P-125 Analysis about the fate of patients who waited for lung transplantation

Background: Lung transplantation (LTx) is effective treatment option for end-stage lung disease patients to improve the lung function and the survival rate. However many patients died in waiting period due to lack of donor lungs. We analyzed about the fate of patients who waited for LTx. Method: This study was a retrospective analysis about the end-stage lung disease patient listed on LTx at a tertiary-care center from July, 2012 to March, 2017. Result: A total of 179 patients were listed for LTx during study period and 150 patients were performed LTx and 29 patients were not. After excluding patients who canceled the transplantation and were under 18 years old, 149 patients (87.6%) were performed LTx (TPL group) and 21 patients (12.4%) were not LTx due to dying before LTx during waiting period (Dying group). Among the TPL group, the most common diagnosis was IPF (57.0%) and followed by bronchiolitis obliterans after stem cell transplantation (13.4%), and it was similar in dying group (66.7%, 14.3%). The mean time from listing to LTx operation was 109 days in the TPL group and mean time from listing to dying was 115 days in the dying group. In dying group, the proportion of ventilator apply before dying was 60%, it was higher than in TPL group (28.4%). Conclusion: The proportion of dying who were waiting for LTx was not low. Therefore, we need carefully manage the patient who wait for LTx and concentrate on finding more donors.
Predictive factors of unexpected death after discharge from medical intensive care unit

Background: When considering the Intensive care unit (ICU) discharge, it is important and difficult to determine whether it is possible. So we designed the study to identify factors related to the prognosis after ICU discharge. Method: This study was a retrospective analysis about the patients who were admitted to the medical ICU (MICU) at the single medical center from July, 2016 to April, 2018. The primary outcome was unexpected death after ICU discharge within 14 days. We compared clinical parameters and laboratory findings, from 3 days before to 1 day after MICU discharge and selected the nearest values to discharge date. We use statistical analysis methods in this study was Logistic regression and Hosmer-Lemeshow’s test. Result: During the period, a total 522 patients discharged from the MICU. The mortality rate within 14 days from MICU discharge was 8.04% (42 patients). In the multivariate analysis, SOFA score (OR 1.26, 95% CI 1.13-1.41), RDW (OR 1.20, 95% CI 1.06-1.35) and albumin (OR 0.37, 95% CI 0.16-0.837) were constituted predictors of unexpected death. Based on this result, we assigning weights to the selected variables. As the score of this model increased, the likelihood of death increases. We used verifed risk factors to create a predictive model of death after ICU discharge (area under the curve, 0.788, 95% CI 0.714-0.855). Conclusion: Based on the result of this study, considering the SOFA score, albumin and RDW could be helpful in predicting the risk of the death from when the ICU discharge.

Schoenberg 는 기능조성을 거부한 혁신적인 작곡가였지만 형식적인 측면에서는 매우 고전적이었다. 그의 op.11도 atonality 로 되어 있지만 형식적인 면과 곡의 진행, 특히 주제운용의 측면에서는 매우 고전적이며 베에토벤과도 유사한 점이 많다. op.ll 은 세개의 피아노곡으로 되어 있는데 그중 1 번과 2 번은 철저한 주제운용의 법칙을 따르고 있으면서 서로 유기적인 관련을 가지고 있다. 이 논문에서 위의 두 작품을 주로 살펴보고 op. 11의 3 번은 제외된다.

커피콩의 수분함량에 따라서 유전율이 변화하며, 수분함량 변화가 커피 맛에 영향을 준다. 패치 안테나 위에 올려 진 커피콩의 유전율의 변화에 따른 주파수와 반사손실의 변화에 따라서 수분함량의 변화를 예측 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 수분 측정이 가능한 3.8~4 GHz 측정 대역과 송수신이 가능한 Wi-Fi 2.45 GHz 두 대역을 사용 가능한 이중대역 안테나를 설계하였다. 커피콩의 수분 함량이 2 %~15 % 변화함에 따라서 반사손실의 크기가 3.6~4 GHz 상에서 다른 반응을 보임을 simulation과 측정에서 입증하였다. 본 안테나를 사용하여 콩, 쌀 등의 수분 함량을 측정이 가능하며 다양하게 적용이 가능하다. The moisture content of a coffee bean affects its permittivity, and changing the moisture content of a coffee bean changes the taste of the coffee. The variation in the moisture content of a coffee bean can be predicted by the change in frequency and reflection coefficient values with respect to the variation in the permittivity of the bean when it is placed on a patch antenna. In this study, a dual-band patch antenna is designed, which has a moisture measurement band of 3.8~4 GHz that can measure the moisture level of a material; the antenna has a Wi-Fi transmit and receive band of 2.45 GHz. Through simulations and measurements, this study proved that the level of return losses changed from 3.6 to 4 GHz when the moisture content of a coffee bean changed from 2 to 15%. The moisture levels of rice and other beans can be measured with the designed antenna, which can be applied to various applications.

본 연구에서는 거울 메타포어로 불리는 상호작용 방식을 이용한 가상현실감 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 참여자는 2(1/2)의 공간 자유도를 가지며, 전신의 움직임과 자세, 제스추어를 이용하여 시스템이 생성하는 가상 물체와 상호작용한다. 시스템은 참여자와 관련한 정보를 카메라를 이용해 인식하여 이를 가상세계 시뮬레이션에 반영하고, 그 결과로 가상환경의 화상에 참여자의 모습을 합성한 화상을 실시간에 생성한다. 전체적인 시스템은 기존의 1인칭 메타포어를 사용하는 시스템이 거울 메타포어를 지원하도록 개선하는 형태로 구현되었으며, 완성된 시스템은 응용 목적에 적합한 메타포어를 지원할 수 있는 다중 메타포어 가상현실감 시스템으로 확장되었다.
