        오줌 유래 Trypsin 억제제가 출혈성쇼크에 미치는 영향

        The protective effect of human urinary trypsin inhibitor(LTI) on acute hemorrhagic shock in beagle dog was studied. Hemorrhagic shock was experimentally induced in thoracotomized beagle dogs by removing blood and maintaining low arterial blood pressure for 30 min, and then blood removed was entirely transfused back into the dogs within one hour. When the blood was transfused, UTI was administered together to check the potential protective effect of UTI on hemorrhagic shock. The arterial blood pressure recovery was accelerated slightly by UTI treatment. Blood pH and P_aco₂ returned to normal level in shorter time in the UTI treatment group. These data suggest that UTI may have protective effects on experimentally induced hemorrhagic shock.

        ADHD 아동과 뚜렛장애 아동의 인지적 특성, 실행기능 및 행동문제 비교

        본 연구는 주의력 결핍 과잉행동장애(이하 ADHD) 또는 뚜렛 장애(이하 TD)로 진단받은 만 6~14세의 아동을 대상으로 인지적 특성과 실행기능, 행동문제를 비교하였다. 집단은 ADHD Inattentive type(이하 ADHD-I)으로 진단된 아동 17명과 Combined type(이하 ADHD-C)으로 진단된 22명, TD로 진단된 19명까지 총 58명이 선정되었다. 이들을 대상으로 K-WISC-IV, CCTT, STROOP, K-CBCL 6-18을 실시하였으며, 세 집단 간 차이 비교를 위해 일원분산분석(ANOVA)을 통해 분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 지능검사에서 전체지능과 지표점수에서는 집단 간 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 하지만 작업기억지표 내 숫자 소검사에서는 TD 집단이 ADHD-I 집단에 비해 유의하게 높았다. 둘째로 실행기능검사의 CCTT에서는 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았으나, STROOP 단어점수에서 TD 집단이 ADHD-I 집단에 비해 유의하게 높았다. 셋째, K-CBCL 6-18 상 외현화척도에서 ADHD-C 집단이 TD 집단에 비해 유의미하게 높았으며, 사고문제에서는 TD 집단이 ADHD-C 집단보다 유의미하게 상승된 값을 보였다. 그 밖에 주의집중 문제에서는 ADHD-I 집단이 TD 집단에 비해 높은 점수를 보였다. This study was conducted to compare of cognitive characteristics and executive function, behavioral problem in children aged 6-14 years diagnosed with ADHD and TD. Subjects consisted of 58 children in ADHD-I consisted of 17, ADHD-C consisted of 22 and TD children consisted of 19. K-WISC-IV, CCTT, STROOP was used to find out the intelligent characteristics and executive function. First, there was no statistical difference among each group of ADHD-I, ADHD-C and TD on the overall examination of IQ(FSIQ), Index score of K-WISC-IV. But Digit span was showed significantly higher score in TD than ADHD-C. Second, there was no statistical difference among each group of ADHD-I, ADHD-C and TD on the overall examination of CCTT. But word test in STROOP was showed significantly higher score in TD than ADHD-I. Third, the ADHD-C was significantly higher on the K-CBCL 6-18 Externalizing Problems than the TD, and the TD showed significantly higher on the Thought Problems than in the ADHD-C. In addition, ADHD-I showed higher scores in Attention Problems than TD.

        In the investigation of superficial lymphadenopathy of unknown cause, fine needle aspiration (FNA) cytology plays an invaluable role. It enables the differentiation of benign lymphadenopathy from lymphoid and non-lymphoid malignancies, obviating the need for open biopsy, and allowing the triage of patients. Cytopathologists should be familiar with the typical FNA patterns of benign lymphadenopathy, and recognize and differentiate among categories. In a minority of cases of benign lymphadenopathy, FNA can render a specific diagnosis. Benign lymphadenopathies are generally categorized into reactive lymphoid hyperplasia (RLH), inflammatory or infectious processes, and benign lymphoproliferative disorders. RLH characteristically presents with a heterogeneous and polymorphous smear composed of normal cellular constituents of lymph nodes, in contrast with the homogeneous or monomorphic smear of most lymphomas. The caveat is that various malignant disorders may also present with polymorphous populations. It is also important to recognize thatbenign lymphoid smears may sometimes contain atypical cells that raise the suspicion of malignancy. Clinical information should always be the integral part of the diagnostic criteria in FNA of lymphadenopathy. If there is any doubt about the benign nature of the smear, it is prudent to suggest biopsy and ancillary studies.

