최근 정서지능 향상에 관심이 높아지면서 유아의 정서적 경험을 제공할 수 있는 활동으로 음악극 활동이 긍정적으로 제기되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 만 5세 유아 50명을 대상으로 12주간 유아 음악극 활동을 적용하여 봄으로써 유아 음악극 활동이 유아의 정서지능 발달에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 연구도구는 Mayer와 Salobey(1997)의 정서 지능의 4영역에 기초하여 이영자 이종숙ㆍ신은수(2002)가 개발한 교사평정에 의한 유아용 정서지능 평가도구를 사용하였다. 연구결과 유아 음악극 활동을 통해 유아의 정서의 인식과 표현 능력, 유아의 정서에 의한 사고촉진 능력, 유아의 정서 지식의 활용 능력, 유아의 정서의 반영적 조절 능력이 통계적으로 유의미하게 향상된 것으로 나타났다. This study investigates the effects of music drama activities on young children's emotional intelligence in a sample of 50 5-year old preschoolers. The Music Drama Activities were carried our for the experimental group whereas a traditional program was used for the control. Children's emotional intelligence was assessed using Lee, Lee, and Shin (2002)'s scale. Results obtained from ANCOVA suggest that there are statistically significant effects of musical drama activities on young children. Thus present findings provide important support for musical drama activities as tools for enhancement of children's emotional intelligence.
DTF 내 미분탄의 분산이 연소에 미치는 영향과 이를 고려한 순산소 연소특성 연구

An experimental study was conducted about the effects of pulverized coal dispersion in DTF on its combustion characteristics. Since the temporal steadiness and spacial uniformity of coal feeding are the prerequisites in DTF experiments and the lack of these conditions can give erroneous results, we tried to make our facilities satisfying them. Coal feeding tests with high resolution balances and visualization of coal particles falling in nonreactive drop tube were conducted and the obtained quantitative and qualitative results confirmed what our designs of feeding devices make reliable dispersion of coal particles in time and space. Based on these results, we inspected the effects of coal dispersion on its combustion characteristics in DTF and it were found that the coal combustion is very sensitive on that. Additionally it was tried to obtain several data on oxygen combustion of coal and high concentration CO₂ over 95% could be easily captured.
사회복지사가 지각한 인권보장 수준에 영향을 미치는 요인

본 연구는 서울시 사회복지사의 근로조건과 환경, 그리고 스스로 지각한 인권보장 수준이 어떠하고, 여기에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인가를 파악하여, 사회복지사의 인권수준을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하는데 목적이 있다. 연구결과, 첫째, 서울시 사회복지사의 근로조건에 관한 만족도는 평균 이하의 낮은 수준으로 조사되었으며, 일과 가정의 양립, 기관의 종교와 윤리 문제와 관련하여 어려움을 겪고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 그리고 많은 사회복지사가 클라이언트로부터의 폭력과 직장내 상사나 동료로부터 폭력을 경험하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 전체적으로 사회복지사가 지각한 인권보장 수준은 10점 만점에 3.92점으로 매우 낮은 수준으로 조사되었다. 둘째, 사회복지사의 연령이 많을수록, 급여만족도와 복리후생만족도가 높을수록, 일ㆍ가정양립에 대한 기관의 태도가 적극적일수록, 비윤리적 행동을 강요받은 적이 없는 경우에, 그리고 클라이언트나 직장내 상사나 동료로부터 정신적 괴롭힘을 적게 받을수록 사회복지사가 지각한 인권보장 수준이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 사회복지사의 인권보장 수준을 높이기 위한 정책적ㆍ실천적 차원에서 제언을 실시하였다. This study is intended to examine Seoul City social workers’ working conditions and environment and the level of human rights perceived by them and also figure out the factors affecting it in order to find out ways to enhance the level of human rights for social workers. According to the findings of this study, first, Seoul City social workers’ satisfaction with their working conditions has been found to be lower than the average, and the analysis has shown that they are having difficulty regarding work-family balance or their institution’s religious or ethical issues. Moreover, many of the social workers are experiencing violence by their clients and also superiors or colleagues at work. In general, the level of human rights which the social workers perceive has been found to be excessively low as 3.92 out of 10 points. Second, when the social workers are older, their pay satisfaction and welfare satisfaction are higher, their institution’s attitude to work-family balance is more positive, they have never been forced to behave unethically, and they experience less mental harassment by their clients or superiors or colleagues at work, the level of human rights they perceive gets higher. Based on the results of this study, these authors suggest politicalㆍpractical implications in order to enhance the level of social workers’ human rights.
재가장애인 인권실태 조사 분석 및 정책제언 : 서울·경인지역을 중심으로

