      • 大田地方에서 製造된 Cement Brick(벽돌)의 强度에 對한 考察…[Ⅰ]

        시멘트벽돌(Cement Brick)은 組積式構造에 使用되는 材料로써 諸 建築物에 關連되어 있는 主要한 建築材料이다. 이런점으로 보아서 Cement Brick은 簡單하고 容易한것 같으나 여러가지 複雜하고 아직까지 解決되지 못한 점들이 많이 남아 있는 것이다. 이러한 점을 생각해서 이 地方에서 製造되고 있는 Cement 벽돌을 20餘個~場所에서 蒐集하여 KS F_4004(한국감정공업규격)에 어느만큼 到達하고있는가를 土台로 삼아 壓縮强度, 吸水率, 形狀과 規格 等을 試驗하고 分析 檢討하고저한다. Now that the cement bricks play a great part in modern construction, brick makers are requested to make the ones proper for industrial standard, so that they can help develop the national construction project, a second five-year development plan. I have collected the cement bricks made by the twenty different makers in Taejon area, and some suggestions are made according to the data obtained through my experiment.

      • 대전지방에서 제조된 시멘트 벽돌의 강도에 대한 종합 고찰(Ⅰ.Ⅱ.Ⅲ)

        시멘트 벽돌(Cement Brick)은 조적식 구조에 사용되고 있는 가장 대표적인 재료로서 여러 건축물에 관련되어 있는 중요한 건축재료인 것이다. 이런 점으로 보아서 시멘트 벽돌은 제작이 간단하고 용이한 것 같이 생각되지만 여러가지 복잡하고 아직까지 해결되지 못한 점들이 많이 남아 있는 것이다. 더욱이 요즈음 건축물에 가장 많이 사용되는 시멘트 벽돌이 매우 간단한 것처럼 생각하고 일부 몰지각한 업자들이 건축물의 "붐"을 틈타 마구 찍어만 내는 시멘트 벽돌을 50여개 장소에서 수집하여 KSF 4004(한국감정공업규격)에 어느만큼 도달하고 있는가를 토대로 삼아 지금까지 연 1회 3회에 걸쳐 즉 1차 1968년 6월, 제2차 1969년 7월, 제3차 1970년 7월에 실시한 압축강도에 대하여서 시험하고 분석된 것을 종합해서 발표하고자 한다. Some tests and experiments have been made on the cement bricks manufactured in the Tagjon area, of how much they are ex??t to the industrial standard, and of what influence they have on the coastruction, first in 1968, second in '69' and third in 70. The experiment of the pressure strength of the cement bricks made by the dozens of makers shows us that they are far below the standard, which demands for the awakening of the makers, the proper countermeasure on the deficiency of them, and at the same time presents the problems of the quality control and its execution, the executer supervision the enforcement of the industrial standard and its standardization, and the quality inspection, etc. As the quality control can't be executed without the preceding standardization of the articles, there must be the drive for the standardization first of all, some methods of which are illustrated in the following: 1. More interest must be taken in the standardized articks or the standardization, on the part of the highest managers and it must be enforecd more positively. 2. The positive cooperation, and the training or the education must be urged, to back up the enforcement of the nation's standardized or standardization. 3. The highesr managers must have constant concern, and estimate the result of the standardized articles or the standardization. The above-mentioned measures must be taken without cease, and if there were any managers who think or say. "It will do only to ?? the inspection." or "selling is all I can do," they must repent their thinking and try to improve the quality of their products.

      • 效率的인 實習指導를 위한 콘크리트의 特性에 關한 硏究

        Recently, concrete admixtures known as super-plasticizer have been developed and used to a great extent in foreign countries. But they aren't familiar with and fully introduced in Korea yet. In this paper, experimental tests of the super-plasticizer locally produced were carried out to verify the effect of increasing the workability, the compressive strength and the water tightness using mix proportion suitable for the actual domestic circumstance. The conclusions from experimental tests are as follows: 1. The suitable quantity of super-plasticizer witch is recommended in this paper are as follows: (a) For improvement of the workability, 0.2%-0.5% of super-plasticizer is required. (b) To improve the water tightness, 1.0% of super-plasticizer is required. (c) For high compressive strength concrete, 1.0%-2.0% of super-plasticizer is required. 2. Reducing ratio of the cement and water would be 7% when super-plasticizer dosage ratio is 0.2%, and it can be reduced to approx. 20% with dosage ratio of 1.0%. 3. If the compressive strength of the ordinary concrete is 100, the value of compressive strength of concrete with super-plasticizer are as follows: δ_3 = 97, δ_7=97, δ_28=101 4. The durability by freezing and thawing of concrete has been increased because of the water tightness by effect of water reducing. 5. When the amount of 0.2% super-plasticizer was mixed in the ordinary concrete, the permeability of the concrete has been decreased by approx, 30 times as much as that of the ordinary concrete.

      • 組立式 住宅의 部材斷熱 性能에 관한 硏究(Ⅰ)

        This study treated the thermal insulating performances of the building materials and structures. The author chose the S.P.System as a case study, and reviewed its performances of thermal insulation and its economic effects from the energy conservation and building techniques. The Adventages of S.P.System identified in this study can be summarized as follows 1) As the thermal insulating performance of the S.P. is better than any orther materials, We can get a lot of effects of energy conservation by using it. 2) As the roof is composed of the same material as the wall in this system, it gives additional effect to the thermal insulation and solar heart system can easily be applied to this system. 3) As the S.P.System is one of pre-fabrication system, we can save the considerable amount of the total cost and period in construction.
