국제현상설계를 통해 지어진 타운하우스의 리모델링 실태와 그 필요성에 관한 연구

This study is carried out to investigate remodeling action in the town houses which were evaluated the innovated and challengeable housing type in the international competition. Research was done mainly through interviews and measurement and literature review. The intention of these housing design is to protect residents’ privacy with promoting community activities. The similar remodeling action to the literary survey is the extending living room’s and the other room’s area by getting rid of adjacent balcony in the 1st and 3rd floor. But the remarkable remodeling actions are various devices for the privacy in the 2nd reception hall and the clearing away of bathroom in the 1st floor to adjust the unfamiliar housing type designed by foreign architect who doesn’t know korean life style well. Still two problems exist. One is heating issue caused by using too many glass walls. The other is the lack of landscape in the granite finishing of public deck for the community. For these two problems special solution should be developed with mutual agreement of residents because of exterior matters.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the satisfaction of campus center as a mixed use development from student, faculty, and staff members. This paper is organized as follows. Research background and motivation are presented in introduction-section Ⅰ. A case study of campus center as a mixed use development is investigated in section Ⅱ. In section Ⅲ, satisfaction factor studied has considered to make a survey list. The Survey items and results are showed in section Ⅳ and the conclusion is in section Ⅴ. The survey is composed 10 items regarding exterior, environment, accommodations, the line of flow, the distinction and service for the community. A frequency analysis, crosstab, and multiple response analysis were used with the data which were obtained by survey. Sample size was 594 members in G university. In conclusion, the survey is summarized as a satisfaction table. The satisfaction table can be used as a reference for designing mixed use campus center.

Globally approaching to an aging society increased social interest in health and how to sustain active aging during the natural aging process. The aim of this study is to analyze space structure characteristic which focused on the relationship between the housing elements, of senior apartment housing in Korea, Japan and Europe to find out whether appropriate architectural plan has been made for seniors in Korea. And another aim is to analyze difference of senior apartment housing between Korea and Japan to predict future senior apartment housing in Korea.

The purpose of this study is to find out the actual condition and the effect of KGBCC to architectural circumstance of the apartment houses. To find out the actual condition, the marks of assesment of 300 apartment housing project KGBCC certified from 2006 to 2009 are analyzed for the response levels of an annual, a regional and a criterion. To suggest the effect of KGBCC to the architectural circumstance, the response level is compared to the satisfaction level and preference level picked out from the pre-studies. The results suggested are expected to use in the improvement of KGBCC and to design and construct sustainable apartment houses.

최근 진행되고 있는 제주 스마트그리드 실증에서 스마트 파워 그리드는 특히 기존의 전력 IT 기술의 통합을 통한 전력 계통 운영의 개선을 목표로 하고 있다. 스마트 파워 그리드의 구축을 위해서는 전력망의 실시간 양방향 통신과 상호 연동성이 필수적이다. 그러나, 스마트그리드의 도입으로 인한 무선 센서 수와 통신망의 외부 노출기회의 증가는 전력망의 보안취약점을 증가시킨다. 또한, 통신망의 데이터 도청 및 위변조 공격을 통한 해커의 공격은 전력 계통 시스템에 대한 혼란을 야기 시킬 수 있다. 스마트 파워 그리드는 스마트그리드의 추진을 위해 가장 핵심이 되는 시스템의 하나로 문제의 발생시 스마트그리드의 존립을 위협하게 되므로 체계적인 보안설계가 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 국내외 스마트 그리드 보안 표준 및 전력 계통 시스템의 보안 취약점 및 요구사항 분석을 기반으로 스마트 파워 그리드 실증을 위한 2단계 보안 서비스 모델을 제안하였다. Smart power grid is targeting to improve grid operation by integrating existing power IT technologies in the jeju smart grid field test. Real-time two-way communication and interoperability in power grid are essential to smart power grid. Adopting smart grid will increase security vulnerabilities in power grid by increasing the number of wireless sensors and the chances of the external exposure of communication networks. In addition, hackers can cause chaos in the power grid system with eavesdropping and forgery attacks in communication networks. Smart power grid is one of the most important systems in deploying smart grid, and it is important to design security system systematically since smart grid can be seriously damaged when problem occurs. In this paper, local and global smart grid security standard and security vulnerabilities in power grid are reviewed, and 2 level smart grid service model is proposed.
흡연자와 비흡연자의 권리보호를 위한 공동주택 내의 흡연 공간 계획에 관한 연구

Through various media, damage of both smoking and second-hand smoking has been recognized, and brought global scale of interest in antismoking. In Korea, government has tightened regulations of smoking in non-smoking zone since December, 1980, and after National Health Promotion Act in 1995, non-smoking zone has been gradually expanded. On the other hand, there were law suits to find those regulation towards smokers are either unconstitutional or not for 4 times. In this current state, people need smoking area to prevent second-hand smoking and to consider smokers in multi-unit dwelling. Main purpose of this research is to plan smoking spaces based on various typology of multi-dwelling plan for protection of both smokers and non-smokers" right. The research group collected and analyzed the smoking behaviors in various multi-unit dwelling types such as flat type, tower type, hybrid type and others. Based on those data, the group found three phenomena. First, there are internal regulations in multi-unit dwelling to make non-smoking zone based on National Health Promotion Act and resident representative meeting decision. Second, main smoking activities are occurring at major traffic line and entrances. Third, smoking inside of multi-unit dwelling complex causes second-hand smoking to residents live in 1<SUP>st</SUP> floor and when they enter. Therefore, one can achieve both smokers" and non-smokers" protection of right by creating a designated smoking space near main entrances of multi-unit dwelling complex to consider smokers" and prevents second-hand smoking by using shaft space, which is in core space, to ventilate tobacco smoke through roof.
