아동과 청소년을 위한 현장적용 독서치료

본 연구는 성장기에 있는 아동과 청소년 들을 위한 독서치료방법에 대한 연구이다. 그에 대한 방법으로 시와 동화 그리고 영상매체를 활용한 독서치료 방법을 제시하였다. 방법을 적용하기에 앞서 독서치료를 위한 자료를 선정하는 것이 중요하다. 자료를 선정할 때는 참여자의 수준에 맞고 그들이 처한 상황에서 그들의 이야기를 대변해주고 공감할 수 있는 것을 고려하는 것을 잊지 말아야 한다. 그리고 참여자의 눈높이, 흥미, 관심을 관찰하여 그에 따른 다양한 방법을 적용하도록 한다. 대상자의 상황에 필요한 주제를 설정하고 이에 따른 적합한 자료를 선별하여 그에 맞는 독서치료 방법을 짜임새 있게 구성하여 프로그램을 계획하는 것이 독서치료를 효과적으로 이끌 수 있는 지름길이다. 우리의 미래인 아동과 청소년이 독서치료 프로그램을 통하여 미래에 대한 긍정적 비전을 갖고 세상에 따뜻한 시선으로 한 걸음 다가갈 수 있기를 바란다. This study is intended for the bibliotherapy methods for children and adolescents at the period of growth. The methods using poems, fairy tales, and visual media were suggested as bibliotherapy. It is important to select the materials for bibliotherapy before applying the methods. Therefore, when selecting the materials, it must not be forgotten that the materials should be the ones that are proper to the levels of participants, speak for them in their place and can be sympathized. In addition, by observing the level and interest of participants, various methods must be applied to bibliotherapy according to that. A shortcut which can effectively lead bibliotherapy is to set up the topics necessary for the situation of the subjects, to sort out the proper materials according to that, and to make a plan for programs by organizing the bibliotherapy methods well. It is hoped that there will be constant studies on the bibliotherapy methods so that the children and adolescents, our future, may get close to the world with a positive vision and attention about the future through bibliotherapy programs.

통합적 독서치료 프로그램 적용을 통한 학교 밖 청소년의 자아 찾기

대학생의 자아존중감 향상을 위한 독서치료적 적용

이 논문은 자아존중감이 약한 대학생들에게 독서치료적 접근을 통하여 그들의 자아존중감을 향상시키는데 기여할 수 있는지에 대한 연구이다. 문학은 고대로부터 우리에게 고통을 경감시키고 새로운 힘을 주는 치유의 또 다른 원천이었다. 문학작품을 읽으면서 많은 사람들은 마음의 고통을 덜어내고 자신을 객관화할 수 있는 힘을 얻었다. 이러한 문학의 치유적 기능은 오늘날 많은 대상에게 적용되어 커다란 효과를 낳고 있다. 본 연구에서는 학업은 물론 진로 등 새로운 선택의 과정에 있는 대학생들을 대상으로 문학의 치료적 힘을 독서치료 프로그램을 통하여 입증하고자 하였다. 주체적으로 자신의 과업을 이행해야하는 시기에 자존감이 낮은 대학생들은 위축되어 친구관계가 서툴고, 학업에 자신이 없으며 그럼으로써 자신의 미래를 위한 낙관적 사고를 하지 못하는 경향이 있다. 이러한 학생들에게 자존감 회복은 무엇보다도 큰 문제이며, 지적호기심이 큰 대학생들에게 책읽기를 통한 치유는 이를 접근하기에 가장 적합한 방법 중 하나가 될 수 있다. 따라서 이 연구는 독서치료를 통한 대학생의 자존감 회복을 목표로 연구자가 담당하는 교양과목을 수강하는 대전광역시 소재 A 대학의 대학생 중 자존감이 낮은 33명의 대학생을 대상으로 실시하였다. 프로그램은 12회기로 마음트기 단계(1~3회기), 공감트기 단계(4~6회기),변화트기 단계(7~9회기), 자기적용의 단계(10~12회기)단계로 구성하였으며, 연구의 주제에 맞는 도서를 선정하여 읽기, 쓰기, 공감나누기의 형식으로 실행하였다. 프로그램 평가는 질적 평가와 자아존중감 측정을 통한 양적 평가 모두 실시하였으며 그 결과 참여자들의 글과 연구자가 관찰한 그들의 태도에서 발전적 변화를 읽을 수 있었으며 양적 평가에서도 유의미한 결과가 나타났다. In adolescence, people must form self-esteem and accumulate their experience on the various roles which are demanded by society. The students who don`t form the self-esteem at this time suffer from the anxiety, neurosis, and depression as they are self-conscious and see themselves with others` eyes all the time. Furthermore, they have trouble in studying with the difficulty of social relations as well as peer relationships. This study is aimed to improve the self-esteem and attempt the positive change in the actual life through the literary therapy for the university students who have the low self-esteem. Therefore, in this study, the results were analyzed, applying the literary therapy to the university students who had the low self-esteem and who tended to be nervous and come into conflict with their neighboring world and surroundings with hostility and a sense of alienation. As a result, it was indicated that the university students who participated in this program improved their self-esteem and had an optimistic attitude toward the future.