        다단 이송 성형 공정 해석을 통한 자동차 센터 힌지 성형용 SPFH 590 고강도 강판 블랭크 설계

        The aim of this paper is to design the blank shape of SPFH 590 high strength steel for stamping of the center hinge of automotive via numerical analyses and experiments for multi-stages transfer forming process. Three-dimensional elasto-plastic finite element analyses for the transfer forming process with six stages were performed using a commercial code AUTOFORM V4.2. The influence of the blank shape on the formability and the shape conformity were quantitatively examined through the FE analyses. From the results of the FE analysis, a feasible shape of the blank and the forming load were estimated. Stamping experiments were carried out using the proposed blank shape. The results of experiments were shown that the center hinge parts with the desired shapes can be manufactured successfully as the proposed blank shape is used. Through the comparison of the results of the experiments with those of the analyses, it was shown that the estimation of blank shape using the FE analysis is a proper methodology to create a feasible shape of the blank for the center hinge of automotive

        자동차 내부 보강판 성형 금형 설계

        The objective of this paper is to design stamping die of inner reinforcement panel with DL 950 advanced high strength steel as stamping materials through numerical analyses and experiments. The stamping process was designed as bending dominant process consisting of 1 step of notching and 4 steps of bending processes. In order to obtain a proper design of the stamping die, various three-dimensional elasto-plastic finite element analyses were performed using a commercial code AUTOFORM V4.2. Design parameter of stamping die was chosen as the corner radius of the stamping die for each step. From the results of the FE analysis, feasible corner radii of the stamping die, which can minimize the deviation of corner angle of the stamped part from design data, and forming load for each part were estimated. Stamping experiments were carried out using the manufactured stamping die according to the proposed die design. The results of experiments were shown that the stamping die can successfully manufacture the inner reinforcement panel with DL 950 advanced high strength steel as base stamping material.

        주의력결핍 과잉행동장애에서 오로스 메칠페니데이트의 효용성

        Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is one of the common psychiatric problems in childhood. The symptoms of ADHD tend to last for adulthood and the patients suffer from various comorbid problems and functional impairments. Methylphenidate (MPH) is the first choice of pharmacotherapy for ADHD and many researches have demonstrated its efficacy. We reviewed the clinical trials for efficacy of MPH focusing on Osmotic-Controlled Release Oral delivery System Methylphenidate (OROS MPH). It was identified that MPH improved core symptom of ADHD, peer relationship and health related quality of life and might improve various aspects of cognitive function. It was proved that the efficacy of OROS MPH was better than placebo and comparable to immediate release MPH (IR MPH) dosed three times daily in various studies. Especially, parent’s preference of OROS MPH was better than IR MPH. The efficacy of MPH for academic achievement was equivocal. Long-term efficacy of OROS MPH was also inconclusive and further study is necessary.

        스테인레스 섬유를 충전제로 사용한 섬유강화 복합재료의 전자파 차폐 효과

        The objective of this research is to investigate the influence of material characteristic and design on to the electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding characteristics. Basalt glass fiber reinforced composite specimens with stainless fiber conductive filler were manufactured to perform the electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness(SE) experiments. In order to reflection and absorb the specimen in electromagnetic fields, flanged coaxial transmission line sample holder was fabricated according to ASTM D 4935-89. Electromagnetic shielding effectiveness(EMSE) was measured quantitatively to examine the electromagnetic shielding characteristics of designed specimens. The result of EMI shielding experiments showed that maximum EMSE value of sandwich type specimens with GSG(basalt glass fiber/stainless fiber/basalt glass fiber) and SGS(stainless fiber/basalt glass fiber/stainless fiber) were 65dB and 80㏈ at a frequency of 1,500㎒, respectively.

