concentration as a function of time are measured at center point of classroom with air ventilation rates by the CO₂ gas monitor. For 800 ㎥/h of ventilation rate in the classroom, the average CO₂ concentration is 913 ppm. The ventilation rate is sufficient to meet acceptable indoor air quality (≤ 1,000 ppm of CO₂, KS school standard) in the classroom of 35 students.

This paper describes to evaluate the performance of ventilation for investigating the removal of indoor pollutants as a function of ventilation rate and the number of occupants in the school classroom. Variations of the gas concentration as a function of time are measured at center point of classroom and air exchange rates with the CO₂ gas monitor. For the ventilator of 800 CMH in the classroom with the existence of 35 students, the average CO₂ concentration is 913 ppm. A ventilator of 800 CMH is sufficient to meet acceptable indoor air quality in the classroom of 35 students, a maximum number of students based on the Korea school standard below 1,000 ppm of CO₂.

The main purpose of this dissertation is to discuss and analyze the effect of immunoglobulin on exercise intensity in the elderly women over 70. For the purpose, this researcher 6 elderly women 70 or over who had no experience of exercise program participation, had no problem in using motor functions for daily life and agreed to participate in the study. Those elderly women were asked to participate in dance sport Dance sport programs were performed one time per week for three weeks with RPE 9~13 intensity corresponding to 45-70%HRmax(low intensity : 45~53%HRmax, middle intensity : 55~60%HRmax, high intensity : 65~70%HRmax). The following conclusion can be obtained by analyzing and comparing the change of immunoglobulin on exercise intensity in the elderly women over 70 years. IgG is increase in 55~60%HRmax and 65~70%HRmax. If we judge the result of analyzing immunoglobulin on exercise intensity, immunoglobulin of 55~60%HRmax and 65~70%HRmax are better than 45~50%HRmax, but their concrete and detailed mechanism is not yet explained fully. Elderly people`s disease is mainly due to the degeneration of their immunoglobulin. For this reason, exercise intensity suitable for those people should be carefully considered in exercise intensity and exercise program. Therefore, there needs more continuous and profound researches on the immunoglobulin.

The purpose of this study is to modify the surface charge of filter media positively for capturing negatively charged pollutants such as bacteria and virus from water. The apparatus for manufacturing of the filter media consists of a mixing tank, a vacuum pumping system, an injection nozzle, a roller press and a controller. The filter media is composed of glass fiber (50~750 ㎚), cellulose fiber (10~20 ㎛) and positive charge modifier. The performance evaluation of the charge modified filters is conducted by measuring the surface zeta potential and the filtration efficiency. The zeta potential value and the filtration efficiency of the charge modified filter media are +35 ㎷ at pH 7 and 98% for PSL particles for 0.11 ㎛, respectively.

A laboratory-scale electrodewatering system for enhancing conventional filter pressure dewatering by an electric field has been developed to decrease the water content of sludge generated in the wastewater treatment. It consists of a piston-typed filter press, a power supply and data acquisition system. The effect of electrodewatering is investigated as a function of applied pressure, applied voltage, sludge type and filtration time. Also the optimal conditions for maximizing the dewatering efficiency in the eletrodewatering system are investigated. Electric field strength and mechanical pressure are in the range of from 0 to 120 V/㎝ and from 98.1 to 392.4 ㎪. The dewatering rates increased with increasing electric strength. These experiments produced a final sludge cake with water content of 60 wt% using electrodewatering technology, compared with a 80 wt% using pressure filtration alone. The conventional filtration system using the electrodewatering shows the potential to be effective method for improving dewatering Sludge.

The multi-disk press system is developed and evaluated to enhance the performance of the conventional screw press in sludge dewatering process. The objective of this study is to investigate experimentally the pre-treatment technique for the multi-disk press of dewatering system. In this study, the variations of the chemical coagulation are compared in the pre-treatment process, and the water content of sludge is evaluated in the multi-disk press. The particle size of sludge and the height of sedimentation liquid are measured to estimate sludge coagulation. The experimental results show that the particle size of sludge is increased and the sedimentation liquid is separated by the chemical coagulation in the sewage sludge The multi-disk press of dewatering system can reduced to the water content of the sewage sludge to 79.95 wt%.
