The purpose of this study was to verify the changes in middle-aged obese women"s body composition after 12 weeks Kim"s diet exercise. 14 Subjects were divided into two groups, circuit training and interval training. Weight, BMI, %fat, WHR, skeletal muscle mass, visceral fat area were measured as variables of body composition. The main results are as follow: First, weight(p<.001), BMI(p<.001), %fat(p<.001), WHR(p<.001) and visceral fat area(p<.01) of circuit training group were significantly reduced, while skeletal muscle mass was significantly increased(p<01). Second, weight(p<.01), BMI(P<.01), %fat (p<.01), WHR(P<.01) and visceral fat area(p<.05) of interal training group were significantly reduced, but there was no significantly difference in skeletal muscle mass of interval training group. Third, there was no significantly interactive effects as time×group in all variables, while there was significantly main effects as time in BMI(P<.01), %fat(p<.05) and WHR(P(p<.001), as group in WHR(P<.001).
RF 파워에 따른 상온에서 합성한 AZO 투명전도막의 특성분석

In this study, transparent and conductive Al-doped zinc oxide (AZO) films were prepared on glass substrate by RF magnetron sputtering method using an Al-doped ZnO target (Al: 2wt.%) at room temperature as the thickness of 150 ㎚. We investigated the effects of the RF power between 100~350 W in the steps of 50 W on structural, electrical and optical properties of AZO films. The thickness and cross-sectional images of films were observed by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) and all of the films were kept to be constant about 150 ㎚ on glass substrate. The grain size of AZO films figured out X-ray diffraction (XRD) on using the Scherrer' equation and their electrical properties investigated Hall effect electronic transport measurement system. Moreover, we measured transmittance of AZO films by UV/VIS spectrometer.
마이크로웨이브 PECVD로 유리 기판위에 합성된 금속 프리 탄소나노튜브

본 연구에서는 금속 프리(Metal-free)한 탄소나노튜브(Carbon nanotubes: CNTs)를 성장시키기 위하여 마이크로웨이브 플라즈마 화학기상증착법(Microwave Plasma Ehanced Chemical Vapor Deposition: MPECVD)을 사용하였으며, 공정조건에 따른 CNTs의 수직 성장 특성을 조사하였다. 비정질 탄소(amorphous catalyst: a-C)층을 금속 프리 CNTs로 성장시키기 위한 촉매로 사용하였다. a-C은 99.99%순도의 탄소타겟(Carbon target)을 활용하여 RF 마그네트론 스퍼터링방법을 이용하여 유리 기판에 합성하였다. CNTs는 메탄가스(CH₄)와 수소가스(H₂)를 반응가스로 활용하여 MPECVD법으로 합성하였다. 촉매층의 활성화를 위해 600℃에서 H₂를 첨가하여 3분 동안 전처리를 하였고, CNTs는 a-C층의 두께에 따라 600℃에서 30분 동안 성장시켰다. 또한 최적화된 두께의 a-C층에서 성장시간에 따라 CNTs의 특성에 대해서 연구하였다.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to investigate the change of dynamic and static balance ability and the change of sensory system in the ankle region by wearing shoes with different heel heights. Methods This study was conducted for 30 women attending S university in Nam-won city for 4 weeks from September 5, 2016 to October 2, 2016.The study group(n=15) was wearing shoes with a heel height of 7 cm and the control group(n=15) was wearing shoes with a heel height of 3 cm for more than 8 hours per day for 4 weeks. The dynamic balance ability was assessed using the Y-Balance Test, the static balance ability was assessed using FICSIT-, and the sensory identification test was using the two-point discriminant test. Results Differences in static balance ability within the study group were statistically significant(p<.05). The difference of static balance ability between study group and control group was significant(p<.05). The difference in the two-point discrimination ability between the study group and the control group was statistically significant(p<.05). Conclusion The group wearing high - heeled shoes had low sensitivity to sensation and low static balance ability. Therefore, it is considered that high - heeled shoe is difficult to maintain balance by increasing foot fatigue and lowering sense of body.

본 연구에서는 Ni 나노 입자가 합성된 Alumina 세라믹 파우더를 촉매로 활용하여 탄소나노튜브(Carbon nanotubes : CNTs)를 합성하였다. 탄소나노튜브를 합성하기위하여 마이크로웨이브 플라즈마 화학기상증착법(Microwave Plasma Ehanced Chemical Vapor Deposition : MPECVD)을 사용하였으며, 공정 조건에 따른 탄소나노튜브의 성장특성을 조사하였다. 탄소나노튜브의 합성 온도는 400℃, 500℃, 600℃, 700℃로 공정변수로 합성하였다. Ni 촉매층의 활성화를 위해 600℃에서 H₂를 첨가하여 3분동안 전처리를 하였다. 또한, 최적화된 합성온도에서 합성시간에 따라 성장된 탄소나노튜브의 특성에 대해서 연구하였다.
열처리 온도에 따른 AZO 박막의 구조적, 전기적, 광학적 특성 분석

In this work, transparent conducting Al-doped zinc oxide (AZO) films were prepared on Corning glass substrate by RF magnetron sputtering using an Al-doped ZnO target (Al: 2 wt.%) at room temperature and all films were deposited with athickness of 150 ㎚. We investigated the effects of the post-annealing temperature and the annealing ambient on structural, electrical and optical properties of AZO films. The films were annealed at temperatures ranging from 300 to 500℃ in steps of 100℃ using rapid thermal annealing equipment in oxygen. The thickness of the film was observed by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) and grain size was calculated from the XRD spectra using the Scherrer equation and their electrical properties were investigated using a hole measurement and the reflectance of AZO films was investigated by UV?VIS spectrometry.
1회성 고강도운동이 남자대학생의 혈관탄성, 혈압 및 혈액성분에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of an acute exercise on vascular compliance, blood pressure and blood variables. The participants were seven male college students(25.4±0.2 yrs). Bench Stepping Test was undertaken for 50 minutes with THR 75%∼80%. It was measured totally 4 times; before the acute exercise, 48 hours, 96 hours, and 144 hours after the exercise. Measurement variables were SBP, DBP, pulse, vascular compliance, weight, % fat, VO2max, platelet, hemoglobin, and hematocrit. The findings are: First, there was no significant difference between before the exercise and 48 hours, 96 hours, and 144 hours after the exercise in SBP, DBP, and pulse. Second, vascular compliance decreased in upper extremities compared with before the exercise as time went by. However, it increased in lower extremities. There was significant difference only in left lower extremities between before exercise and 144 hours after the exercise. Third, there was a bit improvement in PLT and Hb 48 hours after the exercise and PLT and Hb decreased later. Meanwhile, Hct decreased a bit 48 hours after the exercise but increased 96 hours and 144 hours after the exercise with no statistically significant difference. Fourth, weight and % fat also decreased as time went by and VO2max decreased 48 hours after the exercise but increased 96 hours and 144 hours after the exercise. No statistically significant difference was found. The pattern changes in pulse, vascular compliance and blood variables after an acute exercise were similar to those of precedent studies.
