중국 발달장애아동 부모가 양육과정에서 경험하는 심리적인 어려움에 관한 질적 연구 - 장시성(江西省)을 중심으로 -

본 연구의 목적은 중국 장시성에 거주하는 발달장애 아동을 둔 부모들의 양육 경험을 통해 느끼는 심리적 어려움과 양육 과정을 탐구하였다. 이를 위해, 장시성에서 7세부터 10세 사이의 발달장애 아동을 양육한 경험이 있는 부모 6명을 대상으로 심층 면담을 실시하였으며, 이 자료는 질적 연구 분석 방법을 통해 분석되었다. 분석 결과, 5개의 상위 범주, 11개의 하위 범주, 그리고 40개의 의미 개념이 도출되었다. 주요 발견된 주제 로는 ‘가족의 시작과 자녀 출산에 대한 이야기’, ‘과거 생활에 대한 회상’, ‘부모로서의 피폐해짐’, ‘현실에 대한 무력감’, 그리고 ‘미래에 대한 두려움’ 이 포함되었다. 발달장애 아동을 양육하는 과정에서 부모가 경험하는 주된 심리적 어려움은 임신에 대한 갈등, 발달장애 자녀를 출산한 것에 대한 후회, 발달 장애 아동을 양육하는 과정에서의 우울, 현실 문제에 대한 무력감, 그리고 미래에 대한 걱정으로 요약할 수 있다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로, 장시성 에서 발달장애 아동을 양육하는 부모는 자신의 역량을 강화하기 위한 가정교육과 심리적⋅정서적 지원이 필요하다는 것이 밝혀졌다. 또한, 발달 장애아동과 그들의 부모를 위한 심리상담, 사회복지시설 및 서비스의 확대와 개선이 요구된다. 본 연구는 이러한 결과를 통해 관련 제언, 연구의 한계점 및 후속 연구 방향을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine the psychological difficulties and parenting process experienced by parents of children with developmental disabilities living in Jiangxi, China. For this purpose, in-depth interviews with 6 parents of children aged 7-10 years with developmental disabilities who had parenting experience in Jiangxi Province, China were analyzed by a qualitative research analysis method. As a result of the analysis, 5 upper categories, 11 subcategories, and 40 semantic concepts were derived. The research results are as follows. Five major themes and 11 sub-themes were derived. As such, the five major themes were ‘the story of the beginning of a family and the birth of children’, ‘reminiscing about the past life’, ‘depleted parents’, ‘powerlessness against reality’, and ‘fear of the future’. A closer look at the main topics is as follows. In summary, the psychological difficulties experienced by parents of children with developmental disabilities in the process of raising children are first, ‘conflict over pregnancy’, second, ‘regret about having children with developmental disabilities’, third, ‘depression felt in the process of raising children with developmental disabilities’ fourth, ‘Fifth, ‘worry about the future’ appeared as a feeling of helplessness over real problems. Lastly, in Jiangxi Province, China, parents raising children with developmental disabilities are required to provide home education and psychological/emotional counseling support to strengthen their own capabilities. Psychological counseling, social welfare facilities for children with disabilities, and social welfare services were expanded and improved. Based on these research results, suggestions, limitations, and directions for follow-up studies were presented.

In this study, the influence of the presence of ions in the intake system on the performances of a MPI gasoline engine was investigated. The tourmaline powder has been coated inside the intake pipe located at the inlet of the throttle body to generate negative ions. Experiment has been carried out for various throttle settings and engine speed to examine the effect of the abundant ions in the intake system. Although a little discrepancy due to the difference in operating conditions was observed at low throttle setting, the remarkable differences in the engine performances have not been observed by applying the negative ions in the intake system.

The gasoline engines adopted in the domestic light passenger cars have not equipped with the active anti-pollution systems. The need for the anti-pollution systems is increasing with the recent spread of the light passenger cars. In this study, the effects of the catalytic converter on the engine performances and the exhaust emissions were examined. Throughout the experiments, the stoichiometric air-fuel ratio was sustained by modifying the carburettor.

In this study, The prediction of the pressure variation in the combustion chamber of a Diesel Engine was performed. The calculated data were compared with known values under four different combustion models and for four heat transfer models. Four combustion models are Wiebe model, ROHR model, Woschni-Anisits model and AVL MCC model. In the combustion analysis, ROHR model using known cylinder pressure history predicts the nearest values to the known pressure history. The results of Wiebe model and Woschni-Anisits model were also satisfied.

This paper presents the examination of the various simulation models to represent the flow through the exhaust system in the internal combustion engines. Three models - adiabatic pressure loss model, sudden enlargement and sudden contraction model and the constant volume model - have been examined theoretically and experimentally to represent the flow through the catalytic converter and the muffler. This study shows that the combination of the sudden enlargement-sudden contraction model for the catalytic converter and the constant volume model for the muffler gives the best results.

The simulation program which predicts the gas behavior in a spark ignition engine has been developed and verified by the comparison with the experimental results foy the MPI engine, naturally aspirated and turbochared engines with a carburettor. First paper describes the calculations of the behavior of gas in the intake and exhaust system. The generalized method of characteristics including friction, heat transfer, area change and entropy gradients was used to analyse the pipe flow The constant-Pressure model was applied for the analysis of the flow through engine valved, and the constant-pressure perfect-mixing model was applied for the flow at manifold junction. The concept of the sudden area change was used for the muffler and catalytic convertor. Fer the plenum chamber in an MPI engine, constant-pressure model and constant-volume model were both examined. Through the comparison of predicted results with experiments, the simulation program was verified by showing good prediction of the behavior of IC engine qualitatively and quantitatively under wide range of operating conditions.
