본 연구는 교수학습지원센터의 교수지원 체제를 체계화하고 역량기반 교수지원 시스템을 구축하기 위해 수행되었다. 2014년 ‘교수자 생애주기별 교수지원 프로그램 설계’에 대한 정책연구를 시작으로 2015년에는 현장에 적용하기 위한 연구진과 실무자 간 숙의가 진행되었다. 역량기반 교수지원 시스템을 구축하기 위해 1차년도(2014)에는 선행연구 분석, 표적 집단 인터뷰(focus group interview), 설문조사, 타 기관 자문을 통해 49개 역량요소로 이루어진 ‘C대학 교수자 맞춤 역량’ 을 도출하였다. 2차년도(2015)에는 연구진, 자문위원, CTL실무자로 이루어진 ‘TF’를 구성하여, 숙의를 통해, ‘CNU(C: Competence, N: Need, U: Underpin) Teaching System’을 완성하여 직급별 추천 프로그램 및 역량 기반 환류체제를 완성하였다. 이 연구결과는 대학에서 수행되는 정책연구의 수행과정과 현장 적용을 위한 숙의과정을 살펴볼 수 있으며, 대학교수 역량향상을 위해 어떻게 교수학습지원센터의 교수지원 시스템이 운영되고 있는가에 대한 자료로 활용될 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to systematize a professor support system in professor learning support center of the university and to build competency -based professor support system. The study of policy on ‘designing a professor support program throughout the different life stages of professors’ was started in 2014, followed by discussions and consultations between researchers and practitioners in 2015 in a bid to adopt it in on-site practices. In Year 1 (2014) for the project to build a competency-based professor support system, preliminary study analysis, focus group interviews and consultation with external institutions were conducted to come up with the ‘Competencies tailored to the professors of university C’ comprised of 49 competency elements. In Year 2(2015), a task force team that consists of researchers and CTL practitioners was formed and the ‘CNU(C: Competence, N: Need, U: Underpin) Teaching System’ was completed through consultations, which led to the completion of the recommended programs by position and the competency-based feedback system. The results of this study allow one to take a look at the process of implementing policy researches and consultations for on-site adoption and can be used as a material on how the professor support system in professor learning support center is operated to improve competencies among university professors.
LabVIEW를 이용한 소형 유도전동기의 권선고장 자동진단

In this paper, an auto detection method of stator winding fault of small induction motor is suggested. The Park's vector pattern which is obtained from 3-phase current signal by d-q transforming, is very good to detect winding fault. Comparing the Park's vector pattern of testing motor with its of healthy motor, the Park's vector pattern of fault motor is became an ellipse and the asymmetry is increased by the winding fault serios. So for detecting the dis-symmetry, id-filtered function, Min-value, and Max-value are suggested for auto detecting. Using LabVIEW programing, 3-phase healthy motor and several kind of winding fault motors are tested and the test results are shown that the suggested method can gives us a possibility of an auto detecting winding fault.
산업용 Ethernet을 이용한 PC기반 패널작업 보아시스템 구축

In this paper, one type of a security system for panel working is suggested. The industrial Ethernet is used for open-close door control of the working panel and for monitoring the working panel is correct or not. Especially to upgrade the security system, a remote approval function of panel working by using the given approval number, a remote monitoring function for checking the approved panel is currently working or not, and an alarming function for keying the unapproved number or opening the disapproved panel, are added for preventing and reducing the intentional working error. Also the worker and working time are stored in PC automatically in exel file for detecting the working error. To show the possibility of suggested security system. two-working panel system is prepared and studied.
Park's 벡터 패턴의 왜곡률을 이용한 고정자 권선 고장 자동진단

In this paper, an auto-diagnosis method of the stator winding fault for small induction motor is suggested. 3-phase stator currents are sampled, filtered, and transformed with Park's vector transformation. After then Park's vector patterns are obtained. To detect the stator winding fault automatically, a distortion ratio is newly defined and compared with the one of healthy motor, and the threshold levels of distortion ratio are suggested. The 2-turn, 4-tum, 8-turn winding fault are tested with no load, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% rated load. The distortion ratio of the Park's vector patterns are increased as the increase of the faulted turns. but are same as the increase of the load.

In this paper, a portable rotor bar fault diagnosis system for small 3 phase induction motors is suggested. For portable real-tine diagnosis system, an USB- DAQ board for collecting the 3 phase current data, three current probes, and a notebook computer are used. The LabVIEW graphical language is used for filtering, analysis, storing, and monitoring the current data. The three phase stator current are filtered and transformed to frequency level by FFT. An analysis window programed by LabVIEW is located in front panel to show the FFT results and this suggested window has a zooming function to detect the fault feature more easily near the feature frequency range which is varying by the slip frequency. To show the possibility of portable rotor bar diagnosis system, three types(healthy, one rotor bar fault, two rotor bar fault) of rotor bar are intentionally prepared and compared by the suggested window of front panel. Experimental results are shown that a suggested diagnosis system is applicable to portable diagnosis system and the rotor bar fault is detected by the frequency window in front panel programed in LabVIEW graphical language.

대학교육력 강화와 질 제고에 대한 관심이 증대되면서 학습자의 학업성취와 학습과정, 다양한 학습활동이 대학교육의 주요한 성과변인으로 작용하고 있다. 이러한 맥락에서 공학 교육의 질적 제고를 위해서 학습성과, 교육여건, 교육환경뿐 아니라 공학교육에 참여하는 학습자 중심으로 그들이 어떠한 학습을 하고 있는지 관심을 기울일 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 공과대학 학생들의 전반적인 수업 내 활동은 어떠한지 살펴보고, 수업 내 학습활동 촉진을 위한 교수-학습지원 방안을 제안하고자 하였다. 연구결과 공과대학 학생들은 수업에서 교수들이 요구하는 활동에는 활발히 참여하나 그에 반해 자기주도적인 학습 참여는 덜한 편이었다. 과제수행에 관한 사고력 증진 활동은 자주 수행하였으나, 일상생활에 응용하거나 비판적 사고 활동은 많이 하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 수업내 수강생들과 활발한 협력이 이루어졌고, 수업에 대한 태도가 성실한 편이었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 공과대 수업내 학습활동을 촉진하기 위해서는 학습자의 자기주도적 학습 및 사고력 증진을 위한 교수-학습지원이 필요하다. While growing interest about university education and quality enhancement, learner’s scholastic achievement, learning process, various of learning activity work variable performance of university education. In this context, for quality enhancement of engineering education, it is necessary to pay attention not only learning achievement, educational conditions and environment, but also how students learn. The purpose of this study is checking learning activity in class of Engineering college students and proposing teaching and learning support for promoting learning activity in class. The result of this study is engineering college students were participate in highly only activity is called to professor, but self-directed learning engagements was less than. Activity of promoted thinking about task execution implemented frequently, but activity of critical thinking and applied everyday life were less than. In class students cooperated with colleague learner actively, they had sincere attitude about class. Based on these results, in order to promote learning activity in class, it is necessary sufficient teaching-learning support for learner’s self-directed learning and enhancing thinking skills.
