본 논문의 연구목적은 사회적 커뮤니케이션의 한 축을 대표하는 북한의 신문과 도서관이 무엇을 지향하는 지를 살펴보고 북한의 도서관이 어떻게 역사적․문화적으로 발전해 왔는가를 고찰하기 위함이다. 이를 위해 먼저, 북한의 국방부 직할부대 및 기관지인 로동신문과 북한 도서관의 특징에 대해 조사하였다. 다음, 북한의 당 기관지인 ‘로동신문’ 속에 나타난 ‘도서관’ 관련 기사의 내용과 형식을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 1971년부터 2012년까지 노동신문을 검색한 결과, ‘도서관’ 관련 로동신문 기사 62건이 도출되었다. 이 62건의 기사를 대상으로 하여 주제별․유형별로 분석하였고, 북한 도서관의 구체적인 활동들이 어떠한 형태와 방법으로 구현되어 왔는가를 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to review what the Rodong Shinmun newspaper which represents the social communication of North Korea seeks, to search that the newspaper of North Korea consider the libraries to do certain roles in North Korea, and to review how these things, Rodong Shinmun and library, have developed themselves from historical and cultural aspects. First, it was reviewed whether the Rodong Shinmun and library had been closely related each other. Then, it was analyzed whether the formats and contents of the articles related with the libraries in the Rodong Shinmun had certain particular points or not. As the results, the 62 articles which were related with libraries were searched from 1971 to 2012 in the Rodong Shinmun and they had been analyzed by the aspects of subjects and styles. It was revealed that the actions of libraries in North Korea had been the special characteristics in formats and ways.

This study firstly analyzed chronologically after considering how the role, function, goal, and social influence of North Korea’s national library have been changed and developed historically. Second, by synthesizing these analyses, this study establishes the status, major current condition and characteristics of North Korea's national library. Also it is expected to be used for fundamental policy data in the aspect for the process of combining South's and North's library in the future. For research method, it was processed by comparative analysis by finding related data from main original text; 'Rodong Shinmun' which is North Korea's representative daily newspaper as well as party organ and History Dictionary etc. For this process, I retrieved the 'Rodong Shinmun' data-based article that is from 1960 to 2013, by the help of 'Information Center on North Korea' in ‘Ministry of Unification.’ As a result of the search, there were total 91 articles related to 'National Center Library' and 'Grand People's Study House' which were performed as North Korea's National library. As a result of this study on the main data after it was divided into chronologically, North Korea tried to use the national library(Grand Peoples' Study House) as an information base that supports idolization of Kim Ill-Sung's lineage, thought control and economic growth. For the public, it can be constructed as the show off the superiority of socialistic education and leader of North Korea's love for people.

대학도서관의 정보기술 도입이 사서의 직무만족에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 대학도서관에 도입된 정보기술의 수준과 서서들의 직무만족도는 어떠한 관계가 있으며, 직무만족도의 중심적인 영향을 미치는 용인이 무엇인가를 구명하고, 정보기술도입에 대한 조직특성과 개인특성이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 밝혀냄으로써 인적관리 측면에서 대학도서관의 조직관리와 운영의 효율화를 도모하고자 하였다. 자료의 수집은 층화계층표집을 통해 선정된 전국 27개 대학 사서 485명을 대상으로 하였고, 분산분석, T-Test, 상관분석방법이 통계분석에 사용되었다. 분석 결과, 정보기술의 도입수준에 따라 직무만족도와 직무만족요인에는 유의한 차이가 있으며, 정보기술 도입과정의 의사결정 참여도, 의사결정 주도층, 최고경영층의 정보기술 지원도와 직무만족도 사이에는 비교적 강한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 사서들의 개인별 컴퓨터 능력과 직무만족도는 유의한 치이가 있으며, 정보기술 도입과정에서 이수한 교육 및 훈련 수준과 직무만족도는 비교적 강한 상관관계를 갖는 것으로 밝혀졌다. This study is to maximize the efficiency of university libraries' human resources management by determining the followings : the relationship between the level of information technology(1T) implement and the job satisfaction of the librarians, the main factors that affect job satisfaction, and how organizational characteristics and individual characteristics affect job satisfaction. Questionnaire was sent to 485 librarians from 27 universities chosen by stratified sampling and the methods of ANOVA, T-test, and correlation analysis were used. The results of the analysis are as follows. 1) there is a significant difference in the level of job satisfaction and the motivation factor according to the level of implementation of IT. 2) There is a relatively high correlation among the participation in decision making, the leadership in implementing the IT, the IT support of the CEO and job satisfaction. 3) There is a significant difference in job satisfaction by the level of computer skills, and a relatively high correlation is shown in the training experience while implementing the IT and job satisfaction.

이러한 평가는 북한의 경제 현실에서 오는 각종 인프라의 취약성, 체제유지와 보안상의 여러 가지 비합리적인 통제 구조와 환경들, 바세나르조약 등 국제적인 제재 조치 등 국내외적으로 복합적인 문제에서 야기되고 있는 것이다. 이러한 북한 인터넷 현황과 여러 문제점에 관한 논의는 먼저, 북한이 일본, 중국 등 해외에 서버를 설치하고 운영하고 있는 북한의 홈페이지를 직접 살펴본 후에 검토하는 것이 도움이 될 것이다.

문헌정보학 분야에서의 적실한 '독서치료' 연구와 강의를 위한 사례연구

이 연구는 S여대 문헌정보과 2학년생 4개 반을 대상으로 한 사례 연구로써 먼저, 독서치료의 경험 여부 및 그 시기, 독서치료 자료의 장르 선호도, 독서치료 과목의 효용성, 도서관 업무의 적용 가능성, 독서치료 를 위해 보충해야 할 학문 분야 등에 대한 학생들의 인식을 질문지를 통해 조사하였다. 다음, 조사 내용 분 석과 강의 경험을 통하여 향후 문헌정보학 분야에서 독서치료 과정을 교과목으로 강의하거나 연구하는데 있어서 준비하고 보완해야 할 요소들을 중심으로 발전 방향을 제시하였다. This study is a case study with four classes of sophomore major ing in library & information sciencein S woman’s college, with a questionnaire, firstly to research the studen on bibliotherapy and the time, their preference of the material s’genre for the bibliotherapy,usefulness of the ‘bibliotherapy’subject, apply possibility into library work, an d the field of science thaton of development is presented analyzingresearched contents and lecture experiences, centering on the f actors that should be complemented ands a school subject in the field of library& information science hereafter.
