Purpose: This study aimed to identify the factors that influence the wellness of bus drivers by examining the relationships between job stress, physical activity, subjective happiness, and wellness. Methods: Self-report questionnaires were distributed during October 2017. Results: Based on a multiple regression analysis, the significant factors found to affect the wellness of bus drivers were physical activity (β=.48, p<.001), subjective happiness (β=.25, p=.001), and job stress (β=-.17, p=.025). The total explanatory power of the study variables for wellness was 45.7% (F=33.04, p<.001). Conclusion: These findings highlight a need to develop workplace wellness programs to reduce job stress and improve physical activity and subjective happiness among bus drivers.
간호대학생의 그릿, 대인관계 능력이 대학 생활적응에 미치는 영향

This study is a descriptive correlational study to verify the relationship between nursing students’ grit, interpersonal skills, and college life adjustment and to identify factors influencing college life adjustment. The subjects of this study were 179 first-year students in the 2021 year of nursing at a university located in S city. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire from November 15, 2021 to November 30, 2021, and SPSS WIN 21.0 program was used. and analyzed as follows. Results Analysis of the correlation between grit, interpersonal skills, and college life adaptation of first-year nursing students showed that grit (r=.320, p<.001), interpersonal skills (r=.548, p<.001). There was a significant positive correlation. The variables that significantly affect college life adaptation were happiness level, perceived learning amount, credit satisfaction last semester, grit, and interpersonal skills, and 43.6% of these explanatory skills were interpersonal skills as the biggest factors affecting nursing students’ college life adaptation.
간호대학생의 의사소통능력, 공감능력이 대인관계능력에 미치는 영향

This study was designed to identify the degree of communication skills, empathy, and interpersonal relationship of nursing students, and to investigate the effect of communication skills and empathy on interpersonal relationship. It was found that interpersonal relationship among the major variables had a significant positive correlation with communication skills (r=0.645, p<0.001), empathy (r=0.524, p<0.001). The variables that significantly influence interpersonal relationships were aptitude, interest, communication skills, and empathy, of which explanatory ability was 50.1%, and this represented that communication skills and empathy were important variables in a medical environment requiring improvement of nursing students’ communication skills. Therefore, it’s necessary to encourage nursing students to actively participate in various projects conducted in both curriculum and extra-curriculum in order to improve their communication skills and empathy and to increase the interpersonal relationship of nursing students. Based on the results, the following suggestions are made. First, it is suggested to develop and apply curriculum and intervention programs to improve communication skills and interpersonal relationship in consideration of the characteristics of nursing students. Second, since the subjects were limited to nursing students in some regions, it is recommended to conduct repeated research by expanding the number of subjects and regions in order to generalize the results.
SPHERICAL NEWTON DISTANCE FOR OSCILLATORY INTEGRALS WITH HOMOGENEOUS PHASE FUNCTIONS

In this paper we study oscillatory integrals with analytic homogeneous phase functions for smooth radial functions. We give their sharp asymptotic behavior in terms of spherical Newton distance.
