In this paper, a sample chamber which provide easy replacement of ISFET sensor and consume only small sample volume for electrolyte analysis is designed and a 4-channel electrolyte analyzer employing 2-point calibration method is implemented. In addition, we proposed sample loading detection circuit for minimizing sample and calibration solutions and implemented it. Developed electrolyte analyzer consists of control system part and flow system part. For the effective control of the developed hardware, system software is developed as three individual routines ; measuring routine, calibration routine and washing routine.
다채널 LAPS용 pH 변화량 검출을 위한 적분 방식의 알고리듬 제안

We proposed the detection method of pH variations by integrating a photocurrent characteristic curve, instead of finding an inflection point by differentiating it in LAPS system. By a simulation of the performance of the proposed method, we verified that it had 80 and 1000 times higher sensitivity and resolution than a conventional method. Then, with the implemented system based on the simulation results, we measured a pH variation which was given rise to a potential change on the LAPS surface exposed to 2-0.03125[mg/ml] enzyme solutions. As results, we observed that the proposed method has a higher sensitivity and resolution of 3.76-0.08[pH/min] pH variations than 3.79-0.27[pH/min] for conventional method with same samples. 본 논문에서는 시간-농도 분해능을 필요로 하는 LAPS장치에 있어서, 광전류 특성 곡선의 변곡점을 찾아 이동량을 측정하는 대신에 특성 곡선의 적분값 변화를 이용하여 pH변화를 검출하는 방식을 제안하였다. 제안된 방식의 성능 확인을 위하여 시뮬레이션을 수행하였으며, 이로부터 약 80배의 감도 및 1000배의 분해능 증가를 확인하였다. 수행된 결과를 바탕으로 측정 시스템 및 2-0.03125 [mg/ml]농도의 효소가 묻은 스트립을 제작하여 측정한 결과, 동일한 샘플수에 대해 기존의 3.79-0.27[pH/min]보다 더 높은 3.76-0.08 [pH/min]의 pH변화감도를 측정할 수 있었다.

LAPS is a device which is dependent on the bias potential between a pH sensitivity and alternating photocurrent. We implemented the multichannel LAPS device and the detection system which was able to effectively measure the sensor`s output by a synchronized detection circuit and multiple methods. The implemented LAPS was structured the multiple sensing sites for analyzing a various components simultaneously. And the system included a time-division method using one pre-amplifier being able to detect the multichannel pH concentration preserving a high S/N ratio and a control part. System hardware consists of a pre-amplifier, digital unit and sensor unit, and software consists of a system program and PC program. As results, we verified the successful operations of system including an implemented pre-amplifier and signal processing units.
LAPS 를 위한 pH 이미지 검출용 격자무늬 광자극 방법

In this paper, we proposed a new detection method of pH image to effectively measure a 2-dimensional pH distribution of test materials by irradiating an frequency modulated light to LAPS using a reticle. It could measure simultaneously signals in one line by applying a modulated light having difference frequency for each pixel using a frequency modulating reticle, and calculating an amplitude with respect to a frequency component by the light source. To experiment the proposed method, we designed and implemented a reticle considering of a LAPS`s characteristic, and reconstructed an image by frequency analysis using the implemented reticle and test pattern image. As a result, we verified that the proposed method using the reticle was able to detect 30 times faster for a 30 x 30 pixels pH image having a PSNR of 22-24 [dB] than conventional method .
마이크로 센서용 다채널 전해질 분석기의 샘플챔버 개선 및 샘플상호간의 간섭현상 보정

In this paper, the sample chamber for multichannel electrolyte analyzing system was designed and the correction algorithm for interference among samples was proposed. The sample chamber was designed to replace the ISFET sensor more easier. The principles of design were the structural independency of each channel and the shield of sample solution from air contact. The correction algorithm could reject the interference effect of mixed sample solution and compensate the voltage difference between single electrolyte solution and mixed electrolyte solution. To approve the proposed algorithm, the several experiments were carried out under the condition of mixed samples. We acknowledged that with our proposed algorithm, the sensor output influenced by mixed electrolyte solution was improved with measurement accuracy.
이식형 인공중이 시스템을 위한 차동 플로팅매스형 전자 튜랜스듀서

이식형 인공중이에 사용되는 전자트랜스듀서는 압전형 트랜스듀서에 비해 음향특성은 좋으나 부피가 크고 효율이 낮으며 수술시 정밀한 코일-자석 간격 조정이 필요하며, 최근 제안된 FMT 트랜스듀서는 외부 자장의 변화에 민감하다는 문제점이 지적되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 코일-자석 간격조정이 필요 없고 외부자장에 영향을 받지 않는 차동 플로팅메스형 전자 트랜스듀서를 제안하였다. 제안된 방식은 2개의 소형 자석을 같은 극끼리 접합함으로써 외부자장에 대해 영향을 받지 않고 효율이 높은 등의 장점을 가진다. 제안된 트랜스듀서의 진동력 및 효율에 관한 정량적인 해석을 하였으며 기존의 트랜스듀서와 비교분석을 행하였다. 그리고 공급전류에 대해 발생되는 진동력의 크기를 계산함으로서 실제 이식형 인공중이의 제작에 필요한 객관적인 설계데이타를 제시하였다. 한편, 시험 제작된 트랜스듀서의 해석결과 제안한 트랜스듀서는 기존의 FMT 트랜스듀서보다도 효율이 1.5배 정도의 향상됨을 보였으며 무부하시험 및 사체의 이소골 진동실험을 통하여 적절한 진동을 효과적으로 이소골에 전달할 수 있음을 보였다.
점증부하 에르고미터 운동 중 심박수역치(heart rate threshold)를 이용한 무산소성역치(HR<SUB>LT</SUB>, HR<SUB>VT</SUB>) 추정식 개발

In this study, we conducted graded maximum exercise test to normal people(male 112, female 108) using cycle ergometer. We calculated heart rate which corresponds heart rate threshold(HRT) and lactate threshold(LT), ventilation threshold(VT) through the test. After that, we divided data(n=220) randomly using Bernoulli"s trials. 70%(actually 70.5%) of data were used as analysis data(male 79, female 73) and 30%(actually 67.6%) were used as validity test data(male 33, female 35). Using analysis data, we conducted simple regression analysis. Independent variable was HRT and dependent variable was HRLT, HRVT which represents heart rate corresponds anaerobic threshold. The adjusted R<SUP>2</SUP> was mean 72.3% and SEE was mean 8.96 bpm. Moreover, in validity test, SEE was 8.54bpm which was similar to developed regression model. So we identified developed regression model is valid. These results show that HRT is meaningful variable to predict HRLT, HRVT and very important variable to estimate anaerobic threshold.
