부가가치 물류의 분석적 체계에 대한 연구

부가가치는 기본적인 활동 외에 부가적으로 창출되는 가치를 의미하며, 이는 기업 경영의 핵심적인 목표일 것이다. 이처럼 부가가치 창출을 위해 국내외 기업들은 아웃소싱, M&A, 핵심역량 강화 등과 같은 다양한 활동을 추진하고 있다. 부가가치는 물류활동에 있어서도 중요하게 인식되고 있으며, 국내외 많은 물류기업들은 차별적인 부가가치 물류서비스 제공에 노력하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기업의 물류환경 변화를 고려한 부가가치 물류를 “공장에서 생산된 제품을 소비자에게 전달하는 순방향 물류(Forward Logistics)와 소비자가 반품?배출한 제품을 서비스하거나 재활용하는 역방향 물류(Backward Logistics) 상에 일어나는 각 활동 주체들 간의 물류활동(보관, 포장, 하역, 수송, 정보)과 부가적인활동(단순가공, 조립, 라벨링 등)의 전이(reposition)와 재구축(reengineering)을 통해 전체 물류네트워크의 이익과 고객서비스를 향상 시키는 활동”으로 정의하였다. 또한 부가가치 물류의 개념적 정의와 기업의 전략적 측면을 고려한 부가가치 물류의 분석적 체계를 제시하였다. 이것은 부가가치 물류가 창출될 수 있는 활동 영역을 상위의 공급망 계획과의 연관성, 순방향 물류와 역방향 물류, 취급 품목(상품, 재활용, 재활용품) 등을 고려하여 구분한 것이다. 그리고 물류네트워크 상에서 창출되는 부가가치를 도출하기 위하여 각 활동 주체들 간의 물류활동 흐름을 가치경로(Value Route)로 설명하였다. 이와 같은 가치경로를 통한 물류네트워크 상의 부가가치 활동과 기대효과를 몇몇 사례를 통해 제시하였다. 본 연구는 국내외 물류기업들의 경쟁력 이슈인 부가가치 물류에 대하여 정의하고, 부가가치 물류의 창출을 분석적 체계와 가치경로를 통해서 논리적으로 설명하였다. 그러나 부가가치 물류활동과 관련된 자료 수집이 용이하지 않아 역방향 물류를 포함한 부가가치 활동에 대한 정량적인 수치나 평가 기준 등을 제시하지 못한 연구의 한계가 있다. 향후, 부가가치 활동과 관련된 다양한 연구와 자료가 확보된다면, 물류네트워크 상에서 창출되는 부가가치 활동을 논리적으로 설명할 수 있는 부가가치 모델을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. The meaning of "added value" refers to the contribution of the factors of production, i.e., land, labor, and capital goods, to raising the value of a product and corresponds to the incomes received by the owners of these factors. The importance of added value in service industry has been recognized as one of the critical factors to economic growth, even in logistics industry. But , it is hard to find out the previous studies providing a clear definition and framework for designing and analyzing the performance of Value Added Logistics(VAL). The purpose of this study is to define the meaning of extended VAL that extensively includes activities initiating and operating the reverse logistics under the closed-loop logistic scheme, and to suggest the framework that describes the partnerships among participants involving in operating the value added logistics. Also, in this paper, we emphasize on the need for investigation of added value logistics definition and framework based on previous academic studies, and examine various value added logistics service activities of current leading 3PL companies across the world. Finally, we suggest the analytic framework for value added logistics throughout closed-loop logistics.

물류센터 한국산업규격의 문제점 및 개선 방안

표준이라는 것은 교차로의 신호등, 제품의 유통기한과 같이 일상생활에서 폭넓게 이용 및 활용되고 있다. 또한 물류활동에 있어서도 다양한 표준이 이용되고 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 물류센터와 관련된 KS 규격을 13개 항목으로 구분하여 현장 실측조사를 통해 이행현황을 분석하고 기업들의 KS규격 우선순위 항목에 대하여 자료포락분석기법DEA(Date Envelopment Analysis)을 이용하여 중요도 우선순위를 제시하고자 한다. 이를 통해 물류센터 표준의 개선방향을 제안하고자 한다. Standards have been widely used or utilizes in daily life, such as traffic lights at an intersection or the expiration date of a product. Also, various standards have been employed in the logistics activity. This study analyzed the current execution of KS standards in connection with logistics centers through a field survey by classifying those standards into 13 items. The study will determine the priority of importance through a data envelopment analysis(DEA) for a priority item of companied' KS standards, and then propose a direction for the improvement in the standard of logistics centers.

