CSA계 팽창재 및 무기질 혼화재를 이용한 고성능 콘크리트의 특성에 관한 연구

최근 개발되고 있는 고유동, 고강도 및 고내구성을 발휘하는 고성능 콘크리트는 현대개념에 부응하는 양호한 품질을 발휘하는 이면에 물결합재비가 작고 단위결합재량이 많은 배합일수록 비경제적 및 건주수축과 자기수축이 대단히 커진다는 것이 보고되고 있고, 경우에 따라서는 자기수축만으로도 균열이 발생하는 일이 지적되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 무기질 혼화재인 플라이애쉬, 실리카 흄 및 플라이애쉬:실리카 흄 치환비 변화로써 워커빌리티등 각종품질의 향상과 구조물에 발생되는 건조수축 및 자기수출 균열을 CSA계 팽창재로 방지하므로써, 경제적이고 저균열${\cdot}$고품질인 고성능 콘크리트를 개발하고자 하였다. 연구결과 팽창재 혼입율 5%, F.A:S.F 15:5로 치환하면 유동성 및 강도특성이 양호하면서 건조수축 및 자기수축 보상효과가 있는 양호한 고성능 콘크리트가 성취될 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. Recently, high performance concrete developed has a good quality at fresh and hardened state, but high binder contents results in spending much money on manufacturing and many cracks by drying and autogenous shrinkage, Therefore, in this paper, not only prevention of cracks caused by drying and autogenous shrinkage, but improvement of quality and accomplishment of economy by applying F.A(fly ash), S.F(silica fume) and CSA(calcium sulfa aluminate) expansive additives as an inorganic admixtures in W/B 35% are discussed. According to the experimental results, when 5% of CSA expansive additives and 15:5(F.A:S.F)are replaced at unit cement content, high performance concrete with both good fluidity at fresh state and high compressive strength, compensation of drying and autogenous shrinkage at hardened state are accomplished.

This study is to discuss the possibities of repair and strengthening for slab concrete with the polymer overlaying method. According to the test results, the polymer shows a favorable capability of permeatation, which increases the flexural strength of concrete. So it reveals that it is possible to repair and strengthen the concrete structure especially slab with the polymer overlaying method.

Honeycomb in concrete structure caused by being lack of fine aggregate(sand-aggregate ratio), high dropping point of concrete when placing and unsuitable tampering have been often reported in construction field. It doesn't make the problems related to the internal forces of structure, whereas it may causes the deterioration of durability by neutralization, in this paper, the repair technique on the honeycomb in concrete structure by applying the grouting method of high fluidity mortar are discussed.
시멘트 모르터의 用水로써 레미콘 回收水의 再活用에 관한 實驗的 硏究

This study is designed for analyzing the mechanical properties of cement mortar with kind of water, sludge content for the water, mixing proportion and open time of recycling water parameter. And this study is aimed for presenting the reference data in practical use. For the results of this study the flow of fresh mortar and the compresive, tensile and flexural strength of hardened mortar is increased until the sludge content 4.5∼6.0, but is decreased after the slue content 4.5∼6.0%. One side, the recycling water must be used before open tune 12 hours.
시멘트檗乭 및 블록 製作用 몰탈의 잔骨材 粗粒率 變化에 따른 强度特性에 관한 實驗硏究

Natural river aggregate has enormously been used for a long time in concrete and cement mortar. So the resources of river aggregate are gradually of inferior quality and exhausted, this study is aimed for analysing the workability and strength of cement mortar according to using low quality of fine aggregate (lower the fineness modulus ; FM) in cement brick and block, and make an offer the reference of using low quality aggregate by performance the economical evaluation upon the method of mixing design. The major results of this experiment are in the table and figures ; conclusively the mechanical properties of cement mortar according to lowering FM of fine aggregate which is used in cement brick and block are exceedingly changed, so that in the case of using the low FM aggregate the enough consideration is needed.
