스포츠센터의 서비스 결과 고객만족도 재구매 의도 및 권유의향과의 관계

본 연구의 목적은 상업스포츠센터에서 제공되어지는 여러 서비스질의 요인과 각 요인이 전체적인 서비스 질에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고 만족도와 재구매 의도와의 관계, 만족도와 권유의향과의 관계를 분석하는 것으로, 7개 상업스포츠센터의 회원 1179명을 편의 표본추출법을 이용하여 표집한 다음 실제 1106명의 설문지를 분석에 사용하였다. 자료처리는 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰성분석, 다중회귀분석을 이용하였으며 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 상업 스포츠센터의 서비스 질 차원은 유형성, 신뢰성, 반응성, 감정이입의 4가지 차원으로 분류되었으며, 전체적인 서비스 질에 미치는 영향도 앞의 같은 순으로 나타났다. 이러한 차원의 신뢰성은 Cronbach’s alpha가 .8678이상으로 나타나 신뢰성도 확보되었다. 둘째, 전체적인 서비스 질과 고객 만족도와의 관계는 .520, 고객 만족도와 재구매 의도와의 관계는 .393, 고객 만족도와 권유 의향간의 관계는 .301로 모든 부문에서 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 상업 스포츠센터 서비스 질의 4가지 차원이 향상된다면, 전체적인 서비스 질이 향상될 것이고, 전체적인 서비스 질이 증가한다면 고객만족도의 증가로 인해 재구매 의도와 권유의향이 향상될 것이다. It is more difficult for consumers to evaluate the quality of services than the quality of products. This is true of certain distinctive characteristics of services: They are intangible, they are variable. they are perishable, and they are simultaneously produced and consumed. To overcome the fact that consumers are unable to compare services side-by-side as they do with competing products, consumers rely on surrogate cues(i.e., extrinsic cues) to evaluate service quality. The data for this study were collected by self-administered questionnaire distributed to 1106 general consumers. A factor analysis was performed on SERVQUAL for Commercial Sports Centers and the reliability of scale was evaluated by Cronbach's alpha. Consequently, four dimensions of service quality for Commercial Sports Centers-Reliability, Responsiveness. Tangibles, and Empathy-were classified. Multiple regression analysis and ANOVA test were conducted. It's suggested in the results that (1) four dimensions(Reliability, Responsiveness, Tangibles and Empathy of service quality has effects on overall service quality, (2) Tangibles dimension has more significant effect on overall service quality than other dimensions, (3) overall service Quality has effects on satisfaction, (4) satisfaction has effects on repurchase intention, (5) satisfaction has effects on inducement intention, Thus tangibles dimension is more important than other dimensions. In further research, consumers reveal new aspects of sports center service quality that are important to them, and these would have to be incorporated in the scale to ensure a valid measure of service quality for Commercial Sports Centers on an ongoing basis.
400m 계주경기의 효과적인 바턴 터치를 위한 실증적 연구

The subjects are 12 players of 400 meter relay at D and K high school in Daejun City and Kyunggido from May to August. The results are as follows: 1) There is no difference in average records 400 meter relay players at D and K high school. But there is much difference in runner disposition method. Especially D high school is more effective than K high school by the baton touch. 2) In D high school, except one game, the orders of runner disposition methods are 4-2-3-1, in which the results are effective in 2" 03, 2" 17, 2" 38, 1" 96 records by the baton touch. 3) In K high school, except one game, the orders of runner disposition methods are 2040301, in which the results are not effective in 1" 41, 1" 73, 1" 83, 2" 12 records by the baton touch. 4) The best effective runer disposition method at D high school is 3-2-4-1 in 29th KBS national runner championship contest, in which the best record in 41" 78 and records by the baton touch is 2" 25. The best effective runner disposition method at K high school is 2-4-3-1 in 30th national track and field runner championship contest, in which the best record is 42" 27 and records by the baton touch is 1" 65.
스포츠관여도와 스포츠제품의 브랜드 인지, 지각된 품질 및 충성도간의 관계

The purpose of this study was to study relation among sport involvement, brand recognize and perceived quality of sport product and loyalty. For this, this study analyzes by path analysis using AMOS 4.0 program. The study result was next to. First, The sport product purchasing behavior of university student likes the made in foreign sport product better than the others and collect information about the sport product by media. and they purchase that in the selling agent or the internet. Second, The sport involvement was significant to the brand recognize and the perceived quality of sport product. and The sport involvement was directly and indirectly significant to the loyalty. The brand recognize of sport product was significant to the perceived quality and to the loyalty. The perceived quality wasn`t significant to the loyalty.
초등 탁구선수의 중학교 진학과정에서 나타나는 중도탈락요인 탐색

The purposes of this study was to understand the problem of dropped out rate had been highly recorded from elementary school to middle school. For the reason, we try to figure out its root causes and find out its solution in student table tennis players. We had used qualitavtei research method and joined 7 middle school students who have played table tennis in elementary school for more than 3 years but no longer play in middle school. The research involves in-depth interviewing together wthi participant observation and collection related data. And it was then analyzed using Creswell’s (2013) qualitative analysis methods. The results of the research are as follows: Firstly, once they have faced with the iprhysical limitation compare to other players and dropped it. Secondly, there is miss-understanding for sports players by their parents. Finally, different training atmosphere is different between middle school with elementary school. As per above analysis result, below factors come up in mind. We shall try to reduce its pressure upon younger elementary players for athletic ability, give advantage to player compare to general students and rpovide official system for various job positions opening to sports players which would give parents to change rceognition of sports players. Additionally, it shall be required being strict training system for elementary sports players so that they can get training as well as focusing on study in their grade. Lastly, with above analys iresult, it shall be required to additional study with players from various locations and sports to check its validity.

IPTV는 방통융합기술의 대표적인 매체로서 기존의 단방향 방송과는 차별화된 양방향 서비스를 특징으로 하는 새로운 방송매체로, 우리나라는 이미 IPTV 상용 서비스를 시작하고 있다. 그러나, 초기 데이터방송 송출환경 및 애플리케이션의 방식 등이 서로 상이하여 애플리케이션의 호환성 문제가 대두 됨에 따라, IPTV 미들웨어의 표준화가 진행되고 있으며, 현재도 개정작업이 진행되고 있다. 이렇듯 표준화가 진행됨에 따라, IPTV 서비스 플랫폼 상호호환성 확보의 핵심인 미들웨어에 대한 표준 미들웨어를 개발하여 업계에 배포 활용하게 함으로써 표준 API의 정착 및 중소 업체에 시장 진입의 기회를 부여하고자 IPTV 미들웨어 표준 참조구현을 개발하게 되었다. 미디어 재생, 그래픽 객체 표현 기능, 리모콘 가상화 등의 미들웨어 실행환경 및 IPTV 미들웨어 표준에 부합하는 API를 구현하여 Windows OS상에서 동작하도록 개발되었으며, Java VM(Virtual Machine)에서 동작하는 자바기반 미들웨어와 웹애플리케이션 실행 플랫폼을 통해 구동되는 웹기반 미들웨어를 같이 개발영역에 포함하여 개발하였다.
