The principal purpose of this study is to analyze closely the causal relationship among leadership styles, player satisfaction, and team performanct of rhythmic gymnasts participating in rhytimic gymnasts teams in Korea. For this purpose the research was administered to using materials of 86 rhythmic gymnasts. Data were collected through samples by means of purposive sampling method. The questionnaire for data collection of this study was based on those used in previous studies among leadership styles, player satisfaction, and team performance scales, and used them after examing the verification of validity and reliability through pilot test. The methods of Statistics used to analyze the collected datas were correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and path analysis. The following is conlusions brought through these analyzing methods and process in this study. Hypothesis Ⅰ. It was adapted that the causal relationship among leadership styles, satisfaction of doing themes, and team performance were presented by path analysis. Hypothesis Ⅱ. It was adapted that the causal relationship among leadership styles, satisfaction of social corelation, and team performance were presented by path analysis.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the moderating effects of the job self-efficacy to the relationship beween transformational leadership and job stress of women workers participating in facility of sports for all. Participants for this study were 50 0 of 20 overaged women adults. Of participations valid data were 181. They completed a modified inventory of the job self-efficacy, transformation leadership and job stress. More details, job self-efficacy Scale modified by Lee(2000), transformational leadership Scale modified by Bryan(2002), and job stress scale by David & Norman(2006) were using after remodifing scale to investigate the purpose of this study. Results were analysed in quantitative approaches. Data were collected through self-administered survey. The most three meaningful results of the study were as follows; First, there was influenced to the moderrating effects of job self-efficacy of the causal relationship between charismatic leadership and job stress. Second, there was not influenced to the moderrating effects of job self-efficacy of the causal relationship between individual consideration leadership and job stress. Third, there was influenced to the moderrating effects of job self-efficacy of the causal relationship between intellectual stimulation leadership and job stress.
초등학생의 방과후 학교 여가스포츠참가와 심리적 웰빙의 관계에서 자아탄력성의 매개효과

The purpose of this study was to explore the mediation effect of ego-resilience between leisure sports participant and psychological well-being of elementary students in participating after school program.. The subjects of this study were sampled 264 participants who live in Seoul and are participating in leisure sports more than six months. Data were collected through the questionnaire, were analyzed to test the hypotheses using multiple regression analysis methods. On the basis of the results analysed, the conclusions were drawn as following. First, leisure sports participant had influences on ego-resilience. Second, The leisure sports participant had influence on psychological well-being. Third, Ego-Resilience had influences on psychological well-being. Forth, There were mediation effect of ego-resiliece between leisure sports participant and psychological wellbeing of elementary students in participation after school program.
생활체육 지도자의 자기감정관리가 스포츠맨십행동에 미치는 영향과 조직공정성의 매개효과

The purpose of this paper is to examine the influence of self-emotion management in the sportsmanship behavior of leader of sports for all in the focus of mediation effects of organization justice. To perform this empirical study, the data for the present study were collected from one firms through questionnaire and all measures were self-administered by respondents. To analyze this data, reliability test and correlation analysis was adopted to analyze the casual relationship between self-emotion management and sportsmanship behavior through mediation effects of organization justice. The major findings of this study are as follows; First, A stepwise regression analysis shows a significant influence on self-emotion management and sportsmanship behavior through mediation effects of sharing justice. Second, A stepwise regression analysis shows a significant influence on self-emotion management and sportsmanship behavior through mediation effects of proceeding justice. Third, A stepwise regression analysis shows a significant influence on self-emotion management and sportsmanship behavior through mediation effects of mutual justice.
중학교 체육과 감상수업에 대한 교사의 인식과 기대효과 탐색

이 연구는 체육과 정의적 영역의 한 부분인 감상수업에 대한 체육교사들의 인식 을 알아보고 스포츠 감상수업의 기대효과를 탐색하는 그 목적이 있다. 경기도 소재 87개 중학교에서 개정 체육과 교육과정이 적용된 중학교 1, 2학년의 체육수업 담당 교사 216명의 설문자료를 수집하여 빈도분석 및 교차분석을 실시하였다. 체육교사들은 전인교육의 한 축인 정의적 영역의 목표 달성을 위해 스포츠 감상 수업에 관심을 가지고 있었고, 감상수업의 필요성에 대하여 공감하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 정규 교과 시간의 스포츠 감상수업은 중학생들로 하여금 체육수업에 대한 관심과 흥미 유발을 이끌어 내는 데 많은 도움이 될 수 있고 체육수업에 대한 이해 를 도울 수 있는 방편으로 작용할 수 있다는 가능성을 발견하였다. The purpose of this study was to identify their opinions on awareness of current sport appreciation classes, and to enhance the efficiency of the classes by letting them realize the importance of sport appreciation classes and providing new development direction accordingly. 87 middle schools in Gyeonggi?do were sampled. In those schools, 216 PE teachers who were in charge of first and second graders in middle school to which 2007 revised curriculum was being applied were selected as subjects. It was found that physical education teachers had interest in sport appreciation class and acknowledged the necessity of sport appreciation class. When looking into the expected effects that physical education teachers have for sport appreciation classes, it was found that they had positive thinking on sport appreciation class.
저소득층 유 , 청소년의 스포츠바우처 참가와 자아존중감, 사회적 지지 인식 및 친사회적 행동 간의 인과관계

The purpose of this study was to explore the causal relationship among sports voucher participation, self-esteem, social support cognition, and prosocial behavior of adolescents of the lower income class. The subjects of this study were 241 sampled adolescents participants of the lower income class who live in Gyeonggi-do, Chungchong-do, Gyeongsang-do, Jeolla-do province and have been participating in sports voucher programs for more than three months. Data were collected through questionnaires, were analyzed to test the hypotheses using Structural Equation Modeling analysis methods. On the basis of the results analysed, the conclusions were drawn as following. First, the cause-and-effect relationship exists between sports voucher participation and self-esteem of adolescents of the lower income class. Second, the cause-and-effect relationship does not exist between sports voucher participation and social support cognition of adolescents of the lower income class. Third, the cause-and-effect relationship exists between sports voucher participation and prosocial behavior of adolescents of the lower income class. Fourth, the cause-and-effect relationship exists between self-esteem and social support cognition of adolescents of the lower income class. Fifth, the cause-and-effect relationship does not exist between self-esteem and prosocial behavior of adolescents of the lower income class. Sixth, the cause-and-effect relationship exists between social support cognition and prosocial behavior of adolescents of the lower income class.