        알루미늄 필름, 전도성 직조섬유/나노 카본블랙 탄소섬유복합재료의 전자파 차폐효과에 관한 연구

        This study investigated electromagnetic interference(EMI) shielding effectiveness(SE) of the aluminum film, conductive fabric and nano carbon black carbon fiber reinforced composites. We fabricated carbon fiber reinforced composites filled with nano carbon black where they bonded aluminum film and conductive fabric. The measurements of SE were carried out frequency range from 300MHz to 1.5GHz. It is observed that the SE of the bonded aluminum film and conductive fabric composites is the frequency dependent, increase with the increase in filler nano carbon black content. The aluminum film bonded composites showed higher SE compared to that of carbon black and conductive fabric. The aluminum film bonded epoxy composite was shown to exhibit up to 80dB of SE. The result that aluminum film bonded composite can be used for the purpose of EMI shielding as well as for some microwave applications.

        폴리머 격벽에 의해 화소고립된 구조의 이중주파수 쌍안정 네마틱 액정셀의 전기광학 특성

        본 논문에서는 왼손(left-handed)과 오른손(right-handed) 방향으로 각각 $180^{\circ}$ 트위스트(${\pi}$-twist)된 액정상을 두 개의 안정상태로 가지는 쌍안정(bistable) 액정 디스플레이(liquid crystal display)를 제안한다. 제안된 소자는 액정과 자외선경화 폴리머 물질의 혼합물의 비등방성 상분리 방법으로 형성된 격벽에 의해 화소고립된(pixel-isolation) 구조를 가지며, 인가전압의 주파수에 따라 유전율 이방성의 부호가 바뀌는 이중주파수(dual-frequency) 특성의 네마틱(Nematic) 액정을 사용한다. 두 안정된 액정상 사이의 스위칭은 인가전압의 주파수를 연속적으로 변화시킴으로써 이루어지며, 주파수 변화에 따른 액정의 유체 효과에 의해 발생하므로 응답특성이 매우 빠르다. 두 액정상은 카이랄 도펀트(chiral dopant)가 아니라 격벽이 가지는 앵커링(anchoring)의 영향으로 안정화됐기 때문에 거의 동일한 탄성에너지(elastic free energy)를 가지게 되어 우수한 메모리 특성을 나타낸다. 또한, 위상지연필름을 이용한 투과형 광학보상을 통해 높은 정면 명암비(contrast ratio)를 가질 수 있다. We propose a novel bistable nematic liquid crystal cell, which has a dual-frequency liquid crystal material and pixel-isolating polymer wall formed by an anisotropic phase separation of a mixture of liquid crystals and UV-curable pre-polymers. The proposed cell has two stable states of left- and right-handed ${\pi}$-twist. The switching between the two states is achieved by using a sequential waveform of low and high frequencies. A transmissive bistable liquid crystal display is designed, which achieves high contrast ratio by using the proposed cell and optical films.

        금속메쉬, 알루미늄필름/섬유강화 복합재료의 전자파 차폐 효과에 관한 연구

        In this study, electromagnetic interference(EMI) shielding effectiveness(SE) of fiber reinforced composites(FRC) filled with aluminum(Al) film, copper(Cu) meshes and carbon black as hybrid conductive filler have been studied. Al film and Cu meshes are incorporated as conductive fillers to provide the electromagnetic shielding property of the FRC. The coaxial transmission line method of ASTM D4935-89 was used to measure the EMI shielding effectiveness of composites in frequency range 300 MHz to 1.5 GHz. The variations of SE of FRC with Ai film, fine Cu and general Cu meshes are described. The result indicate that the fiber reinforced Cu meshes are described. The result indicate that the fiber reinforced composites using Al film tiller was shown th exhibit up to 55-75 of SE.
