리더의 유머 스타일과 종업원의 긍정심리자본과의 관계에 대한 조직문화의 조절효과 - 아웃바운드 텔레마케팅 기업을 중심으로 -

In this study, the Commission sought to explore the meaning of positive psychological capital as a result of the fact that the leader of the leader's sense of humor has a sense of humor, with a sense of humor to possess the real competitiveness of the organization. In addition, the reader's sense of effect on the effect of the leader's effect on outcomes resulted from the interaction with the organizational culture to determine the effect on how to influence the outcome variables. Research targets are selected as an outbound telemarketing enterprise that is exposed to various stresses arising from interacting with invisible customers. Studies show that positive sense style has a direct impact on self-effectiveness/ resiliency and hope/optimism, and the interactive effect of the reader's positive sense and flexibility influences the negative effects of positive psychology. This can be attributed to the fact that the subject of participation in an outbound telemarketing company is a personal aspect. In other words, if the leaders of the real world have a tendency to be overly humorous or self-provisioning, they often point out that they can lose their sense of authority, such as the mindset of the leader, or the recognition of leadership, in personal respect. 본 연구에서는 리더의 유머 스타일이 긍정심리자본에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구를 통해서 향후 리더가 갖추어야 할 유머역량과 함께 조직의 진정한 경쟁력 확보의 결과변수로서의 긍정심리자본의 의미를 찾아보고자 하였다. 또한 리더의 유머 스타일이 결과변수에 미치는 영향의 관계에서 조직문화와의 상호작용을 통하여 결과변수에 어떤 영향을 미치는 지에 대한 조절효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 대상은 보이지 않는 고객과의 상호작용하에서 발생하는 다양한 스트레스 환경에 노출되는 아웃바운드 텔레마케팅기업으로 선정하였다. 연구결과 텔레마케팅기업 리더의 긍정적 스타일 유머는 자기효능감/회복탄력성과 희망/긍정적사고에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 리더의 긍정적 스타일 유머와 유연한 문화의 상호작용 효과는 긍정심리자본에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 본 연구에 참여 대상이 아웃바운드 텔레마케팅 기업의 종업원들이 갖는 긍정심리자본은 기업문화의 영향보다 개인적인 측면이라는 점에서 해석할 수 있다. 예를 들면 기업의 리더가 지나치게 유머스럽거나 자율성을 부여하여 유연한 조직문화에서는 종업원들이 리더의 권위에 대한 인정이나 추종하고자 하는 마음이 오히려 낮아질 수 있다고 볼 수 있다는 점을 시사하고 있다.

In order to meet stringent emission regulation in US, it is mandatory to install the high efficiency NOx aftertreatment system in diesel application vehicle, SCR(Selective Catalytic Reduction), which is the latest technology on passenger car. Due to the application of new after-treatment system, the development of OBD(On Board Diagnostics) is necessary. In this paper, new OBD logic, control parameter and method of monitoring the malfunction of SCR system are shown for NOx efficiency monitoring, Front NOx sensor monitoring, Rear NOx sensor monitoring, Fault urea detection.

The front end wheel loader is widely used for the loading of materials in mining and construction fields. It has repetitive digging, loading and dumping procedures. The bucket is subjected to large resistance force from the soil during scooping. We considered the soil reaction force characteristics from scooping procedure, the protection by overload and automatic scooping mode algorithm. The main topic of this paper is the analysis of the soil reaction force characteristics. The analysis of soil mechanics is carried out and the developed soil model is verified by experimental results from the simplified experimental equipment. A simplified model of the soil shape and bucket trajectory is used to determine the scooping direction based on an estimation of the resistance force applied on the bucket during the scooping motion. In the future, this model will be used for the generation of an appropriate path for the wheel loader automation.
