We considered about a mid range wireless power transfer for breaking inconvenience of using power wire. One of the way how to supply electric power through wireless system in short distance is using the Electromagnetic coupled resonances phenomenon. Through this way, it can be supplied the electric power to the load. It is analyzed the transfer characteristics through the basic experiment with LED load. As a result, we could confirm that the power is received from a secondary coil located at 2m position from asource coil. The transfer power measured is about 0.04W(0.5%) of the transmitted 8W power. The converter is operated at 1.5MHz switching frequency.

Water stress measurements of rice that use spectral reflection characteristics have been conducted to detect a water stress of rice during growing stage. Water stress reaction was measured using a spectroradiometer in the wavelength range from 300nm to 1100nm. In order to maintain all the experimental conditions, the measurement time have been settled at a fixed solar radiation times. Spectral reflectance were measured as a function of the moisture content. The results indicate that the spectral reflectance of rice was dependent on moisture content. As the moisture content is lowered the spectral reflectance of rice formed in NIR wavelength range increased. This effect can be best explained in terms of water stress.

The aim of the present study was the evaluation of methods for estimating the vegetation information in the field on the basis of spectral reflectance measured farm field, in particular the estimation of Leaf Area Index(LAI). Variability in tissue optical properties was wavelength-dependent. For rice and bean, the lowest variation was in the visible spectral region and the highest in the near-infrared. The structural attributes of ecosystems determine the relative contribution of tissue and canopy factors that drive variation in a reflectance signal.
소비자 선택확률 모형을 애용한 신규 이동 멀티미디어 서비스군 시장경쟁구조 분석

본 논문에서는 이동성을 보장하면서 다양한 멀티미디어 서비스 및 컨텐츠를 지원하는 서비스들이 거의 동시에 상용화되는 상황에서 향후 이들 서비스의 시장경쟁구도가 어떻게 형성될 것인지에 대해 예측해 보고자 한다. 미래 시장경쟁구도 예측을 위해서 과거 정보통신사업에서 시장자료에 근거하여 판단하는 방법을 지양하고, 소비자 선호에 근거하는 선택확률모형을 적용하는 접근법을 시도함으로써 유사 서비스들의 경쟁양상을 보다 정확하게 분석할 수 있는 계기를 마련하였다. 분석결과, 서비스들간의 대체효과, 유인효과, 외부영향 요인에 따른 변화 양상 등을 예상할 수 있었고, 이들을 근거로 하여 기업전략 방향이나 정부정책 수립에 대해 전반적으로 나아갈 방향을 제시하였다. This paper studied on the future market competitive structure among mobile multimedia services that offer a variety of multimedia services and contents through wireless networks. In the past, forecasting methods based on market data would be used popularly in telecommunications industry. However, methods must focus on not market data but customer preferences. In this reason, paper use to forecast the market competitive structure and offer firm strategies and policies using a customer choice probability model.
