        원산지가 다른 쇠고기 육포의 저장 중 품질 특성

        The purpose of this study was to compare and evaluate the quality of beef jerky made with Korean beef meat, Korean beef cattle and imported beef meat from Austria and New Zealand. The beef jerky qualities were evaluated by sensory evaluation, measurement of crude lipid, fatty acid composition of lipid, and acid value and peroxide value, and of surface observation with a microscope. According to the preference test, whereas beef jerky made with Korean beef meat showed the highest score in color, glaze, palatability, and softness, while that of made with New Zealand beef meat did received the lowest score. The crude lipid content of jerky made with Korean and Austrian beef meat was higher than that of made with Korean cattle and New Zealand beef meat. Surface of jerky made with Korean and Austrian beef meat was gappier than that of made with Korean cattle and New Zealand beef meat, and the. The acid value of jerky made with Korean and Austrian beef meat was lower than that of made with Korean cattle and New Zealand beef meat. The peroxide value of jerky made with Korean cattle meat showed higher peroxide values from the initial storage time. However, the peroxide value whereas that of jerky made with Austrian beef meat was the lowest at initial storage time, it increased remarkably with storage time and showed the highest value after the 15th day of storage. We found that the change in quality of jerky made with Korean and Austrian beef meat was less than that those made of Korean cattle and New zealand beef meat. And it could be suggested that Korean cattle and New Zealand beef meat are not suitable in making jerky.

        흑판모델을 이용한 일정계획 전문가 시스템

        Scheduling jobs effectively under consideration of actual loads on machines is one of the most complicated tasks in production control. The complexity of the finite capacity scheduling often makes the conventional methods of industrial engineering fail. As an alternative, Knowledge-based approaches to job-shop scheduling have been evolved recently. This paper presents a blackboard- based scheduling expert system which combines knowledge-based scheduling with interactive scheduling. It is shown to be possible to generate the feasible schedule within a reasonable time. Flexible reaction management is also possible while keeping the changes in the generated schedule to the minimal and adjusting the schedule to tardy operations or working environmental changes. The system is equipped with a rule base with heuristics for handling conflicted event. A case study applying the implemented system is described.

      • Self-Piercing Riveting기술 이용한 강판-알루미늄 이종소재 접착 유동 향상 평가 연구

        최근 자동차 산업은 연비 및 환경 규제와 충돌 안전성 규제가 동시에 강화되고 있어 차량 경량화를 위한 적용 소재의 다변화가 추진되고 있다. 이에 강판, 알루미늄 합금등 경량 소재 적용 비율 증대와 차체 경량화를 위한 다양한 접합 기술 개발 연구를 지속적으로 진행되고 있다. 해외 OEM 및 연구기관에서는 차체 소재 다양화 적용에 따른 기계식 이종소재 접합 기술 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있으며, 강판과 비철 소재 이종 접합과 구조용 접착제 혼용된 하이브리드 접합 기술 또한 자동차 경량 이종부품에 필수로 적용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기계식 접합 SPR(Self-Piercing Riveting) 기술을 이용하여 강판과 알루미늄 이종소재 최적 접합 조건 확보를 위해 기하학적 형상을 가진 엔빌 타입별 주요 접합 변수를 도출하였으며, 강판과 알루미늄 소재간 구조용 접착제를 적용 시 소재 가압에 의한 접착 유동 발생을 최소화하기 위해 기존 일반 엔빌 형상에 링 그루브 단차를 형성하여 접착 유동을 리벳 내측으로 충진될 수 있게 엔빌 설계를 하였다. 리벳 내측에 접착제 충진 시 접합 강도 및 부식 방지 효과 향상시키고자 한다.

