        연성 전기 경련 요법의 임상적 고찰과 마취제 pentothal과 propofol에 따른 경련기간의 비교에 관한 연구

        저자들은 1993년 5월 1일부터 1997년 4월 30일까지 한강성심병원 신경정신과 입원환자 중연성전기경련요법을 받은 60명을 대상으로 임상적 고찰을 하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1) 전기경련요법을 받은 환자 60명중 정신분열증이 51.7%, 주요우울증이 21.6%, 양극성 정동장애, 조증이 16.7%, 기타 10% 이었다. 2) 전기경련요법의 시행 횟수는 1인당 평균 12.2회(정신분열증 14.9회 : 주요우울장애 12.2회 : 양극성 정동장애 13.6회 : 기타 8.2회)이었다. 3) 치료의 대상이 되었던 증상은 정신분열증의 경우 피해망상, 환청, 주요우울장애는 정신운동지체, 우울기분, 그리고 자살사고 또는 시도, 양극성 정동장애에서는 파괴적 행동, 흥분상태 순이었다. 4) 전기경련요법에 사용된 약제로 atropine $0.0093mgkg^{-1}$, 마취제 pentothal $2.76mgkg^{-1}$, 근육이완제 succinylcholine $0.80mgkg^{-1}$을 사용하여 만족할 만한 효과를 얻을 수 있었다. 5) 전기경련요법시 사용된 마취제중 propofol은 pentothal에 비해 seizure duration을 낮추었다. The authors performed this preliminary study to investigate the effect of softening E.C.T. and propofol was compared to pentothal for induction of anaesthesia for E.C.T. on seizure duration. The results were follows ; 1) E.C.T. was performed in 60 psychiatric inpatients who were admitted during the study period. Of them 51.7% were diagnosed as schizophrenia, 21.6% as major depressive disorder, 16.7% as bipolar I disorder, manic and 10% of others. 2) Mean number of E.C.T. was 12.2 times a patient. 3) The most common target symptoms were persecutory delusion in schizophrenia, psychomotor retardation or agitation in major depressive disorder, and violent aggressive behavior in bipolar I disorder, manic. 4) Pre-ECT medication usually used were atropine $0.0093mgkg^{-1}$, pentothal $2.76mgkg^{-1}$ or propofol $1.42mgkg^{-1}$. 5) The duration of seizure, as measured clinically, was reduced with propofol(20.5 sec) in comparison with pentothal (35.7 sec)(p<0.001). This suggests the possibility that additional treatments may be needed for the same clinical effect in psychiatric illness when propofol is used as the induction agent.

        신석기시대 움집 이엉지붕의 두께별 온도 변화와 실내ㆍ외 온ㆍ습도 변화에 관한 실험적 분석

        The Neolithic Dugout Hut(Um house) has not been built by means of the scientific analysis and architectural design, on the other hand it has been improved and constructed through the long life experience. Various materials to build the Um house could have been obtained from the natural resources such as the soil, rock, trees plants and rice straw etc. Especially the soil and Eaung(planted rice straw for the roof cover) have been useful materials for the Um house. The soil has been used for the ground floor and the wall of the house, and the Eaung for the roof cover by which indoor air temp. variation of the Um house could have been minimized as well as the indoor air of the house has been heated by the charcoal brazier located at the center of the ground soil floor. The Um house is not only simple but also convenient for the housing facility. This thermal characteristics of the Um house could be useful for the standardization of Korean type emergency shelter and also of the eco-friendly low energy rural house. The structural configuration and the development process of the Um house were studied by the archaeologists and the architects, whereas the thermal environment of the house was not studied through the scientific analysis. In this study, the Um house was rebuilt through the historical investigation to analyse the thermal characteristics of the Um house. The temperature variation with layer of the conical thatched roof and the indoor air temperature-relative humidity of the Um house with the ambient temperature were experimentally analysed. The results can be summarized as follows; 1. When the ambient temp. was decreased from 24℃ to 14℃, the surface and the middle layer temp. of the Um house roof covered with the rice straw was maintained at 20∼22℃. 2. When the temperature on the surface of the south orientation roof was increased from 48℃ to 55℃, that of the north orientation from 29℃ to 30℃. 3. When the ambient air temp. was lower than 19℃, the relative humidity of the inside air of the Um house was lower 14.6% than of the outside air, whereas when the ambient air temp. was higher than 19℃, the relative humidity of the inside air was higher 14.8% than that of the outside air.

        해상보험자에 대한 피해자의 직접청구권에 관한 고찰 - 준거법과 선지급항변을 중심으로 - - 서울고등법원 2014. 5. 9.선고 2013나73560판결의 평석 -