The purpose of this study was to present various practical and policy measures for the promotion of human rights for persons with disabilities. To achieve this purpose, first, the current state of legal sanctions under abuse-related laws and abuse-related acts, and the current state of abuse and human rights surveys for the disabled were analyzed. Second, based on the results of these previous studies, a human rights survey was conducted and the findings were analyzed. The results are summarized as follows. First, 4.8% of respondents residential housing was found in non-residential buildings such as containers and factories. Second, 25.8% of respondents responded that they suffered abuse, and 32.6% of those said that they had experienced more than two types of abuse. Third, the rate of emotional abuse, abandonment and neglect, and physical abuse was higher in people with disabilities in their 20s or younger, and the rate of physical abuse in a person with intellectual disabilities and economic abuse, abandonment and neglect was higher in single-person households. Fourth, it was found that there were many cases where abuses were experienced almost every day or the period of abuse was over five years. Additionally, it was found that the victims were being abused by a wide variety of abusers, and most of the places where abuse took place were found to be the homes of the disabled. Fifth, as a result of analyzing whether or not to respond, 59.2% did not respond, and in particular, in the case of abandonment and neglect, 80% did not respond. Sixth, only 22.5% of respondents had experience of public and private support. Based on these findings, policy proposals such as related legislative amendments were made.
발달장애인 분야 사회복지사 전문성 함양을 위한 탐색적 연구

본 연구는 발달장애인 서비스 현장에서 일하는 사회복지사의 전문성 함양방안이 무엇이고, 이를 위한 교육체계와 내용을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 수행되었다. 미국과 캐나다 등 해외에서는 발달장애인 서비스 양성과정을 다양하게 마련하고 있으며, 교육내용은 발달장애인의 자기주도성 존중, 권리기반실천, 사회통합 등의 원리와 가치를 명확히 하고, 이를 구현하는데 있어 필요한 사회복지사의 역량강화에 초점을 두고 있다. 또한 슈퍼비전이 함께 이루어지는 실습교육과 의사소통기술 등을 중요시 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 해외사례 분석을 토대로 직무분석관련 선행연구와 현장전문가 인터뷰 등을 통해 우리나라 발달장애인 분야 사회복지사의 핵심역량 및 역할을 정립하였으며, 궁극적으로 발달장애인 분야 사회복지사의 전문성 함양을 위한 ‘교육체계와 내용’을 제안하였다. 이 연구는 발달장애인 분야 사회복지사 양성 교육과정을 제시함으로써 이 분야 사회복지사의 전문성과 서비스 질 향상을 도모하는 기초연구로서 의미가 있다고 할 것이다. The present study aimed to explore educational systems and curriculum for enhancing professional competencies of social workers who worked for individuals with developmental disabilities. The advanced countries such as U. S. and Canada have a variety of educational systems and curriculum focusing on social workers’ competencies to foster self-determination and social inclusion of individuals with developmental disabilities. In addition, supervised practicum and communication skills are emphasized in the curriculum. Based on reviews of international curriculum and literature on job analysis, and interviews of social workers, this study identified core capabilities and roles of social workers who worked with people with developmental disabilities. Moreover, it suggested educational system and curriculum to enhance their competencies. The study has implications for providing foundation for developing specialized curriculum for social workers in the field of developmental disabilities.
