The studies of probability distribution of the fatigue crack growth life have been somewhat reported. But the study on the probability distribution of the fatigue crack growth life considering the crack coalescence for three dimensional surface fatigue crack has apparently not been reported to date. In this study, the computer program has been developed to predict the probability distribution of the fatigue crack growth life considering the crack coalescence. The effects of parameters for the distribution of the fatigue crack propagation life were evaluated by using the program.

Molds are actively used for mass production of products such as mobile phones. Molds are required to be durable and have a high level of surface roughness. Therefore, the optimization of mold processing is essential. In this study, the cutting processing of SDP20 steel used in molds was analyzed and optimized. This study is expected to contribute to the improvement of product productivity to which plastics are applied.
Low CBN 코팅공구의 SCM440 선삭시 절삭력변화에 관한 연구

In recent years, high hardness steel is used for most of the material in many areas including aircraft, nuclear power, space exploration and automotive parts. Low CBN tools are widely used in industrial field which can effectively process high hardness steel of HRC 45 or harder. The results of this study demonstrated, when high hardness steel, SCM440 is turned with Low CBN tools coated with TiN and TiAlN coatings respectively, that both the thrust force and cutting force tends to increase with more increase in cutting force than thrust force, as the feed rate increases at constant cutting speed. In addition, the size of the cutting force and thrust force does not change with the increased cutting speed at the same feed rate, but the tool life is reduced if the cutting speed is increased to shorten the machining time. Therefore, it is recommended to limit the cutting speed at 250 m/min maximum or less. Furthermore, comparing the cutting force of the three tools at the same cutting condition, Tin coating tool showed the smallest cutting force and Low CBN was the next, and the TiAlN coating tools showed the largest cutting force.

에도[江?]시대의 오사카에서 학문연구소 ?회덕당?이 창설되었다. 회덕당은 유교(주자학)를 기반으로 한 한학漢?학원이다. 여기에는 ‘사당’ 또는 ‘사실’이라고 기록된 제사의 장소가 있었다. 여기에서 행해진 제사는 어떠한 것이었는지? 또 관혼상제의 기초를 풀이하는 ??주자가례??를 어떻게 수용하고 있었는지? 이러한 관점에서 주목되는 것은 ??상제사설喪祭私???이라고 하는 문헌이다. 회덕당 2대 학주(학장) 나카이 슈앙[中井?庵]의 편집으로 ‘상喪’?‘제祭’ 두 가지 예禮에 대하여 한문으로 풀이한 책이다. 이것에 의하면 회덕당에서는 반드시 ??가례??의 문언을 그대로 충실히 실행하고 있는 것은 아니다. ??상제사설??은 ‘사당’에 대해서 ??가례??의 정신을 존중하면서도 일본의 주택 사정이나 빈부의 격차 등을 고려하여 그 규정에 대해서는 반드시 따르려 하지는 않고 유연하게 수용하려고 하고 있는 것을 알 수 있다. 여기에 중국 문화를 수용하려고 한 당시의 유학자들의 어려움을 엿볼 수 있다.
