A great variety of products rely on this technology for the production of the dies and molds used in manufacturing. Ball-end milling is necessary in manufacturing die and mold including sculptured surface. Also cutting force was changed according to the cutting method and cutting. This study explains that machining force is changed to cutting direction. we need to think that ball endmill's pick point is included while working on it. So propose of this study is to analysis tool deformation and life of machining force changed to cutting direction.

This study aims to find out the friction heat occurring in tilting pad thrust bearings, which are used in spinning objects such as pump and construct the forced lubrication system making use of its result. In the case of mechanical equipments or devices, lowering of function or breakdown can occur due to friction, obliteration and generation of heat. Thus, the lubricating device is used in order to reduce friction heat or friction resistance arsing in the course of operation of an apparatus.
MeOH-MeCN 혼합용매계에서 할로겐화 벤질과 피리딘 사이의 친핵성 치환반응

메탄올-아세토니트릴 혼합 용매계에서 할로겐화 벤질(파라 치환된 브롬화 벤질과 요오드화 벤질)과 피리딘 사이의 친핵성 치환반응을 속도론적으로 연구하여 반응메카니즘을 밝혔다. 치환기 상호 작용 계수 ${\rho}_{XY}$값으로 부터 할로겐화 벤질과 피리딘 사이의 반응은 전이 상태에서 dissociative S$_N$2 메카니즘으로 진행되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. Hammett ${\rho}$(${\rho}_X$, ${\rho}_Y$) 값, Br${\o}$nsted ${\beta}_N$값, 분광 용매화 관계식의 계수 a, s 및 a/s 값을 이용하여 비교하였다. PES 모형과 QM 모형의 분석결과 QM 모형 해석에 잘 적용 됨을 알수 있었다. Kinetic studies for the nucleophilic substitution reactions of benzyl halides(para-substituted benzyl bromides and benzyliodide) with substituted pyridines in MeOH-MeCN mixtures have been carried out in order to elucidate the reaction mechanism. Cross interaction coefficient, ${\rho}_{XY}$ values suggested that the reactions between benzylhalides and substituted pyridines exhibit an dissocitive $S_N$2 mechanism. Hammett (${\rho}_X$, ${\rho}_Y$), Br${\o}$nsted ${\beta}_N$ and solvatochromic correlation coefficient a, s, a/s values were illustrated. Kinetic results were compared between potential energy surface model and quantum mechanical model. The quantum mechanical approach showed to be consistent with kinetic results.

염화 N,N-이메틸 및 N,N-이에틸카르바모일의 가용매분해반응과 할라이드 교환$(Cl^-,\;Br^-,\;I^-)$반응, 및 염화 N,N-이페닐카르바모일의 가용매분해반응을 속도론적으로 연구하였다. 속도자료와 MO결과로부터 (1) 이 알킬화합물들은$S_N2$ 메카니즘으로, 이페닐화합물은 $S_N1$ 메카니즘으로 반응함을 알았고, (2) 염화이온교환에서는 결합절단이 중요한 반면, $Br^-$ 및 $I^-$ 교환반응에서는 결합 형성이 중요함을 알 수 있었다. Kinetic studies have been carried out on solvolyses and halide exchanges $(Cl^-,\;Br^-,\;I^-)$ of N,N-dimethyl-, N,N-diethylcarbamoyl chlorides, and solvolyses of N,N-diphenylcarbamoyl chloride. Kinetic results together with simple MO analysis indicated that: (a) N,N-dialkylcarbamoyl chlorides reacted via the $S_N2$ mechanism, while N,N-diphenylcarbamoylchloride reacted via the $S_N1$ mechanism; (b) in chloride exchanges, the bond-breaking appeared to be important, whereas in bromide and iodide exchanges, the bond-formation was shown to be important.

Kinetic studies for the nucleophilic substitution reactions of para-substituted benzyl bromides and benzyl iodide with anilines were carried out in MeOH-MeCN mixtures at 35.0$^{\circ}$C. Hammett $ {\rho}_N,\;{\rho}_C$, Bronsted $ {\beta}$ and solvatochromic correlation coefficient a, s values were determined in order to clarify the transition state variations caused by changing nucleophiles, substituents, leaving group and solvents. The results of solvatochromic equation showed that ${\pi}^{ast}$effect was a dominant factor for the reaction systems studied. It was shown that the reaction proceeds via the dissociative $S_N$2 mechanism using the potential energy surface model approach. The potential energy surface model approach however failed to account for the transition state variation due to leaving group changes. The quatum mechanical approach showed that kinetic results were consistent with proposed dissociative $S_N$2 mechanism. 메탄올-아세토니트릴 혼합용매계에서 파라치환된 브롬화 벤질 및 요오드화 벤질과 아닐린 치환체 사이의 친핵성 치환반응을 35.0$^{\circ}$C에서 연구하였다. Hammett관계식, Bronsted 관계식을 이용하여 반응 선택성 파라미터인$ {\rho}_N,\;{\rho}_C$ 및 ${\beta}$값을 구했으며 분광용매화 관계식의 계수 a, s 등을 구했다. 분광용매화 관계식의 계수 a, s 및 a/s값으로부터 혼합용매의 ${\pi}^{sat}$효과가 본 반응에 크게 작용함을 알았다. PES 모형을 적용하여 본 반응이 dissociative $S_N$2메카니즘으로 진행됨을 알 수 있었으며 이탈기 효과의 논의에는 PES모형이 실험결과와 잘 일치하지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 양자역학적 해석방법을 이용하여 본 반응의 전이상태 변화를 논의했으며 실험결과와 잘 일치함을 알 수 있었다.

