High-energy impulsive noise caused by shooting or explosion has become a growing problem in South Korea, especially for residents living near shooting ranges exposed to it for a long time. To address this issue, the Military Airfields and Military Firing Ranges Noise Prevention and Compensation Act was established to prevent noise from military shooting ranges and compensate affected residents. This study analyzes the noise characteristics and annoyance response caused by artillery sound from shooting ranges, utilizing previous research measurement data and an auditory experiment. Annoyance was evaluated with the term percent highly annoyed (%HA) as in previous studies, and the experiment data were collected from 36 people exposed to noise ranging from 60 to 80 C-weighted sound pressure levels. A-weighted noise levels were also evaluated and compared to previous studies by fitting them to annoyance curves. The results indicate that utilizing A-weighted noise level in addition to C-weighted noise level can be appropriate for evaluating noise in residential areas.
K<sub>2</sub>CO<sub>3</sub>/promoter 수용액의 CO<sub>2</sub> 물질전달속도 연구

습식흡수법에서 CO<sub>2</sub>의 물질전달속도는 흡수제 선정에 가장 중요한 요소 중 하나이다. 물질전달속도는 흡수탑의 크기를 결정하는 중요 인자이며 공정 운전 중 흡수제의 순환속도를 결정한다. K<sub>2</sub>CO<sub>3</sub>는 재생열이 낮은 장점이 있으나 느린 흡수속도로 인해 고압의 공정조건이 필요해 활용범위가 제한된다. 이에 K<sub>2</sub>CO<sub>3</sub>의 흡수속도 개선을 위해 아민과 혼합하여 새로운 흡수제 개발에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 K<sub>2</sub>CO<sub>3</sub> 수용액에 아민 계열의 promoter을 첨가하여 흡수속도를 향상시키고자 하였다. K<sub>2</sub>CO<sub>3</sub>/promoter 수용액의 물질전달속도를 측정하기 위해 WWC(Wetted-Wall Column)을 사용하였다. 상압조건에서 상용화된 K<sub>2</sub>CO<sub>3</sub>/아민 흡수제를 기준으로 K<sub>2</sub>CO<sub>3</sub> 15 wt% + promoter 10 wt%로 흡수제를 혼합하여 사용하였다. 실험온도는 40, 50, 60°C에서 진행하였으며 실험결과를 기존 상용아민과 비교하였다.

이산화탄소를 포집하기 위한 방법 중 습식흡수법은 대규모 공정에 적용하기 적합한 기술이다. 습식흡수법에서 흡수제의 선정은 공정설계 및 운전 조건 등을 결정하는 중요 요소이다. Diamine은 흡수속도와 흡수량의 측면에서 우수한 성질을 나타내지만 재생열이 높은 문제점을 지닌다. 재생열이 높은 흡수제의 경우 재생에 필요한 Reboiler의 Heat Duty를 증가시켜 이산화탄소 포집 공정의 경제성을 떨어뜨린다. 본 연구에서는 diamine을 낮은 재생열을 가지는 K<sub>2</sub>CO<sub>3</sub>와 혼합하여 흡수성능을 향상시키고자 하였다. K<sub>2</sub>CO<sub>3</sub>/diamine 수용액의 흡수속도와 흡수능을 측정하기 위해 WWC(Wetted-Wall Column)과 VLE(Vapor-Liquid Equilibrium) 장치를 사용하였다. 흡수제는 K<sub>2</sub>CO<sub>3</sub> 15 wt% + diamine 10 wt%로 제조하여 사용하였다. 실험온도는 40, 60°C에서 진행하였으며 실험결과를 기존 상용아민과 비교하였다.

The expectation of people about the comfort of sound is higher than the past. But the current noise assessment at ground noise cannot reflect it. This study was conducted about apartment site design element, which is compared by ground noise. A Index about site design element was determined was compared with the simulation program result. Simulation results which is Exceed Area Ratio and Average Sound Pressure Level was compared with indexes by simple regression analysis. Exceed Area Ratio showed a tendency to be proportional with the simulation program result(Exceed Area Ratio by Simulation and the average Sound Pressure Level(SPL))

Looking at the recent research trends related to strategic human resource management, we can see that the interests of members on High Performance Work Systems(HPWS) have started to affect the performance variables. Several researchers have discussed the possibility that individual attitudes and behaviors can systematically change the relationship between High Performance Work Systems(HPWS) and performance, but the empirical studies involved is considered to be limited. Therefore, this study examined the effects of perceived High Performance Work Systems(HPWS) organization on the employee's job performance, and the mediating effect of job satisfaction and the moderating effect of Perceived Organizational Support(POS) in this relationship. In addition, the moderated mediating effects of the High Performance Work Systems(HPWS) considering the process and situation leading to job performance were verified. Through this process, the High Performance Work Systems(HPWS) was intended to verify the improvement of job performance through which route. The analysis results of 247 individual level data in public institutions showed that High Performance Work Systems(HPWS) had a positive relationship with job performance and job satisfaction, and job satisfaction positively mediated the relationship between High Performance Work Systems(HPWS) and job performance. In addition, Perceived Organizational Support(POS) moderate between employees' job satisfaction and job performance. In particular, both internal and external factors, which are subordinate to job satisfaction, were found to affect job performance regardless of the high and low group of Perceived Organizational Support(POS). As such, this study has theoretical implications in that it has empirically identified the medial effects of job satisfaction in High Performance Work Systems(HPWS) and job performance that have not been studied systematically in previous studies, and the moderating effects of Perceived Organizational Support(POS) in relation to job satisfaction and job performance. In addition, the practical implications aexist in that the design and introduction of a personnel system with clear objectives and high relevance to job have demonstrated the importance of successful implementation of a High Performance Work Systems(HPWS).
아파트 단지 계획요소에 따른 단지 옥외공간에서의 소음레벨 분석

Recently, the expectation of people about the comfort of sound is higher than the past. But the current noise assessment at ground noise cannot reflect it. This study was conducted about complex design element, which is compared by ground noise. Indexes about complex design element were determined that CR(Cover Ratio), DR(Depth Ratio), BR(Building-dep. Ratio) and EAR(Exceed Area Ratio) and were compared with the ground average Sound Pressure Level(SPL). The simulation result was compared with indexes by correlation analysis. Consequently, CR, DR, GR and EAR showed a tendency to be proportional or inversely proportional with the average Sound Pressure Level(SPL) in ground.

The objective of this study is to evaluate the airborne sound insulation performance between housing units and community facilities during the construction phase. Community facilities adjacent to housing units can lead to noise problems, hence it is necessary to minimize noise transmission during the design phase. However, flanking noise transmitted through gaps of structures, windows, pipes, and other openings may result in substandard sound insulation performance falling below the design standards. Therefore, It is crucial to measure airborne sound insulation in the field during the construction phase. The measurement was conducted using the survey method for the field measurement of the airborne sound insulation in accordance with KS F ISO 10052:2021. Although the noise standards caused by community facilities in apartment complexes are not specified in current laws and regulations, desired noise level was set based on international guidelines for indoor noise. First, the level of noise generated in community facilities was estimated, and then the sound insulation performance was evaluated to determine whether the desired noise level was achieved.
