동축형 전단 분사기의 액적분포 균일도를 향상시키는 방법으로 고안된 다공성 분사기의 개발에 앞서 다공성재의 압력강하 특성을 파악하였다. 고속/대유량에서 다공성재를 지나는 유동은 압력강하가 속도에 대해 비선형적인 관계를 가지는 Non-Darcy 유동이다. 본 연구의 목적은 다공성재를 통과하는 압축성 유체의 압력강하 특성을 나타내는 투과율과 Ergun 상수의 계산방법을 도출하여 향후 다공성 분사기의 개발에 확실한 설계 기반을 제공하는 것이다. To study the pressure drop characteristics of porous media, prior to develop a porous injector, which design for a method to improve coaxial shear injector of droplet distribution the uniformity. The flow through porous media is Non-Darcy flow which have non-linear relationship between pressure drop and velocity in high speed and high mass flow rate. The purpose of this study is that find the permeability and Ergun coefficients of compressible fluid through porous media derived from the experiments. After on to compare and examine its results to provide authentic base plan for development of the porous injector in the future.
나선형 난류고리가 아세틸렌-산소 혼합기의 데토네이션파 성능에 미치는 영향

An effect of a spiral turbulent ring, so-called Shchelkin spiral, on a detonation performance was studied experimentally for acetylene and oxygen mixture. A couple of dynamic pressure transducers were used to calculate a detonation wave velocity by a time difference between two pressure peaks. In addition, impulse was measured by a load cell and the impulse was used to analyze the spiral effect on the detonation performance. A CFD analysis was adopted to calculate mass flow rates of the propellants and the minimum filling time. The maximum velocity and pressure were measured at the equivalence ratio of 2.4, and the measured values showed similar trend to C-J conditions calculated from CEA. For the shorter chamber with the short spiral, the maximum detonation velocity was appeared. In contrast, the longer chamber without the spiral showed the maximum thrust performance.