글쓰기치료가 대학생의 불안 및 자존감에 미치는 영향

대학 독서 교육으로서 독서토론 방법 연구 - 비교과 프로그램 <독서 프로젝트 “채움”>을 중심으로 -

본 논문은 대학 독서 교육으로서 독서토론 방법에 대한 연구이다. 이 연구의 구체적 논의는 본 연구자가 소속한 대학교에서 진행한 비교과 프로그램을 중심으로 전개해 나갈 것이다. 우선 이제까지 이루어진 대학 독서교육을 위한 독서토론 방법의 연구에 대하여 살펴본 후, 이 연구에서 제시하는 독서토론의 방법과 실제 적용, 그리고 설문 분석을 통한 연구의 효과와 제한점을 밝힐 것이다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 독서토론 방법은 정책이나 이슈와 같은 주제를 다루는 일반적인 토론 형식으로 이루어지는 것이 아니라, 텍스트의 내용이해를 위한 토의를 거쳐 논제에 대하여 충분한 토론이 이루어 질 수 있도록 하는 방식이다. 따라서 이 토론 방식은 찬반 대립을 통한 정형화된 토론방식이 아니라 자유토론, 토의에 가까운 토론 방식이다. 목표는 독서토론을 통하여 학생들에게 비판적이고 논리적인 사고를 향상시키며, 독서에 대한 자발적 동기를 부여하고, 학생들이 지속적 독서습관을 길러 자기 주도적 학습 능력을 함양하는데 있다. 이 연구는 대학생을 위한 독서교육 수업에 적합한 새로운 독서토론 방법으로서 의미가 있다 This thesis is a study on reading discussion method as university reading education. This researcher will proceed the concrete discussion focusing on the extracurricular program implemented at the university which this researcher belongs to. Above all, after examining the studies on reading discussion method at reading education implemented until now, the method and reality of reading discussion suggested by this study and its significance will be revealed. The reading discussion method suggested by this study is one where full debate is done on the theme through debate for understanding text contents, not which is done as a type of general discussion which handles the themes such as policies and issues. Therefore, this discussion method is one which is near to free discussion, and debate, not a stereotyped discussion method through pro and con conflict. The purpose is to improve the critical, logical thinking, to give students voluntary motive of reading, and to cultivate self-initiated learning ability of students who foster the continuous reading habit through reading discussion. As a result of survey, it could be known that most of students approached the goal of this study through reading discussion. This study will be a significant, new method of the reading discussion method proper to reading education class for university students.

