이 론문은 문법화과정에서 체언 후 보조적 동사의 범주변화를 고찰하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 최근 들어 문법의 선천성과 탈문법화문제를 둘러싸고 문법화리론에 대한 론쟁이 있지만 이 글에서는 탈문법화현상도 포함한 광의적 개념을 사용할 수 있다고 본다. 체언 후 보조적 동사는 기능적 품사분류로 학계에서 선행연구가 있지만 이 글에서는 주로 범주변화의 각도로 체언 후 보조적 동사의 문법화코스를 추출한 다음, 문법화과정에서의 다섯가지 현상을 고찰하려고 한다.

본 론문에서는 조선(한국)어 원인문법장에 대한 선행연구를 바탕으로 조선어의 원인표현 수단을 충분히 수집하여 원인문법장의 전면적인 양상을 구축하였다. 통계수치를 보면 원인표현수단에는 4개의 큰 부류, 8개의 작은 부류, 73개의 구체적인 표현형식이 있다. 이를 문법장리론과 의미확장리론으로 분석한 결과, 한어 원인문법장과 다른 립체적이고 련속적인 표현체계가 드러났다. 이에 기초하여 본 론문에서는 교사들이 수업현장에서 문법을 가르칠 때 적용할 수 있는 간결한 명명원칙 7가지를 제시하였다.
304 스테인리스강의 δ-Ferrite 형성에 미치는 냉각속도의 영향

In order to investigate the effect of cooling rate on the formation of δ-ferrite in type 304 stainless steel. Gleeble experiment. TIG welding and laser surface melting were carried out. The transformation mechnism of δ-ferrite to austenite was studied by interrupted quenching experiment of unidirectional solidification. Transformation of δ-ferrite to austenite in the 1400 and 1160℃ range has the profound effect on δ-ferrite content. δ-ferrite content was about 74% at the final solidification, which decreased to about 8% at room temperature. As the cooling rate increased from 0.5 to 9.7×10³C/s, δ-ferrite content increased from 3 to 20%, but the further increase in cooling rate from 9.7×10³ to 3.3×10⁴C/s decreased δ-ferrite content from 20 to 9.7%. With increasing the cooling rate, δ-ferrite morphology changed from vermicular ferrite, lacy ferrite and to euteetic ferrite with concurrent decrease in the δ-ferrite content.

In general, VRFB (vanadium redox-flow battery) is considered as one of the next generation ESS, since it can be used for more than 20 years semi-permanently, and its safety is much greater than lithium-ion battery due to the low risk of harmfulness, flammability and chemical reaction. However, in case of operating VRFB interconnected with the distribution system, the lifespan and output performance of VRFB may be degraded due to the hazardous factors, which may deteriorate the VRFB stacks and increase the internal impedance. Therefore, in order to evaluate the characteristics of internal impedance, which is one of the significant index of the degradation rate of VRFB, this paper proposes a modeling of VRFB section, which simulates the operation characteristics of VRFB, and EIS (electrochemical impedance spectroscopy) test device section that calculates the Nyquist plot according to the resistance and reactance components depending on the frequency. And also, in order to evaluate the characteristics of output and internal impedance of VRFB, this paper implements a 6 [kWh] scaled internal impedance test device, which is composed of VRFB, EIS test device and BMS section etc. From the simulation and test reuslts based on the proposed modeling and test device, it is confirmed that the proposed modeling is a useful tool to effectively evaluate the electrolyte resistance, charge transfer resistance and Warburg impedance at both initial and 160 cycles deteriorated conditions.

The samples of used doloma-containing basic refractories of POSCO's 300 ton capacity BOF have been taken and made into thin-sections for optical and electronic microscopic investigation to characterize the failure mechanism of the lining in the steelmaking conditions. A striking contrast has been found in the thickness of decarburized zone between those two refractories of POSCO and a Japanese steelmaker in the almost similar steelmaking and refractories practices. The decarburized zone thickness of POSCO's lining is extremely thin. The opposite is true of that of the Japanese steelmaker. The difference in the thickness of decarburized zone in relation to the protective nature of the carbon-containing MgO-based brick has been studied mainly based on a mathematical model pertaining to the formation of the dense MgO layer close to the hot face of the brick. This study shows that maintenance of a thicker decarburized zone is one of the critical parameters involved in the extension of lining life of the BOF refractories.
