Paper Conservation 연수과정에 대하여

This article is an introduction to : ICCROM PAPERCONSERVATION COURSE 1993" which I participated in, from July 28th 1993 to September 24th. The program was divided into two major sections. The first part deal with scienctific principles of paper conservation, covering structure and composition of paper and related materials, causes of deterioration and guidelines for preservation. It include chemistry for paper conservators and the history and technology of papermaking. Second part of the course emphasize practical conservation ; participants actually work together with specialists. Two weeks are dedicated to the Western approach to paper conservation. A selection of recent conservation treatments are discussed methodologically, demonstrated and performed. The same amount of time are devorted to a seminar on the conservation of fareastern paper objects. The aim is to exporse participants to different approrches and methodologies in paper consevation, to compare and discuss various tendencies and to learn lessons from other experiences that are applicable to one's own work.

학교 밖 청소년의 사회적 낙인감이 우울에 미치는 영향: 부모지지와 자아탄력성의 매개효과

본 연구는 학교 밖 청소년의 사회적 낙인감이 부모지지 및 자아탄력성을 경유하여 우울에 미치는 영향을살펴보고, 학교 밖 청소년의 정신건강 증진을 위한 실천적 함의를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해‘학업중단 청소년 패널조사’ 5차년도 데이터를 가지고 학교 밖 청소년 311명을 대상으로 구조방정식모형을검증하였다. 분석에는 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 18.0을 사용하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 연구모형의 적합도는 χ 2(df)=844.573(421), CFI=.924, TLI=.916, RMSEA=.057로 양호한 값을 보였다. 둘째, 주요변수 간 관련성에있어서 사회적 낙인감은 우울에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 한편, 부모지지와 자아탄력성을 경유하여 우울에간접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 결과는 학교 밖 청소년의 사회적 낙인감과 우울의 관계에 있어 부모지지와 자아탄력성의 역할이 중요하다는 것을 시사한다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 학교 밖 청소년의 부모지지와 자아탄력성 강화를 높이기 위한 사회복지학적 지원방안을 제언하고, 사회적 낙인감 해소 등의방안에 대해 논의하였다.

프랑스 거리축제의 콘텐츠전략 분석연구 - 샬롱 거리축제를 중심으로 -

Les objectifs de cette étude sont de proposer la stratégie des contenus culturels pour le festival de la rue. Nous nous intéressons surtout Chalon dans la rue, depuis sa création en 1986, qui s'est imposé comme l'un des plus importants festivals de théâtre de rue en France. Il a lieu tous les ans dans le centre de Chalon-sur-Saône. Du fait de l'utilisation de l'espace public comme espace de jeu, les premiers et principaux interlocuteurs des arts de la rue ont été et restent encore aujourd'hui les collectivités territoriales. Les villes tout d'abord, pour le festival, mais aussi l'ensemble des collectivités dans l'accompagnement des équipes artistiques pour leurs implantations territoriales et les autres formes de diffusion. Le soutiens du ministère de la culture aux arts de la rue a commencé dès les années 80, Au début des années 90, les arts de la rue connaissent un véritable essor marqué par les festivals et par un nombre croissant dee compagnies, l'offre et la demande se stimulant mutuellement. Pour analyser la stratégie de Chalon dans la rue, nous proposons ici la méthodologie de Michael Porter qui présente l'avantage d'offrir une vision globale de l'entreprise (artistique et culturelle) et de son environnement et d'offrir une démarche systématique, applicable à tous les cas particuliers. Elle repose sur une partition du système économique en trois niveaux: l'environnemnent général, le marché qui constitue l'environnement concurrentiel de l'entreprise, le processus de création de valeur dans lequel s'inscrit l'entreprise et qui permet d'apprécier sa position concurrentielle par rapport à ses concurrents. Et, nous examinons le marché de Chalon dans la rue par le choix d'un positionnement déterminé pour une cible spécifique lui permettant d'atteindre ses objectifs. Le positionnement traduit la volonté de l'organisation d'affirmer sa personnalité et son identité, auprès public.

