21 century, the image of the nation is highly considered as its culture and it's seriously required to develop cultural goods by harmonizing the concept of traditional culture and rational characteristics of modern culture. Putting emphasis especially to fabrics, development of cultural heritage goods is needed urgently to meet the needs of times. Choose material in cultural heritage as relics, patterns, dresses, ornaments and etc., and extract and arrange correct motives that express Korean emotion, modern sense, creativity, symbolism, economical efficiency and function. Also apply varied experience to goods development through sample production or simulation process. Realizing our superior background of cultural history and its importance, we cna have pride as cultured nation and also should try to develop cultural goods continuously for practical use.

본 연구는 홍 장아찌에서의 빛깔 추출과 그 색의 구현에 기초를 두고 있다. 홍 장아찌는 매실에 차조기를 첨가하여 만든 식품으로 매우 고운 자홍색(magenta) 계열이다. 실험은 단독염색이 아닌 매실과 차조기의 배합염색방법을 이용한 색소추출 방식으로 새로운 염재 개발의 가능성을 실험 하였으며 붉은 계열 외 기대 이상의 다양한 색을 본문의 사진과 같이 추출 하였다. 또한 차조기는 아토피성 피부염에도 효능이 있다는 학설이 있어 염재 개발은 물론,그에 따른 기능성 상품 개발에 그 가능성이 크다고 본다. 견뢰도 측정은 한국 섬유개발연구원에 의뢰하였다. 색상 견뢰도 측정결과는 실크보다 삼베 소재가 높고 또 전반적으로 염색 후 명반매염의 견뢰도가 가장 높은 편이었다. 염색시간10분,염액 추출시간이 100℃/5분의 조건에서 염색 후 명반매염의 삼베,염색 후 철매염한 마 소재 등의 붉은 계열이 색상 견뢰도가 높게 나왔다. 이제 친환경제품이 미래 섬유산업의 주가 될 것으로 예상되며 환경과 사람에게 안전한 우리 전래의 천연 염색기법이 그 해답이 될 것으로 보인다. This researchs tarted to extract and express the color of red plum pick lefor natural dyeing. Red plum pickle is traditional Korean food made from plum and purple perilla plant which ha s a very fine magenta tone. Blending dyeing technique using plum and purple per illa plant applied to ex tract pigment. We could ex tract va rious natura l color besides red tone than ex pected which is shown in pictures also, tried to develop new dyeing material same time. As the purple per illa plant is known to effective In dermatiti s as a th eor y, it looks possib le to develop dyeing material also funtiona l text ile goods with it. We requested color- fastness measurement to Korea Texti le Development Institu te. The resu lt is that hemp cloth ha s high in color - tastness than silk and generall y, alum mordan t cloth which previously dyed also hig h in color- fas tnes s. In condition that of 10 minutes of dyeing time with 10 O'C/5minutes of dyeing solution ex traction, alum and iron mordant hemp cloth that of reel colors which previously dyed proved high in color - fas tnes s than others. It seems clear that the environment friendl y produ ct s have the an swer In future texti le busin ess and believe our traditiona l natural dyeing techniques that doesn't any harm to health and environment could be the answer.
Time Utility and Channel State based Wireless Downlink Packet Scheduling Algorithm for OFDMA System

In this paper, we propose an urgency and efficiency based wireless packet scheduling (UEPS) algorithm that is able to schedule real time (RT) and non-real time (NRT) traffics at the same time. The proposed UEPS algorithm is designed to support wireless downlink packet scheduling in the OFDMA system which is a strong candidate wireless system for the next generation mobile communications. The UEPS algorithm uses the time-utility function as a scheduling urgency factor and the relative status of the current channel to the average one as an efficiency indicator of radio resource usage. The design goal of the UEPS algorithm is to maximize throughput of NRT traffics with satisfying QoS requirements of RT traffics. The simulation study shows that the proposed UEPS algorithm is able to give better throughput performance than existing wireless packet scheduling algorithms such as proportional fair (PF) and modified-largest weighted delay first (M-LWDF) while satisfying QoS requirements of RT traffics such as the average delay and the packet loss rate under various traffic loads.