        지각된 모바일쇼핑몰 특성이 감성, 가치 그리고 구매의도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of study is to derive the results that can be used in the development of mobile shopping malls by finding solutions to improve the characteristics of use(usability) effect on Perceived Positive emotion, Shopping value and Purchase Intent through Mobile of mobile shopping using smartphone. The questionnaire was advanced by using the expanded, modified and supplementary questions based on the preceding mobile shopping usability model. The hypothesized relationships were tested conducting structural equation modeling. When participants divided has results of SEM analyses showed that Other factors have been adopted but only the relationship between from Design to Positive Emotions, Design to shopping value and accessibility to shopping value were rejected Implications are discussed based on the findings of the study. Conclusions - As a result of verifying the overall structural model of this study, it was judged that all of the fitness indexes were satisfactory. First, the hypothesis to examine the influence of mobile shopping mall characteristics such as design, logic, and accessibility on Perceived Positive emotion and shopping value was examined. As a result, logic and accessibility factors showed significant positive affect on perceived positive emotions and the logic also has a significant effect on the shopping value. In addition, perceived positivity emotion tended to have a significant effect on shopping value, and perceived positive emotion and shopping value also had a significant effect on purchase intention. 본 연구는 모바일 쇼핑몰 이용특성이 인지된 긍정적 감정과 쇼핑가치를 매개로 구매 의도에 미치는 효과에 대한 인과관계를 탐색하고자 진행되었다. 일반적으로 모바일 기기를 통해 쇼핑을 즐기는 유저들에게 있어 모바일 디바이스가 갖는 제한성은 결국 모바일 쇼핑을 즐기려는 수많은 유저들에게 제약 요인으로 작용된다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 모바일 쇼핑몰에 대한 소비자들의 관심과 이용 관심에 대한 특징적 요인들 중 디자인 구성, 내용 논리성 그리고 콘텐츠 접근성에 대한 부분을 각각 디자인, 논리성, 접근성으로 정의하고 매개변수를 통해 구매의도에 미치는 관계를 설명하고자 하였으며, 이에 대해 모바일 쇼핑 이용자들에게 제약성을 개선하기 위한 솔루션을 찾고 모바일 쇼핑몰 이용의 한계성을 찾아 개선시킬 수 있는 결과를 도출하는 데 본 연구의 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 연구 설계, 데이터 및 방법론에 있어서 선행된 모바일 쇼핑 유용성 모델을 바탕으로 연구의 전반적인 구성개념을 확장, 개선하였다. 한편 모형에 대한 SEM분석을 통한 연구결과 다른 모든 요인들 간의 관계에 있어서 긍정적인 인과관계를 나타냈지만 이용 특성인 디자인 요인에서 긍정적 감정과 더불어 쇼핑 가치와의 관계는 유의하지 않음이 입증되었다. 또한 이용특성인 접근성과 쇼핑 가치와의 인과관계 또한 유의하지 않음이 입증되었다. 이처럼 소비자가 지각한 쇼핑몰 이용특성에 대한 특성을 파악함으로 인해 귀결되는 긍정적 쇼핑지각과 구매의도에 대한 해법을 찾음으로서 모바일 쇼핑몰 운영의 효율화와 발전에 기여할 수 있는 결과를 도출하고자 하였다.

        Changing C-N Interactions in the Forest Floor under Chronic N Deposition: Implications for Forest C Sequestration

        Atmospheric N deposition has far-reaching impacts on forest ecosystems, including on-site impacts such as soil acidification, fertilization, and nutrient imbalances, and off-site environmental impacts such as nitrate leaching and nitrous oxide emission. Although chronic N deposition has been believed to lead to forest N saturation, recent evidence suggests that N retention capacity, particularly in the forest floor, can be surprisingly high even under high N deposition. This review aims to provide an overview of N retention processes in the forest floor and the implications of changing C-N interactions for C sequestration. The fate of available N in forest soils has been explained by the competitive balance between tree roots, soil heterotrophs, and nitrifiers. However, high rates of N retention have been observed in numerous N addition experiments without noticeable increases in tree growth and soil respiration. Alternative hypotheses have been proposed to explain the gap between the input and loss of N in N-enriched, C-limited systems, including abiotic immobilization and mycorrhizal assimilation, both of which do not require additional C sources to incorporate N in soil N pools. Different fates of N in the forest floor have different implications for C sequestration. N-induced tree growth can enhance C accumulation in tree biomass as observed across temperate regions. C loss from forests can amount to or outweigh C gain in N-saturated, declining forests, while another type of ‘C-N decoupling’ can have positive or neutral effects on soil C sequestration through hampered organic matter decomposition or abiotic N immobilization, respectively.
