구동장치에 의한 회전토크와 상대변위의 영향을 받는 연결샤프트 내구시험 평가

철도차량의 구동장치는 구동모터에 의해서 고속회전하며 이로인한 회전토크가 발생하게 된다. 모터감속기와 차축감속기가 각각 별도로 있는 구동장치는 모터로부터 받는 회전토크를 1차로 모터감속기에 전달을 하며, 모터감속기에서 나오는 회전력과 회전토크를 연결샤프트를 통하여 2차로 차축감속기에 전달하게 된다. 국내 고속철도의 경우 모터감속기는 차체에 취부되어 있고, 차축감속기는 대차프레임의 차축 연결이 되어 있어 주행 중 동적거동에 의해 상대변위가 발생하게 되며, 이 변위는 1차, 2차 스프링의 스프링강성(k)에 의해서 변위량이 결정된다. 따라서 연결샤프트는 차축감속기로부터 받는 회전토크와 상대변위에 의한 저항력을 받게 된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 이러한 조건을 반영하여 연결샤프트의 적절한 내구시험의 방법을 고찰하고자 한다. Driving gear unit for rolling stock is driven by a high-speed rotation from motor and generates the rotational torque simultaneously. The rotational torque from traction motor are transmitted to the motor reduction unit at first and then to the axle reduction unit through the shaft. In case of the domestic high-speed train the motor reduction unit is mounted to the carbody, and the axle reduction unit is connected to the axle of the bogie frame and this condition makes relative displacement by dynamic behavior during train running. The relative displacement is able to be taken from the spring stiffness(k) of the primary, the secondary spring. Therefore, the shaft is effected the resistance due to the rotational torque and relative displacement. We investigated the methods of the appropriate endurance test for the shaft to reflect this condition in this paper.

This report is the result performed the structural analysis and the static and fatigue load test of bogie frame for the purpose of designing and verifying the bogie frame which satisfy the load condition required in the UIC code. This investigation is proposed the efficient draft of the design to satisfy the load condition required in the UIC code. And It is performed the structural analysis to evaluate the static strength and the fatigue life of the patient material and the welded part. Also, This is proposed the efficient draft of the test to satisfy the method of the static and fatigue test required in the UIC code. And it is carried out the sta-ic and the fatigue load test to verify it. We can designed the bogie frame in compliance with UIC 515-4 and 615-4 code.

Nowadays domestic demands for urban EMUs are gradually increased due to traffic jams and environmental problems. Therefore it has been required to make sure of manufacturing quality and to acquire cost effective bogie frames through mass production. One of the major functions of bogie frames is to guarantee the static strength and durability. In this research, the comparison between FE analysis and actual load test results is performed for the bogie frame, which is manufactured by Rotem Company. The results show that the standardized bogie frame meets the strength requirements of domestic regulations.
