오늘날 기업에서 프로젝트의 성공은 기업 전략 달성에 필수 요소이다. 프로젝트가 많아지고 프로젝트의 중요성이 커지면서 프로젝트의 성과 향상의 방안으로 PMO (Project Management Office)를 운영하는 사례가 늘고 있다. 전사 PMO 는 기업의 전략과 프로젝트 간에 연결고리 역할을 하며 기업 내 다수의 프로젝트를 관리함으로써 기업 전략 달성을 도모하지만 대부분 부족한 인력과 자원으로 운영되고 있다. 리스크가 높은 프로젝트에 한정된 인력과 자원을 집중할 수 있다면 프로젝트 성공 가능성을 높이고 기업 전략 달성에 보다 이바지 할 수 있을 것이다. 본 논문에서는 프로젝트 리스크를 기반으로 PMO 를 운영하는 방법에 대하여 다루고자 한다.
선박 구조부재 및 방화설비의 화재시험절차 및 최근 동향

Constructions and equipments for use in passenger ships, cargo ships, and fishing vessels have to satisfy the fire resistant performance and to be approved by the Administrations according to the provisions of the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, 1974 and the Torremolinos Protocol of 1993 relating to the Torremolinos International Convention for the Safety of Fishing Vessels, 1977. This study aimed to introduce the fire test procedure and recent trends for the shipping elements and equipments in order to prevent the flame spread in ships.
경년변화에 따른 내화도료의 내구성 및 내화성능 변화에 관한 실험적 연구

Applying fire resistive coating to steel members is one of the general methods to secure fire resistance performance of steel members. And intumescent coating system is currently one of methods giving fire resistance to steel members. Intumescent coating system for fire resistance, however, has undesirable weaknesses that fire resistance performance of steel members is being deteriorated due to cracks and falling-offs of the coverings as time goes after completion of the coverings to the members. So it is necessary to understand changes of the durability and the fire resistance performance of intumescent coating system over a time elapse and to reflect such change properly into the building design and construction. This study is designed to understand changes in durability and fire resistance performance of intumescent coating system through follow-up tests on bond strength and unexposed surface temperature for the domestic intumescent coating system during two years.

Constructions for use in passenger ships, cargo ships, and fishing vessels should have a "fire resistance" being suitable to the standard of the Administration and be approved by the Administration. In this study, the results of fire resistance tests for "A" and "B" Class divisions were analyzed. Based on the analyzed data, the notice on installing constructions was presented.

So it is necessary to understand changes of the durability and the fire resistance performance of intumescent coating system over a time elapse and to reflect such change properly into the building design and construction. This study is intended to establish the method of durability evaluation and maintenance for the domestic intumescent coating system which is approved as the 'fire resistance system' by national authorizations. The promoted durability tests were performed as the durability conditions assuming two-year period and fire resistance tests were performed on the same intumescent coating systems. The purpose of this study is to suggest the basic data required for the establishment of the method of durability applicable to the domestic intumescent coating systems as comparing the fire resistance results of the above with those of the intumescent coating systems which have been placed indoors and outdoors for two years really.

방화댐퍼는 방화구획을 관통하는 덕트에 설치되어 화염의 전파 및 연소확대를 방지하도록 하는 방화설비로서 '건축물의 피난 방화구조 등의 기준에 관한 규칙'에서 구조 및 시험기준에 대해서 규정하고 있으나, 정해진 성능기준이 없으며 방화설비에 있어 가장 중요한 내화성능에 대해서 언급이 없는 등 개정이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 방화댐퍼의 'KS F2840(방화댐퍼의 내화시험방법)'시험에 대해서 소개하고, 방화댐퍼의 내화시험 사례를 통해 성능 평가방법으로서의 적용 타당성을 검토하였다.

Diels-Alder 반응을 이용한 methyl 5-methylbicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-ene-5-carboxylate의 합성

Methyl methacrlate와 cyclopentadiene을 반응하여 Methyl 5-rnethylbicyc1o[2.2.1]hept-2-ene-5-carboxylate(MMBHC)를 합성코자 하였다. 합성된 MMBHC의 온도 solvent 변화와 촉매(AlCl₃)의 사용 유무에 따른 endo, exo의 비율을 관찰하였다. 온도가 낮은 경우 온도가 높은 쪽 보다 endo비율이 높았고 촉매(AlCl₃)를 사용하였을 때(약 endo : exo = 63 : 37) 촉매를 사용하지 않은 반응(endo : exo = 34 : 66)보다 endo의 비율이 높았다. methyl acrylate를 사용한 경우 같은 조건에서 endo:exo의 비율이 93.5 : 6.5로 MMA를 사용한 경우보다 endo의 비율은 좋았다. 온도가 높은 경우 수율은 좋았지만 exo 의 비율이 높았고 solvent에 따라 endo, exo의 선택도는 큰 차이를 보이지 않음을 알 수 있었다.