인문 독서 교육을 통한 인성교육 연구

본 논문은 인문 독서 교육을 통하여 인성을 갖춘 품격 있는 인재로 키우기 위한 독서 교육에 관한 것이다. 인간의 삶과 역사, 문화, 가치를 다루는 인문학은 사람의 됨됨이, 인격, 성격, 행동습관, 태도, 가치관 등을 바람직하게 형성하기에 좋은 기제가 될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 우선, 인문 독서 교육을 통하여 인성을 함양하고자 한 그 간의 연구를 살펴보았다. 그리고 인문 독서 교육과 인성 교육에 대하여 깊이 있게 들여다보았으며, 연구자 가진행한 인성함양을 위한 독서라는 교과목을 예로 그 방법과 결과에 대하여 제시하였다. 예로 든 교과는 인문 독서 교육을 통하여 학생 개개인이 자아탐구의 계기를 갖고, 인간의 도덕적 품성, 참 가치, 공동체를 위한 책임의식, 타인에 대한 이해, 사회의식 함양을 목표로 한다. 독서 교육 방법은 학생들이 독서를 통해 수렴적 사고와 발산적 사고를 거쳐 주제에 접근하여 다른 학습자들과 상호작용을 하며 새로운 지평을 찾아낼 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 교육의 결과는 2017-2학기에 실시한 설문 조사를 분석하였으며 70%의 학생들이 이 교과에 대하여 만족하는 것으로 드러났다. 또한 주관식 설문을 통해서 알아본 결과 학생들은 독서에 대하여 흥미를 갖게 되었고, 자신에 대한 성찰을 하게 되었으며, 사고의 폭이 넓어지고 스스로 성장하였다고 답하였음을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 소수의 학생들을 대상으로 한 결과이므로 효과에 대하여 논하기에는 부족함이 있음을 밝힌다. This thesis is about reading education for nurturing the elegant talents who possess the character through humanities reading education. Humanities which deal with the life, history, culture and value of humans can be a good mechanism in forming the nature, character, personality, behavioral habits, attitude, and values desirably. In this thesis, the previous studies which have tried to build up the character through humanities reading education in universities were examined. In addition, humanities reading education and character education were deeply examined, and the methods and effect of the course, reading for the cultivation of character, which this researcher proceeded were suggested. The course is aimed for individual students to have an opportunity of self-exploration through humanities reading education, and build up the moral character of humans, true value, responsibility for community, the understanding of others, and social consciousness. For reading education method, it was designed for students to approach the theme through convergent thinking and divergent thinking with reading, and find a new horizon as they interact with other learners. As a result, it was revealed that 70% of students were satisfied with the course. In addition, as a result of the subjective survey, it was indicated that they got interested in reading, came to reflect themselves, enlarged the width of thought and grew themselves. However, as a few students feel uncomfortable about reading and discussion, the constant studies on that remain a challenge.

대학 독서교육이 대학생의 문제해결능력에 미치는 영향

이 연구에서는 대학생 시기의 독서교육의 중요성과 대학 독서교육의 필요성에 대하여 고찰하였다. 그리고 대학생들에게 바람직한 독서교육의 방향에 대하여 밝히고, 독서교육이 대학생들에게 주는 많은 영향 중에 특히 문제해결능력에 미치는 영향에 대하여 연구하였다. 그 예로는 A대학교 “독서 명문대 만들기 프로젝트”로 실시하고 있는 독서인증 연계교과 의 운영과정을 제시하였다. 대학생들이 미래 삶의 경쟁력을 위해 심리적 행복, 정신건강, 사회 적응에 중요한 영향을 끼치는 문제해결능력을 키우는 것은 중요한 문제이다. 이를 증명하기 위하여 수강 학생들을 대상으로 사전 사후로 문제해결능력 검사를 실시하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 독서교육이 대학생들의 문제해결능력에 유의미하게 영향을 미친다는 사실을 밝혀내었다. 그러나 이 연구는 특정 대학의 소수 학생들을 대상으로 하였으므로 일반화시키기에는 문제가 있다. 그럼에도 대학생들이 당면한 문제들을 극복하며 사회적으로도 책임 있는 사람으로 자라도록 독서교육을 실시하고자 하는데 단초가 될 수 있을 것이다. In this study, the importance of reading education in a period of university students and the necessity of reading education in university were studied. Furthermore, revealing the direction of the desirable reading education to university students, of a lot of effects that reading education has on the university students, especially the effect that it does on problem-solving competence of them was studied. As an example, the operation process of reading certification-connected subject was suggested. It is important for the university students to enhance the problem-solving competence which has an important effect on the psychological happiness, mental health, and social adjustment for the competitiveness in future life of themselves. As a result, the fact that reading education has a significant effect on the problem-solving competence of the university students was revealed. This study would be a clue in implementing reading education so that the university students will grow as socially responsible people, overcoming the immediate problems.

