전기철도차량에서 사용한 부하전류는 귀환회로인 궤도를 통해 변전소로 유입한다. 전기철도차량에서 사용하는 전력변환장치 때문에 부하전류에는 고조파가 함유되고 이 고조파 전류는 외부통신선에 영향을 주지 않아야 한다. 본 논문에서는 한국형 고속열차를 대상으로 고조파 전류를 측정하여 외부통신선 영향을 평가하는 등가방해전류로 환산하고 그 기준으로 평가한 결과를 소개한다.

왜 근육질 몸을 키우지 않는 사람들도 헬스장에 가는가? 본 연구는 그 동안 젠더-정체성의 관점에서 논의되던 ‘헬스’를 주체 구성에 관하여는 일종의 자기 테크놀로지로 문제화하여 이러한 물음의 해답을 찾고자 한다. 이를 위해 20대 후반에서 30대 초반의 남성 헬스 참여자들을 대상으로 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 실시하고 이들의 진술을 몸과 자기의 경험을 중심으로 분석하였다. 이들은 몸의 변화나 실천을 명확하게 인식하고 드러내기보다는 불분명한 몸의 경험을 ‘자기’라는 언어로 치환해 나타낸다. 이는 헬스라는 실천이 특정한 방식을 통해 자기를 ‘상상적으로’ 마주하는 장을 제공하기 때문인 것으로 보인다. 보다 구체적으로는 신체를 분절화하고 객관화하는 ‘통약’의 메커니즘이 이 과정에 작용하는데, 이를 통해 ‘주체’로서의 개인은 몸, 그리고 이로부터 연결되는 자기와 지속적으로 관계를 맺고 자기를 관리한다는 위안이나 자기에 대한 통제감을 경험한다. 이 경험에 자기계발의 맥락에서 가치와 의미가 부여되면서, 헬스는 자기계발을 의식하지 않을 수 없는 이들에게 손쉬운 옵션으로 다가간다. 이러한 모습은 헬스가 특정 주체들에게 몸만들기와 자기계발이라는 담론현상이 교차하는 지점에 위치함을 보여 준다. 이를 토대로 이 글은 헬스를 장치로 바라볼 것을 제안하고, 이를 전유하는 주체들의 고유하고 다양한 실천에 보다 주목해야 함을 주장하였다. Why do young Korean males willingly take on a burden of going to a health club, albeit they are not always building muscles? This study searches for an answer for this question, focusing upon the subjectivity instead of the construction of self-identity in which previous studies were mainly rooted. In doing so, this study collected the data from focus group interviews with health club goers. The respondents tended to identify their health club-going as self-improvement, regardless of whether they achieved visible physical advancement through working out. This is because of ‘commensuration’, the distinctive technology of weight training, which helps health club goers to establish or interpose the new relation with their bodies and hence gives them a feeling that they controlled their bodies and were able to imagine managing themselves. As they evaluate their practices in the context of the recent trend of ‘self-development’, the respondents regard ‘going to the health club’ as the most convenient way to fulfill the cumbersome duty of self-help. Based on the findings, this study highlights the health club-going as apparatus(dispositive) wherein a variety of discourses intersect one another through appropriation by subjects.

도시형자기부상철도 공기스프링의 형식승인 인증을 위한 기준 요구사항 및 시험규격 분석 연구

도시형자기부상철도 실용화 사업을 통해 개발된 철도차량 및 용품은 개정된 철도안전법에 따라 형식승인 인증제도에서 요구되는 기술기준 및 시험규격 요구사항을 만족하여야 한다. 기존 철도 용품 형식승인 적용범위에는 일반철도, 도시철도, 고속철도 관련용품이 적용되어 있으나, 신규 개발된 도시형자기부상철도의 용품은 형식승인 적용범위에 포함되지 않은 상태이다. 이에 대응하여 기존 일반철도 형식승인 범위에 도시형자기부상철도 용품을 적용하기 위한 기술기준 및 시험규격 개정 연구를 수행 중이며, 본 논문에서는 형식승인 대상 용품 중 하나인 공기스프링에 도시형자기부상철도 기준 사양 및 관련규격을 적용하기 위한 형식승인 기술기준 및 시험규격 분석 연구를 수행하였다. Railway and products through the urban maglev practical project shall meet the technical requirements and testing specification in the type approval certification in accordance with revised the Railway Safety Act. But existing Railway products type approval coverage has been subject to common railway, urban railway, high-speed railway – related products, maglev is not included in type approval coverage. In response, the study was carried out technical standards and test specifications for including maglev on type approval range, In this study, we analysis air spring technical standard and testing specification on type approval for applying the specifications and related standards of the maglev air spring.
