        스포츠학교(School of Sports)프로그램이 비만여중생의 신체조성·혈중지질 및 CRP에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 스포츠학교(SOS) 프로그램이 신체조성·혈중지질 및 CRP에 미치는 영향을 구명하는 데 목적이 있다. B광역시 J여중에 재학 중인 비만여중생 38명을 대상으로 운동 그룹 20명, 통제 그룹 18명으로 분류하였다. 운동처방은 주 3-5회, 50-64%HRR or RPE 13-15, 12주간, 걷기·순환운동·점심체조·배드민턴·홈프로그램 등을 실시하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 18.0을 이용하여 평균값과 표준편차(M±SD)를 산출하여 two-way repeated measures ANOVA와 그룹 내 운동 전·후의 효과를 비교하기 위해 paired t-test를 실시하였다. 그 결과 비만여중생에게 있어 운동은 HDL-C, TG, CRP의 긍정적 개선을 가져왔고, 특히 체지방률의 감소 없이도 심혈관질환 위험 인자의 긍정적 향상을 나타내었다. This study is aimed to investigate how exercise influences body composition·blood lipid and CRP. 38 obese girls of J middle school located in B metropolitan city were divided into two groups; exercise group(EG) consisted of 20 girls and control group(CG) consisted of 18 girls. Exercise treatment such as walk, circuit training, stretching, badminton, home program has been executed 3-5times a week for 12 weeks with 50-64%HRR or RPE 13-15. All the data were processed statistically with measurement items of mean(M) and standard deviation(SD) from SPSS ver.18.0. To identify interaction, two-way repeated ANOVA was used, and paired t-test was employed to verify the difference in effects between pre and post exercise in intra-groups. The result showed that for EG brought positive improvement to HDL-C, TG, CRP and it also made a positive progress in cardiovascular disease risk factors with no loss of %fat.

        비만이 여자중학생의 유리지방산 · 세라마이드 및 인슐린저항성에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of obesity on blood concentration of free fatty acid, ceramide and insulin resistance in obesity middle school girls. Thirty nine subjects participated in this study who divided into two groups as obesity group (OG) 26, normal group (NG) 13 in B metropolitan city. Comparisons between groups were free fatty acid, ceramide and insulin resistance. Data analysis was using by SPSS ver. 14.0 t-test. The results of the study indicated that OG (FFA, ceramide, insulin resistance) was significantly highly than NG. Therefore, ceramides are important factor about insulin resistance. In addition, this three factor is correlation with each other.

        정상체중비만과 과체중비만 여성고령자의 비만이 기능적 체력 및 항노화호르몬에 미치는 영향

        PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to compare and examine the effects of obesity on functional fitness and anti-aging hormones in normal weight and overweight elderly women. METHODS: Twenty subjects participated in this study and were divided into two groups as metabolically obese, normal weight elderly women group (MONWG, n=10) and overweight obese elderly women group (OWOG, n=10) in B metropolitan city. The variables of functional fitness and anti-aging hormones were measured in all the subjects. All data was analyzed by independent t-test by using SPSS 18.0. RESULTS: In the case of functional fitness, the OWOG was a higer than MONWG in the 2 kg dumbbell curl, and MONWG was faster than OWOG in the 2.44 m up-and go. But there was no significant difference in the chair stand, sit and reach, back scratch, and 2-minute walk. In the case of anti-aging hormones, the OWOG was higher than MONWG in the GH, testosterone, and DHEA-S. CONCLUSIONS: It is concluded that the body composition is more important than the body weight in the elderly women. The elderly women with more muscle mass showed more positive results in upper extremity muscle strength and anti-aging hormones levels. The body weight had a greater impact in the agility test.

        초경 유무에 따른 복합운동이 체격 및 건강관련체력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of physique, health-related fitness according to combined exercise in female students as follow menarche existence and nonexistence. Ninety subjects participated in this study from T, G, Y elementary school in B metropolitan city. Participants were selected two groups as follow menarche existence and nonexistence, and then each group divided into two groups as exercise and control group. The group conducted combined exercise programs consisting of RPE 11-15, 50~60 minutes a day, and 3 times per week for 12weeks. The conclusions obtained from the above were as follow: 1. Intra-group The height, weight and flexibility comparison increased all groups after the experiment. The cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength/endurance and body composition comparison increased menarchial exercise and pre-menarchial exercise group after the experiment. 2. Between group 1) height-The between groups comparison, menarchial exercise and pre-menarchial exercise group was superior to menarchial control group. 2) weight-The between groups comparison, menarchial exercise group was superior to menarchial control group. Menarchial control was superior to pre-menarchial exercise group, and menarchial exercise group was superior to pre-menarchial control group. 3) cardiorespiratory endurance-The between groups comparison, menarchial exercise group was superior to pre-menarchial exercise group. pre-menarchial exercise group was superior to pre-menarchial control group, and menarchial exercise group was superior to menarchial control group. 4) muscular strength/endurance, flexibility-The between groups comparison, menarchial exercise and pre-menarchial exercise group was superior to pre-menarchial control and menarchial control group. 5) body composition-As LBM between groups comparison, menarchial exercise and pre-menarchial exercise group was superior to pre-menarchial control and menarchial control group. As %fat between groups comparison, pre-menarchial control group was superior to menarchial control and pre-menarchial exercise group. Menarchial control and premenarchial exercise group was superior to menarchial exercise group.

        초등학교 저학년생의 골연령과 체격 및 건강관련체력 상관관계

        The purpose of this study was to examine correlation with bone age, physique and health-related physical fitness in 7~9 years old elementary school students. Data analyzing method was Kruskal-Wallis and Kendall`s correlation coefficient using SPSS Ver. 12.0. The result of 154 subjects as follows; 1. Comparisons with bone maturity, physique and health-related physical fitness. In predicted height, weight, sitting height and chest girth, advanced bone age group was higher than other groups. In height weight, sitting height and chest girth, advanced bone age girls was higher than delayed bone age girls. In health-related physical fitness, %fat was significant difference among groups. 2. Correlations with bone age and physique. Totally, bone age relate to physique factors in total group and boys, except predicted height factors in girls. also, it related with height weight, sitting height and chest girth in advanced group of the boy. Delayed bone age group relate to sitting height in girls. 3. Correlations with bone age and health-related physical fitness. Bone age relate to %fat in total group and boys. Cardiorespiratory fitness relate negative to in total normal group and girls.
