서양 회화 작품 속 깃털 장식을 활용한 아트 헤어 디자인

인간의 미적욕구를 표현하는 방법은 인간생활의 시작과 함께 발생되었으며, 패션과 더불어 화장, 헤어스타일, 장신구 등의 변화와 응용을 통해 발전 해왔다. 깃털은 과거 장식적인 면과 상징성의 용도로 사회적, 종교적, 주술적 의미를 나타내었으며, 현대에는 시대의 요구와 트렌드가 제시하는 사회현상을 담아 메시지를 전하는 예술적 가치와 시대상을 반영하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 서양 복식에 사용된 깃털의 역사와 회화 작품에 나타난 깃털 장식의 의미를 학문적으로 정립하였다. 또한 다양한 깃털 소재로 염색과 아이론(iron) 등을 이용한 미용학적 형태 변화와 다른 소재와의 결합을 통하여 깃털 장식을 이용한 아트헤어 작품을 디자인하고 창의성, 미학적 가치를 표현 하였다. 이를 통하여 깃털 소재를 아트헤어라는 미용에 접목하여 실용미용에서는 충족 할 수 없었던 측면을 재조명하고 미용 산업에 창작의 범위를 넓히는 기회 제공과 아트헤어 장르에 새로운 교육 추구의 방향을 제시 하였다는데 그 의의가 있다. With the coming of human life, humans start to seek ways to express aesthetic needs which along with fashion have witnessed advances over the years by undergoing a series of changes in and application of make-up, hairstyle, and accessories. The feather was used for a decorative and symbolic purpose, representing religious and shamanistic themes in the past, whereas in modern times, it plays a role in delivering a message with social phenomena presented by demands and trends of our time. This study academically established a history of feather used for western costume and the implications of feather decoration appeared in art painting. In addition, it produced art hair works decorated with a feather material and expressed creative and aesthetic values by making changes such as feather dyeing and combining the feather with different materials. This way, the study integrated a feather material into the beauty of art hair and shed new light on aspects which could not be achieved in practical beauty and it is meaningful as it provided an opportunity to expand the scope of creation and proposed a direction on the new pursuit of education in the genre of art hair.

The purpose of this study is to call the importance of the teaching skills and mindset of ballet instructors, the development of ballet teaching program as well as the necessity of continuous research regarding ballet education for infants through the analysis for the cognition of parents whose infants are engaging in the class of private ballet institutes. We chose six private ballet institutes for infants and conducted the survey subjected to 245 parents whose infants are engaging in the ballet classes. The results of this study are as follow: First, parental cognition on infant ballet education according to age showed significant differences in psychomotor, cognitive and affective factors. Specifically, parents under 35 have high cognition level in all the factors. Second, while parental cognition on the education according to education level didn`t show significant differences in the factors, parents with the educational attainments equal to and higher than those of postgraduate school graduate have much higher cognition level than high school graduates in affective factors. Third, parental cognition on the education according to frequencies of classes showed significant differences in psychomotor and affective factors. Especially, Parents of infants who have a class three times a week have higher cognition on the education than those whose infants have a class one time a week in both psychomotor and affective factor. Finally, parental cognition on the education according to periods of the classes showed significant differences in all three factors. Parents of infants who have a class more than one year have higher cognition on the education than those whose infants have a class under three months.

미용종사자의 감정노동과 직무소진에서 사회적지지가 미치는 영향

This study is beauty service workers emotional labor and burnout the social support on study the impact of the future development of the beauty industry and human resource management to provide the necessary information and scientific data that purpose. Targets who major in Dept of Beauty service workers were set working in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do area. Ninety-nine data which collected through questionnaire was analyzed by SPSS 20.0 and applied analytical methods were factor analysis, reliability analysis, frequency analysis, multiple regression analysis. Within the relationship of emotional labor and job burnout, supervisor support and colleague support were shown to have a statistically significant negative (-) moderating effect on emotional exhaustion and reduced personal accomplishment but did not have a statistically significant event on depersonalization. Through demonstrating the moderating effects of social support on emotional regulation behaviors and job burnout for beauty service workers, this study proposes the importance of social support as a measure to alleviate job burnout for beauty service workers. Accordingly, the results of this study will be helpful in human resource management in ways that alleviate job burnout for beauty service workers and increase organizational profit.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the satisfaction of ballet education in children. by their parents 148 subjects were choosen by random sampling The questionaire for this study was adopted to the study of Kim Min-jung and Son Mi-sun. The entire data went through X² test The critical level is below p<,05 We concluded as follows: On the basis of parents' individuality, as the satisfaction of the chirdren`s ballet program satisfies us, the previous research arrives nearly at the satisfaction. Including many kinds of body expression, the program focuses on well education for the whole man, not in section, which could give much satisfaction. Teachers' teaching method could do almost satisfaction. The investigation about the effective teaching method and continuous program improvement is to be continued. The research about dancing rooms or facilities does not satisfy us and the previous research is the almost same result.