When the deep hole drilling with BTA drill, there are serious problems such as accuracy of diameter, surface roughness to inhibit the required qualities. With the purpose of the accuracy improvement in deep hole drilling, we investigated the influence of the drilled hole accuracy and the cutting resistance of materials that occurred as the variation of the cutting condition after deep hole drilling with BTA drill on fuel pipe for large ship.
미성숙 감귤 과피 초임계 추출물의 성분 분석과 자궁암세포 성장억제효능

본 연구의 목적은 제주도 재래감귤인 팔삭과 이예감 초임계 추출물에 대한 인간 자궁암 세포인 HeLa 세포에서의 성장억제 효능을 탐색하고, 각 추출물에서의 유효 활성 성분을 분석하는데 있다. HeLa 세포에서의 성장억제 및 세포사멸 효능을 탐색하기 위해 MTT assay와 Hoechst 33342 염색을 수행하였으며, 성분분석은 가스크로마토그래피 질량분석기 (GC/MS)를 이용하였다. 두 종류의 미성숙 감귤 과육, 과피 초임계 추출물에 대한 HeLa 세포의 성장 억제 효능을 비교해 본 결과, 과피 추출물은 팔삭과 이예감 모두 비슷한 세포사멸 효능을 나타냈다. 과피 추출물을 처리한 세포에서는 농도 의존 적으로 성장률이 억제되었으며, 처리 농도 400 μg/mL에서 팔삭과 이예감 추출물이 각각 87.16%와 92.95%의 세포사멸 효능 을 나타냈으나, 과육 추출물의 세포 성장 억제 효능은 처리 농도 400 μg/mL까지 관찰되지 않았다. Hoechst 33342 염색을 통해 apoptotic body 형성을 현미경으로 관찰한 결과, 100, 200 μg/mL 과육 초임계 추출물을 처리한 세포에서는 apoptpotic body를 관찰할 수 없었으나, 동일한 농도의 과피 추출물을 처리한 세포의 경우에서는 apoptotic body가 현저하게 증가하는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. GC/MS 분석을 통해 미성숙 팔삭 과육과 과피 초임계 추출물에서 각각 27개와 31개의 화합물을 검출하였으며, 미성숙 이예감 과육과 과피 초임계 추출물에서는 각각 27개와 29개의 화합물을 검출하였다. 팔삭 과피 초임계 추출물에는 1,1,4,4-Tetramethyl- 2-tetralone(20.86%), alloimperatorin(8.15%), limonene (11.23%), auraptene(7.29%) 등이 주로 함유되어 있었으며, 이예감 과피 초임계 추출물에는 limonene(22.19%), linalool(11.23%), γ-sitosterol(9.12%) 등이 주로 함유되 어 있었다. This study was performed to investigate the antiproliferative activities of supercritical extracts from phalsak(Citrus hassaku Hort ex Tanaka) and yeagam(Citrus iyo Hort. ex Tanaka) against human cervical carcinoma HeLa cells and the chemical compositions of the extracts. The anticancer properties of supercritical extracts were demonstrated using the MTT assay and Hoechst 33342 staining and the compositional analyses were conducted by using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). The peel extracts of both species exhibited similar antiproliferative effect. The antiproliferative activity of the flesh extracts was not detected up to 400 μg/mL, whereas peel extracts of phalsak and yeagam reduced cell viability with 87.16% and 92.95% at 400 μg/mL, respectively. There was a dramatic increase of the apoptotic body formation in the cell treated with peel extracts while no apoptotic body formation detected in the cell treated with flesh extracts at 100, 200 μg/mL. By GC-MS analysis, 27 and 31 kinds of compounds identified in flesh and peel of phalsak, while 27 and 29 kinds of compounds were identified in flesh and peel of yeagam, respectively. 1,1,4,4-Tetramethyl- 2-tetralone(20.86%), alloimperatorin(8.15%), limonene(11.23%), and auraptene(7.29%) were major in peel of phalsak, whereas limonene(22.19%), linalool(11.23%), and γ -sitosterol(9.12%) were major in peel of yeagam. som

This study has analyzed the impact of the characteristics of groove angle, ampere, and voltage density of welded material, which are the FCAW welding requisites, to the welding process. In addition, it is going to present the optimum post heat treatment conditions compatible to the vessel classification rules through the impact analysis of heat treatment to the mechanical characteristics of welding area with the comparative analysis of mechanical characteristics of welding area before and after heat treatment.
