The construction drawing is a collection of knowledge that has accumulated knowledge and experience of designers and is highly valuable for recycling in the future. BIM is a process and technology that acquires and manages the information needed for the whole life cycle of a building. In order to recycle digitalized 2D drawings in BIM Tool, it is required to use 3D information based on the drawing information to save and reuse them, but there is little research on related methods or system development. In this study, 3D elements are created based on 2D drawing information, and libraries are constructed, and BIM Tool is used to improve the recyclability of drawing information.

As the physical functions of school buildings and the changes in the functions of educational facilities due to social change are increasing, the demand for fundamental and long-term measures for the maintenance of educational facilities is expanding. However, depending on the function of the facility, the maintenance work has been carried out only when it is directly related to the safety problem, or when the request of the school facility manager is requested, rather than supporting preventive maintenance. In this study, we investigate the maintenance process of educational facilities and propose a method to manage the maintenance process of the educational facilities in the unit of space for establishing an efficient maintenance management system.
교육시설 유지관리 BIM 기반 공종 패키지 플래닝 프레임워크

교육시설 유지관리는 교육환경개선사업의 12개 단위사업별로 취합하고, 심의를 통해 최종 유지보수 대상이 선정된다. 실태조사의 평가점수로 우선순위가 결정되고 순차적으로 예산을 편성하여 진행된다. 우선순위는 유지보수공사 수행을 위한 일정표이자 발주를 위한 중요한 기준이 된다. 예산이 산출되는 실태조사단계와 우선순위 기준의 개별적 유지보수공사는 몇 가지 한계가 있다. 학교시설관리자는 물량산출에 한계가 있으며, 부정확한 소요예산이 도출되는 결과로 이어진다. 우선순위 기준의 유지보수공사는 개별적으로 분리 발주되어 불필요한 공사기간이 반영된다. 학생들은 학습환경에서 불편함이 발생하고, 안전을 침해하는 기간이 늘어난다. 본 연구는 실태조사단계의 BIM 활용과 공종 패키지 플래닝 프레임워크를 제안하였다. BIM은 유지보수 대상의 물량정보를 지원하여 예산산출에 활용되며, 보수이력과 점검결과가 연계하여 평가점수를 도출한다. 공종 패키지 알고리즘은 단위사업별 예산배정 구간을 구분하고, 동일한 공간과 부위에 투입된 공종이 그룹화된 결과를 도출한다. 사례적용 결과 공사기간은 기존 대비 약 37.4% 단축이 가능하였으며, 실무자 면담을 통해 공종 그룹화 대상을 도출 과정에서 활용성이 높은 것으로 평가되었다. The maintenance of educational facilities was assembled in 12 project classifications of the Educational Improvement Program. The priorities were decided by the evaluation scores derived from the condition investigation, and maintenance works were budgeted in the order of priorities. These priorities were a schedule for conducting maintenance and an important criterion for obtaining a construction order. Several restrictions in the condition investigation exist, which derives budgets and conducts maintenance separately based on the priorities. An educational facility manager has a restriction in quantity take-off, which results in an incorrect budget. Discomfort would occur in an educational environment, and a period of infringing safety would increase. This study proposes applying a BIM in the condition investigation and the planning framework for work-type packaging. A BIM supports a budget calculation and derives evaluation scores by linking a repair and an inspection result. The work-type packaging algorithm divides a budget allocation range and derives the result of a grouped work-types applied in an equivalent space and element. As a result of applying cases, it could shorten the duration by approximately 37.4%. Its usability in selecting a grouped work-type was evaluated through an assessment with workers.

The underground passage has a large population compared to other infrastructures and has a long day of use. Therefore, long-term maintenance plans and budget operations are needed to maintain continuous functioning during the period of use. The research center conducted a study of 26 underground stores managed by the Seoul Metropolitan Government. An analysis of the items with regard to the items in the maintenance budget is carried out in relation to items that are unclear from the maintenance budget item, and proposes a calculation method using multiple regression analysis.
전극구조설계 기반 고에너지밀도·고속충전 리튬이온배터리 제작

Lithium ion batteries have been widely adopted as energy storage and the LIB global market has grown fastest. However, LIB players have struggled against maximizing energy density since commercial monolithic electrodes are limited by electrolyte depletion caused by long and tortuous Li-ion diffusion pathways. Recently, new strategies designing the structure of battery electrodes strive for creating fast Li-ion path and alleviating electrolyte depletion problem in monolithic electrodes. In this paper, given the fundamental and experimental approaches, we compare the monolithic to structured electrodes and demonstrate the ways to fabricate high energy, fast chargeable Lithium ion battery.
