        GIS를 이용한 지형요소 분석과 지형분류에 관한 연구

        The terrain classification of earth surface into Mountains, Hills and Plains has an important meaning in land using. Therefore it is necessary to establish systematic earth surface and standard for the it. In this study, we analyzed the Terrain Element by using GIS Based upon this, we attempted land classification. First of all, the focal function which is an internal function of the ArcView was utilized as a method to determine a proper cell size that is necessary for the analysis of local relief energy. In order to calculate the local relief energy in 1000m×1000m grid the Avenue Script for the required altitude information has been implemented and enclosed. The analyzed local relief energy and land classification method applied to the gradient are as follows. First, terrain unit is classified into three groups based upon the analyzed local relief energy in 1000m×1000m grid units: plaints land which is less or equal to 30m, hills which is 30-300m, and mountains which is greater than 30m. Second, gradients are analyzed by micro dissecting the 1000m×1000m of local relief energy results to 100m×100m units. And the units are divided into two areas: more than and less than 50% of gentle slope in total. Third, by applying the analysis results of gradient to every single terrain unit whose are classified by local relief energy, it has been classified into Mountains, Hills, and Plains. After applying this standard to Chunahn city, it turns out that Mountains, Hills and Plains are 25.8%, 57.2%, and 17.0% respectively. 지표를 산지, 구릉지, 평지로 대분류하는 작업은 토지이용 분야에서 중요한 의미를 갖기 때문에 이에 대한 체계적 지표와 기준이 필요하다. 본 연구에서 GIS을 이용하여 사면경사, 기복량 등 지형요소를 분석하고, 이를 기준으로 지형분류를 시도하였다. 먼저 기복량 분석에 필요한 적절한 격자크기를 설정하는 방법으로 ArcView의 내장함수 Focal 함수를 활용하였으며, 1000m ×1000m 격자단위로 기복량을 산출하기 위하여 필요한 고도정보에 대한 Avenue Script를 작성하여 첨부하였다. 분석된 기복량과 사면경사를 적용한 지형분류방법은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기복량에 따라서 30m 이하의 평탄지형, 30-300m의 구릉성지형, 300m 이상의 산지지형으로 지형단위를 3분류하였다. 둘째, 기복량을 분석한 1000m ×1000m 격자를 100m×100m의 격자로 세분하여 사면경사를 분석하고 전체에서 완경사 격자가 차지하는 비율이 50% 이상인 격자와50% 미만인 격자로 구분하여 지형단위를 분류하였다. 셋째, 기복량을 기준으로 분류한 지형단위별로 사면경사를 분석한 결과를 적용하여 지표를 산지, 구릉지, 평지로 분류하였다. 이와 같은 기준을 천안시 지역에 적용한 결과 산지가 25.8% 구릉지가 57.2%, 평지가 17.0%로 구릉지지형이 탁월하게 분석되었다.

        천안시 토지이용의 시계열적 변화 추이 분석

        Using satellite image data, the status of land cover in Cheonan-si is compared and analyzed during the period of 1980s, 1990s, and 2000s. And spatial analysis based on the GIS followed by the analysis of the time-series pattern of land use are as follows. First, during the anaylsis period, the land cover items whose area is increased are urbanization area, fallow area, meadow area, water area. while decreased are agriculture area, marsh land, forest area. Second, the GIS spatial analysis shows that a severe land cover change is found in plains region of north-western provinces rather than in forest region of south-eastern provinces. Descending order of the change rate is fallow area, meadow area, urbanization area, and water area. Third, items whose widley changed area are agriculture and forest are, and a large area of those are changed into meadow area followed by urbanization area. Fourth, the expansion of an urban district, starting from downtown area to the metropolitan area of north-western such as baekseok-dong, buseong-dong, seounggeo-eup, jiksan-eup, ipjang-myeon, seonghwan-eup, etc., direction have been progressed contiuously. And it is shown that the DEM and slop degree of an urban district is increased step by step.

      • 중등학교 GIS교육과정에 관한 연구

        This research analyzed the current GIS education problems and suggest to alternative solutions. The goal of GIS education at the high school focused on understanding the GIS itself and the function as the instrument in order to study. And curriculum of GIS education should be constructed step by step. Analysis of GIS goal and contents, which are perfomed based on the current four geography of high school curriculum, results in the following problems. First, GIS goal is not make a distinction among basic course, selective course, advanced course. Second, there are not boundaries in terms of degree levels among the common basic course, selective course, and advanced course. Third, it has limit that using the GIS as a practical tool because it is treated as a separate sections. With consideration of the above issues, it is desirable that GIS concept education should be started at the middle school by lowering the degree of difficulty and then increase it step by step, so that it could be completed at about 11th grade high school. Besides, "Application education" which can solve region analysis and problem should start at the lower level of high school and ends at the higher level high school. Howver, material contents should be reconstructed in order to handle the above issues.

        The use of GIS function in appraisal value of land generates value appraisal factor and spatial analysis. With it, we can expect the following benefits during the appraisal value of land task. First, through the GIS information collection, generation, and transformation function, it allows us to acquire the various appraisal factor for appraisal value of land and minimize the field data collection. Second, it allows us to explore the plural utilization of appraisal value of land through the evaluation of land location and spatial relation. Even the GIS spatial analysis application is an early phase among the appraisal task, it is expected that it will contribute greatly to the land appraisal task information activities and effectiveness acquisition