청소년 소설의 치유성 연구 -『씁쓸한 초콜릿』과 『파란 문 뒤의 야콥』을 중심으로-

본 논문은 청소년 소설의 치유성에 관한 연구로, 우선 문학의 치유성에 대하여 설명하고, 청소년 문학이 청소년 독자들에게 어떤 방식으로 치유적 기능을 발휘할 수 있는 지 알아보았다. 그리고 청소년들의 내적 성장과정을 그리고 있는 청소년 소설 두 편, 『씁쓸한 초콜릿』과 『파란 문 뒤의 야콥』을 분석하여 청소년 문학의 치유성을 설명하였다. 『씁쓸한 초콜릿』은 청소년들의 고민 중 가장 많은 부분을 차지하고 있는 외모문제를 다루고 있으며, 『파란 문 뒤의 야콥』은 최근 급격히 증가하고 있는 한 부모 가정 아이의 문제를 다루고 있다.위의 소설 들은 사춘기 주인공의 내적 갈등과 정신적 성장, 자아의 각성 과정을 담고 있어 청소년들이 자아를 탐색하여 사고와 행동의 변화를 꾀할 수 있는 서사를 갖고 있다. 이 논문에서는 소설의 주인공과 비슷한 고민을 하며 힘겨워 하는 청소년 독자들에게 이 소설이 어떻게 공감과 위로를 통한 변화, 즉 치유적 힘을 발휘할 수 있는 지를 분석하였다. Literature contains a variety of stories of our life. Therefore, we read and feel the life of others, change ourselves and sometimes encounter the scars inherent in ourselves through literature. We look into the life of humans and gain an insight into our life through literary works.This thesis was aimed to seek for the devices how the adolescents in growth find therapy and the right path of growth through literature, focusing on the therapeutic property of this literature. To do that, the adolescent novels which depict the inner growth of the adolescents were selected. The reason is that the topics and contents of the adolescent novel are so close to the life experience of the adolescents that they can cause the empathy of them. Also, as the adolescent novel contains the covert conflict, mental growth and awakening process of self which the protagonist in the adolescence suffers, it is good for the adolescents to explore their self-identity.Therefore, in this thesis, it was analyzed what kind of a therapeutic role 『Bitter Schokolade』, the adolescent novel which deals with appearance problem, one of the greatest worries of the adolescents and 『Jacob hinter der blauen Tur』, the novel which depicts a problem of the child in a single-parent family, which is socially growing, could play to adolescents. With an objective experience through this adolescent literature, young readers may sympathize with the life of others and understand it, look back upon their own life, and change their own thought and behaviors.

대학 교양교육으로서 고전 세미나 연구

본 연구에서는 대학 교양교육으로서 고전세미나와 그 필요성을 알아보고, 각 대학에서 실행하고 있는 교과를 살펴보았다. 그리고 기존에 운영되고 있는 고전 세미나가 학생들의 독서능력을 고려하지 않고 소위 고전이라 일컬어지는 책들을 선정하여 운영되고 있다는 문제점을 찾게 되었다.따라서 본 연구에서는 학생들이 독서 자체에 흥미와 관심을 가질 수 있는 체험형 고전 세미나 교육에 대한 구체적 방법을 제시하였다. 이 교과의 목표는 고전 세미나를 통하여 학생 개개인이 자아 탐구의 계기를 갖고, 인간의 품성, 타인에 대한 이해, 사회의식을 함양하는 것이다. 이를 위한 독서 교육 방법은 학생들이 수렴적 사고와 발산적 사고를 거쳐 주제에 접근하여 다른 학습자들과 상호작용을 하며 새로운 지평을 찾아낼 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 이 교과 학습을 통하여 학생들은 독서에 대하여 흥미를 갖게될 것이며, 사고의 폭이 확대되고 자아탐구로 내적 성장을 기대할 수 있을 것이다. 그러나 이 교과는 정원이 30명 이내일 때 이 연구가 제안하는 방법의 효과를 기대할 수 있다는 것이 문제점으로 남는다. 그럼에도 이 연구는 대학 교양 수업에서 고전 세미나 교육을 통해 학생들을 새로운 독서 읽기의 장으로 이끌고자 하는 연구자들에게 작은 보탬이 될 수 있을 것이다. In this study, the necessity of classical seminars as liberal arts education in university was investigated, and the curriculum which is practiced by each university was examined. And the problem that the existing classical seminars were operated by selecting so-called classics without considering students’ reading ability was found. Therefore, in this study, a specific method for experiential classical seminar education in which students could have an interest in reading itself was presented. The goal of this curriculum is to help each student to develop individual self-exploration opportunities, and to cultivate human character, understanding of others, and social awareness. The reading education method for this is to enable students to approach topics through convergent and divergent thinking, interact with other learners, and discover new horizon. Through this curriculum learning, students will have an interest in reading, expand the scope of their thinking, and be able to expect internal growth with self-exploration. However, the problem with this curriculum is that when the number of students is 30 or less, the effect of the method proposed by this study can be expected. Nevertheless, it is considered that this study could be of little help to researchers who want to lead students to a new field of reading through classical seminar education in university liberal arts classes.