무무(武舞)의 지향점 탐구를 통한 한국 문묘일무의 독자성 연구

Munmyo Ilmu, the dance of Seokjeon Daeje, is divided into two types: Munmu and Mumu. The study begins with the study of Mumu, which is the only thing that Korea has inherited, to find out that the coexistence of Munmu and Mumu is indispensable. The aim is to explore the direction of Mumu and reveal the identity of Munmyo Ilmu in Korea. In response, I searched for the direction of Mumu by linking the paintings of Munmyo Ilmu with the contents of the ancient text containing the records of Mumu. As a result, Mumu described war, but ultimately it was a dance of peace. This appears in the process of consciousness of ‘以文止武,’ which aims to establish a ruling system with virtues after establishing order by war, and ‘建櫜,’ which expresses its determination not to start another war by sealing weapons used in the war. Thus, it was revealed that political punishment was only the second best measure for the peaceful era, so that Munmu and Mumu's goals were in line. Munmu and Mumu, which look different but have the same goal, coexist in harmony between yin and yang. However, China and other Eastern countries that honor Confucius hold rituals only by Munmu. Only Munmyo Ilmu in Korea preserves the original form of dance that combines yin and yang, academic virtues and military exploits. This is a unique characteristic of Korean Munmyo Ilmu. I hope to expand our awareness of preserving Munmyo Ilmu, a Korean cultural heritage that continues its old meaning without any distortion. 석전대제의 춤인 문묘일무는 문무(文舞)와 무무(武舞)의 유형으로 구분된다. 이 연구는 한국만이 유일하게 전승하고 있는 무무 연구를 통해 문무(文武) 공존이 필수불가결한 것임을 규명하는 것에서 출발하며, 무무의 지향점을 탐색해 한국 문묘일무의독자성을 밝히데 목적을 둔다. 이에 문묘일무의 무보(舞譜)와 무무에 관한 기록이 담긴 고문헌의 내용들을 연결시켜 교차연구함으로써 무무의 지향점을 탐색했다. 그 결과 무무는 전쟁을 묘사했지만 궁극적으로 평화를 추구하는 춤임을 알 수 있었다. 이는전쟁으로 질서를 세운 후 문(文)으로 통치체제를 구축한다는 ‘이문지무(以文止武)’와전쟁에서 사용한 무기들을 봉함으로써 다시는 전쟁을 일으키지 않겠다는 의지를 표한‘건고(建櫜)’의 의식절차에 나타났다. 이로써 정벌은 태평성대를 위한 차선책일 뿐, 반드시 문(文)으로 귀결됨으로써 문무와 무무는 지향하는 바가 일치함을 밝혔다. 모습은 다르지만 지향점이 같은 문무와 무무는 음양의 조화를 이루며 공존한다. 그런데 중국을 비롯하여 공자를 기리는 여타 동양의 국가에서는 문무만을 제사에 올린다. 한국문묘일무만이 음양과 문무(文武)를 겸비하는 춤의 원형을 보전하고 있다. 이것은 한국 문묘일무의 독자적인 특성이다. 옛 뜻을 왜곡됨 없이 이어가고 있는 우리 문화유산인 문묘일무를 더욱 소중히 보전하고자 하는 인식의 지평을 넓힐 수 있기를 기대한다.

Differentiating Crime-Scene Behaviors of Sexual Homicide

Sexual homicides are difficult to solve as they often appear to be random and motiveless. To help police investigations in apprehending criminals, the present study aimed to classify different types of sexual homicide offenders based on crime-scene behavior. Using the multidimensional methodology of Smallest Space Analysis, the present study showed that sexual homicide crime-scene actions could be differentiated in terms of expressive and instrumental aggression: the expressive theme consisted of violent behaviors centering on hurting the victim, whereas the instrumental theme consisted of behaviors focusing on the benefits the victim provided for the offender. For a more comprehensive examination of the results, crime-scene actions were placed into five behavioral categories: sexual, wounding, planning/control, disposal, and weapon behaviors. Further exploration using the Multidimensional Scalogram Analysis showed that three of these categories, sexual, planning/control, and disposal, were most effective for differentiating sexual homicides.

형질전환에 의한 S. cattleya의 카바페넴 항생제 생산성 향상

Streptomyces cattleya is a producer of carbapenem antibiotics, thienamycin and N-a-cetylthienamycin, which have potent and broad-spectrum antibacterial activities. We studied on strain improvement for antibiotic productivity of S. cattleya by transformation technique which employed S.cattleya protoplasts and chromosomal DNAs of glutamic acid producers: Corynebacterium glutamicum and Arthrobacter simplex. 150 Transformant strains were cultured and bioassayed using Bacillus subtilis and Staphylococcus aureus as test organisms. 8.7% of transformants tested showed 1.4~2.6 fold higher productivities than wild type which produced 1.61±0.67 ㎍/㎖. The best transformant produced 8.36±2.84 ㎍/㎖ carbapenems.

무질서와 혼돈과 개성상실과 물질주의, 경쟁주의의 침몰해 들어가는 청소년들에게 기성세대들은 어떠한 해결책을 제시하지 못하고 있다. 이런 해결책을 본 논문에서는 성화학생 교회교육을 중심으로 찾아보겠다. 여기서 성화(成和)라함은 피끓는 젊은이, 순결의 피가 끊어 오르는 하나님의 감정에 동화될 수 있는 피를 가진 청소년들을 가리키는 말이다.