        1991. 12. 31. 법률 제4470호로 개정되어 1993. 1. 1.부터 시행되는 상법은 보험자에 대한 피해자의 직접청구권을 규정하고 있다. 직접청구권은 책임보험계약에 의한 보험금은 경제적으로는 피해자인 제3자에게 귀속하게 되는 것이고, 오늘날 책임보험의 중점이 피해자보호라는 측면으로 전환되고 있다는 점을 고려하여 도입된 것인데, 적용 범위에 대한 제한이 없다. 따라서, 책임보험의 성격을 가질 수 있는 해상보험, 특히 P&I보험과 선박보험의 선박충돌배상책임조항에 있어서, 그 적용 여부가 논란이 되어왔다. 특히, 해상보험의 경우 영국법 준거약관을 두고 있는 경우가 대부분 이어서, 이 경우 피해자의 보험자에 대한 청구에 적용될 준거법 역시 논쟁이 되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 최근 우리 법원에서 다루어진 판례 사안들을 중심으로 해상보험자에 대한 피해자의 직접청구권이 제기되는 경우 다루어지게 되는 쟁점들을 살펴보기로 하고, 준거법에 따라 향후 위 직접청구권에 기한소송이 국내 법원에서 진행되는 경우의 전망 및 논의방향을 다루어보도록 한다. Korean Commercial Code (“KCC”) provides a direct claim by 3<sup>rd</sup> party victim against an insurer, which is construed as a mandatory provision, whereas most P&I insurance and RDC clause under H/M policy to be governed by the English law provides “pay to be paid rule”. Thus, in case where the lawsuit against a marine insurer to issue an insurance policy under the English law is brought in the Korean jurisdiction based on a direct claim by 3<sup>rd</sup> party victim, the governing law between an insurance contract and tort in question would contradict. Recently, Korean lower courts have dealt with several cases where a 3<sup>rd</sup> party victim exercised a direct claim against a marine insurer. Some insurance policies were governed by the English law, while others were governed by the Korean law. With reviewing the relevant Korean lower court`s judgment, this study has considered main issues that can be in question where a direct claim against a marine insurer is exercised in the Korean jurisdiction, and suggest the de lege ferenda for improvement.

        다 전문분야간의 창의적 협업을 통한 건축 기초 설계안 구축 디자인 방법론 개발에 관한 연구

        The architectural design is a synthetic activity requiring the broad knowledges and awareness in various field. These characteristics require not only the personal knowledge and personal experience but also effective harmonization of the related expertise. Our purpose is to establish an architectural methodology in order to improve the communication of the related expertise in the early phases of schematic design stages. For the achievement of the methodology, we applied new product industrial design methodologies, which are relatively active in the development of methods and tools to promote the collaborative simultaneous design, to architecture design. This paper presents their actual applications to an emergency shelter housing project, and thereby suggested an alternative architecture design process as an evolutionary example for others projects. In addition, we reviewed the application with professional architects in terms of creativity promotion and collaboration, and arranged its advantages and major improvements. As a result, our research proposes an architectural design process model promoting an creative design collaboration between the related experts in the schematic stages.

        재해임시주거 냉난방을 위하여 기존 에어컨을 열펌프로 전환하는 변환기 개발

        Korea and some other countries located in the northern hemisphere employ the air conditioner for the space cooling in the hot summer season and also some kinds of heaters for the space heating in the cold winter season. Especially in Korea a great number of air conditioners of about 12,700,000 sets have been used these days. However they are used for a short operation period of only 58 days a year which results in the material and economic losses. To solve this problem and employ this system for the emergency shelter a new conversion unit which could convert the existing air conditioner to a heat pump system for simultaneous heating and cooling was developed in this study and the thermal performance was tested. The results in dicated that the indoor air could be heated from 27℃ to 39℃ by the air conditioner converted to a heat pump system with the ambient temperature variation of -10℃~10℃ and cooled from 20℃ to 15℃ by the converted system with the ambient temperature variation of 20℃~35℃. And also the heating COP increased from 3.3 to 5.3 in case of the heat exchange of the super cooling(HESC) circuit and from 3.0 to 4.0 in case of the By-pass with the ambient temperature variation of -10℃~10℃ respectively whereas the cooling COP decreased from 3.1 to 2.1 with the increase of the ambient temperature from 20℃ to35℃.

        Development of a New Refrigerant Mixture (RM-1) to improve the performance of Heat Pump System for Heating and Cooling of the Living Space

        생활공간 냉난방용 열펌프의 성능향상을 위해 R22의 대체 냉매로서 새로운 혼합냉매22/R23/R152a(RM-1)을 개발하고 U.S.A.의 NIST사의 REFPROP program을 이용해 이 혼합냉매의 P-hdiagram을 구성하여 실용화에 이용할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 연구는 실험을 통해 R22와 RM-1의 열펌프 성능효과를 분석하였다. 입·출구 물의 온도와 제 2의 전열매체로서 물의 질량유량 압축기의 소요 에너지 그리고 열펌프의 기타 열적 특성을 다양한 조건하에서 측정하였다. 이 실험 데이터를 통해 공기-물 열펌프 시스템에서의 RM-1과 R22의 성능계수(COP)를 비교하였다. 이를 통해 혼합냉매 RM-1을 사용하는 열펌프 시스템은 외기온 -17℃에서도 2.2의 성능계수로 작동하는 결과를 본 연구에서 보여주었다.

        태양열-잠열축열 시스템을 공간 난방으로 이용한 재해 임시 주거 개발

        In recent 20 years, a great number of natural disasters have occurred in the world, but the emergency shelters(ES) for the displaced people who have lost their houses due to the natural disasters are expanding in a disorganized way, and so the shelters are in unstable conditions of the low thermal comfort level. To mitigate this situation, in this study the living space of the emergency shelter was constructed using the transparent polyethylene film as the material of semicircle type roof cover, and the solar energy-latent heat storage system for the heating instrument in the winter season was installed inside the living space, and the thermal performance of the heating system was tested. The results could be summarized as follows; 1. On a sunny day, the heating effect of the solar energy-latent heat storage system was little available at the ambient temperature of 5∼10℃, whereas at that of -5∼5℃ the heating effect of the system was available. 2. At the solar radiation of 680∼700W/㎡, the temperature of the storage of the material PCM in the latent heat storage system increased to 44℃, the inside air temperature of the shelter was 37℃, and the difference between the temperature of PCM and the inside air temperature of the shelter was 7℃. 3. On a cloudy day, the solar radiation was 50∼220W/㎡, one third of that on a sunny day, whereas the temperature of PCM increased to 20℃ higher than 13∼15℃ of the phase change temperature of PCM.
