Developing a thin-film transistor with characteristics such as a large area, high mobility, and high reliability are key elements required for the next generation on displays. In this paper, we have investigated the research trends related to improving the reliability of oxide-semiconductor-based thin-film transistors, which are the primary focus of study in the field of optical displays. It has been reported that thermal treatment in a high-pressure oxygen atmosphere reduces the threshold voltage shift from -7.1 V to -1.9 V under NBIS. Additionally, a device with a $SiO_2/Si_3N_4$ dual-structure has a lower threshold voltage (-0.82 V) under NBIS than a single-gate-insulator-based device (-11.6 V). The dual channel structure with different oxygen partial pressures was also confirmed to have a stable threshold voltage under NBIS. These can be considered for further study to improve the NBIS problem.

Multi-link, suspension consists of five links which connect wheel and chassis with spherical joints or bushings. In kinematic point of view, multi-link suspension is considered as five spherical-spherical joints, i.e. five disptance constraints, and makes wheel to have one kinematic degree-of-freedom. This suspension has many advantages in kinematic design stage because it has many design variables and optimized design can be achieved to meet designer's needs.<br/> We developed conventional five-link type multi-link rear suspension with two design stages. First stage is the kinematic geometry design stage. In this stage, this new suspension must meet some kinematic constraints, such as toe change, camber change and roll center height change. Second stage is the compliance design stage. In this stage, bushings are selected by optimization technique. 본 연구는 신발의 다양한 종류를 효율적으로 관리하기 위해 딥러닝을 활용하여 맞춤 관리를 제공하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 기존의 신발 관리 시스템은 신발 종류를 고려하지 않고 일괄적인 방식으로 관리되어 신발손상을 초래하거나 효과적인 관리 효과를 얻기 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 신발 이미지를 활용하여 딥러닝 모델을 학습시키고, 이를 통해 신발 종류별로 맞춤 관리를 구현하고자 한다. 또한, 사용자가 적정한 사용 시간을 파악하기 어렵다는 문제를 해결하기 위해 수동으로 살균 시간을 선택하는 기존의 방식을 개선하고자 한다. 연구 결과를 통해 신발의 수명을 연장하고 효과적인 관리를 실현하는데 기여하고자 한다. This research was conducted with the aim of providing customized management by utilizing deep learning to efficiently manage various types of shoes. Existing shoe management systems are managed uniformly without considering the types of shoes, leading to shoe damage or difficulty in achieving effective management effects. In this study, a deep learning model is trained using shoe images to implement customized management for each shoe type. Additionally, to address the problem of users finding it difficult to determine the appropriate usage time, we aim to improve the existing method of manually selecting sterilization time. Through the research results, we aim to contribute to extending the lifespan of shoes and achieving effective management.

Currently many vehicle company needs high efficiency compressor. For the high performance, inlet resistance is important factor to increase performance. And for the lower resistance of inlet, key factors are spring constant, equivalent mass weight, effective diameter of reed valve. In this study described relationship between shape of reed valve of compressor and inlet mass flow. For this study, boundary conditions of CFD is generated based on FEM structure analysis result.