물류센터의 부가가치활동에 대한 고찰 및 사례

우리나라 중고자동차 수출물류 혁신방안

2005년 국내 중고차 시장은 신차 거래규모의 1.5배인 약 170만대가 거래 되었으며 직간접적인 금액도 10조원에 이르는 시장규모이다. 이와 같은 중고차 시장은 2005년 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 거래규모와 거의 동일한 시장규모이다. 국내 중고차의 공급량은 신차 생산량의 증가와 기술력 향상으로 자동차의 수명이 길어짐에 따라 더욱 증가할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같이 증가하는 중고차 공급과 중고차 수출 감소를 해결하기 위한 중고차 수출물류혁신방안을 제시하고자 한다. 기존 중고차 수출관련 연구 등에서는 수출전용부두 조성, 통관지원과 같이 중고차 수출물류에 있어서 부분적인 검토가 이뤄졌으나, 본 연구에서는 국내 중고차 유통과 수출부분을 모두 고려한 수출물류 프로세스측면에서 분석과 방안을 제시하였다. 또한 국내 중고차 수출관련업체를 대상으로 설문 및 면담조사를 실시하여 중고차 수출물류 활성화를 위한 현실적인 대안 및 정책방안을 모색하였다. 중고차 수출물류혁신방안으로는 수출물류 프로세스 개선을 위한 수출물류통합시스템 구축과 수출활성화를 위한 전초기지인 수출물류단지 조성에 대하여 제시하였다. 인천항에 중고차 수출활성화를 통한 경제적 효과를 분석한 결과 관련업체의 수익증가 270억원, 수출물류단지 조성으로 인한 부가가치 효과 3.4천억원, 고용효과 2,200명으로 추정된다. 그러나 이와 같은 수출물류혁신방안이 추진되기 위해서는 일관된 정책이 추진되어야 한다. 중고차 수출활성화를 위해 현재의 문제점만을 개선하는 근시안적인 정책이아니라 지속적으로 국제시장에서 우리나라 중고차가 경쟁력을 확보할 수 있는 중장기적인 중고차 관련정책이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 수출물류통합시스템구축과 수출물류단지 조성을 위한 정책방안을 제시하고자 한다. The used car export of Korea has rapid growth with the competitive price through economic situation of IMF, but the export volume would be decreased due to the import restriction of used car by Iraqi, Middle Asian countries since 2004. This research would be suggested the proposal of "the used car’s innovative export logistics system" to solve the increased supplying of used car and decreasing of used car’s export. This proposal of "the used car’s innovative export logistics system" present the advanced used car’s export logistics center for activation of export and construction of integrated export logistics system to be promoted the export process. As a result of analysis of the economic effectiveness through the activation of used car’s export at the port of Incheon, it is forecasted that the concerned companies have the increasing of net profit 27,000 million Korean won; the value added effectiveness 340,000 million Korean won, acceleration of employment 2,200 persons. The policy should be consistent in order to process of "the used car’s innovative export logistics system". For promotion of used car’s export, not only near vision for solve the current matter, but also the strategic policy and master plan for promotion of used car’s export to the international competitiveness strength continuously. The object of this research is directed to "the used car’s export integrated logistics system" and "policy" for creation of export logistics complex".

시뮬레이션을 이용한 다층형 연속식 수직 컨베이어 효과 분석

물류센터 인프라는 다층화, 대용량화 되고 있으며, 고효율 시설로의 변화가 요구되고 있다. 고효율 물류센터는 고효율 물류설비 및 장비의 조화가 수반되어야 한다. 특히 물류센터 내 수직운반기기는 다층형 물류센터의 운영모델과 사용자의 물류활동 분석을 통하여, 유연하고 다양한 물류활동이 가능하도록 활용성을 고려하여 개발 되어야 한다. 본 논문은 국내 다층형 물류센터에서 사용되고 있는 수직운반기기들의 현황을 파악하고, 현재보다 효율성을 높일 수 있는 있는 최근 개발품인 다층형 연속식 수직 컨베이어 적용 효과를 제시했다. 효과분석에 RaLC라는 물류 시뮬레이션 소프트웨어를 이용한다. 효과분석 결과 다층형 연속식 수직 컨베이어는 화물엘리베이터보다 연속적으로 화물을 처리할 수 있어 시간당 처리량이 41파렛트 많았고, 작업자의 대기시간이 짧아 작업시간을 100% 활용하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. The infrastructure of logistics center tends to be more multi-level and mass storage, and the change for high efficient facilities is strongly required. High efficient logistics center need to have high efficient facilities and equipments optimized. In special, Vertical Conveyor in logistics center need to be built considering practical use in order to enable various logistic activities via operational model of multi level logistic center and analysis of logistic activities. This paper analyze status of Vertical Conveyor used in domestic multi level logistics center and shows using effects of Vertical Conveyor. Logistics simulation software called RaLC was used for analysis of using effect. A result of RaLC simulation analysis informs of a vertical conveyor`s benefits for multi-level continuous movement which solve original vertical movement equipments had problems. A Comparison analyzing result, throughput per hour of a vertical conveyor for multi-level continuous movement is more about 41 pallets than a freight elevator and work time utilization of it increases to 100% through shorter worker`s waiting time.
