수력발전기 On-line 부분방전 측정 시스템을 이용한 절연상태 진단의 신뢰성 향상

Accident dangerousness of domestic hydro power generators which are operated in Korea is on the increase because of use at the long term. On this, the Off-line diagnosis techniques developed to the On-line by continued domestic technical development since 2000. Especially, On-line insulation diagnosis of domestic hydro power generator is possible by localization of partial electric discharge sensor and On-line insulation diagnosis system. This paper shows the diagnosis result that is applied localized Ceramic Coupler and PDMS-HG(Partial Discharge Monitoring System for Hydro Generator) at four Chung-ju hydro Generator used for 25 years. Particularly, the confidence of insulation diagnosis is improved by using high frequency filter and sampling the partial discharge signals which occur in site. For reviewing the confidence of On-Line insulation diagnosis system, we measured the outside noises and partial discharge signals during practical operation by using the partial discharge diagnosis system of the Full A/D process. And we reviewed the confidence of the On-Line insulation diagnosis system by comparing and analyzing these data.
형광체 기반 X선 광 변조기를 위한 비정질 셀레늄 필름 특성

PXLM(Phosphor based x-ray light modulator) has a combined structure by phosphor, photoconductor, and liquid crystal and it can realize x-ray image of high resolution in clinical diagnosis area. In this study, we fabricated a photoconductor and investigated electrical and optical properties to confirm application possibility of radiator detector of PXLM structure. As photoconductor, amorphous selenium(a-Se), which is used most in DR(Digital radiography) of direct conversion method, was used and for formation of thin film, it was formed as $20{\mu}m-thick$ by using thermal vacuum evaporation system. For a produced a-Se film, through XRD(X-ray diffraction) and SEM(Scanning electron microscope), we investigated that amorphous structure was uniformly established and through optical measurement, for visible light of 40 $0\sim630nm$, it had absorption efficiency of 95 % and more. After fabricated a-Se film on the top of ITP substrate, hybrid structure was manufactured through forming $Gd_2O_3:Eu$ phosphor of $270{\mu}m-thick$ on the bottom of the substrate. As the result to confirm electrical property of the manufactured hybrid structure, in the case of appling $10V/{\mu}m$, leakage current of $2.5nA/cm^2$ and x-ray sensitivity of $7.31nC/cm^2/mR$ were investigated. Finally, we manufactured PXLM structure combined with hybrid structure and liquid crystal cell of TN(Twisted nematic) mode and then, investigated T-V(Transmission vs. voltage) curve of external light source for induced x-ray energy. PXLM structure showed a similar optical response with T-V curve that common TN mode liquid crystal cell showed according to electric field increase and in appling $50\sim100V$, it showed linear transmission efficiency of $12\sim18%$. This result suggested an application possibility of PXLM structure as radiation detector.

본 논고에서는 현재 K-water 충주 수력발전소에서 운전 중인 NO.1 변압기에 대해 2010년 3월까지 총17회의 절연유 유중가스분석(Dissolved Gas Analysis, 이하 DGA라 함.)과 내부 정밀분해점검(3회)을 통해 대용량 유입변압기의 내부고장을 이해하고자 하며 유입변압기의 내부이상 현상에 따른 DGA 결과 분석과 향후 대응방안에 대해 기술하고자 한다.
An Application Case Study of Improving Performance of Small Hydro-power

In this paper, it is intended to study about deferences of design and operation properties between large and small hydro-power house's turbine which type is reaction. In generally, turbine of large hydro-power has a more safe and effective energy output mechanisms than small hydro-power's because the turbine of small hydro-power is more sensitive to hydraulic losses. But, it is more effective for the all energy market to improve the capability and efficiency of small hydro-power in the present status of increasing construction of small hydro-power than large hydro-power. Therefore, we intend to investigate and introduce the way to enhance the efficiencies of reaction turbine adopted to small hydro-power.

GIOS(Generation Integrated Operating System) is the system for observation and control of generating plant in SCADA(Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition). Major control systems in hydro power plant are Governor, AVR(Automatic Voltage Regulator), Spillway gates. besides, there is EMS(Energy Management System). Presently, most hydropower facilities are replacing because they are becoming superannuated as time passes(25 years). The existing facilities are replacing from analog type to digital type. At this point of time, this thesis is aimed at improving reliability of the facilities and setting the standard by analyzing the control method and system composition linked to GIOS(Generation Integrated Operating System).

대용량 기기의 효율적인 전력 공급을 위해 부스닥트의 수요가 급증하고 있으며, 특히 컴팩트형 부스닥트는 케이블에 비해 무게와 부피가 가볍고 전력 효율도 25% 이상 우수하며, 기술의 핵심은 에폭시분체도료의 절연 특성 향상과 제작공정의 최적화와 안정화이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 유동침적방식(Fluidized Bed Process)에 대한 최적화와 에폭시 분체도료의 절연설계 및 열화특성에 대해 실험 검토 하였다. 또한 전기화재의 주된 원인인 아크방전특성과 절연파괴 특성에 대한 분석과 더불어 다양한 상용제품들의 특성을 비교하였다.

진단기술은 기기의 열화 현상 및 이상 현상으로 진전되는 특성을 측정하여 향후 발생이 예상되는 이상을 조기에 발견하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 기기를 정밀 진단, 분석하여 잔여 수명을 평가하고 적절한 대체계획을 수립함으로써 신뢰도 향상 및 경제적인 설비 운용이 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 수력 발전기 운전 중 부분방전 진단 시스템을 이용하여 수력 발전기의 운전 중에 발생하는 부분방전 신호를 실시간으로 측정, 분석하고 수력 발전기 권선의 절연 상태를 감시 진단하여 기기의 열화 및 이상 현상등을 조기에 발견하고 발전설비의 신뢰도를 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Recently with increase consumption of electric power, the scale of the electric system becomes bigger and complex. Then, it is increasing the hardship in the operation of electric system and the continuance of stability. Especially, as the differences between demand and supply in electric power keeping low frequency oscillating attenuation from electric power have been very important in the continuance part of stability. The more control time of electricity system is getting faster with digitalization the more stability of electricity system is getting worse. As solutions of these problems, by establishing Power System Stabilizing Controller putting PSS output signal and putting damping to vibration of the rotor at generators's AVR in area where is oscillated, We are willing to contribute the electricity system by holding in generator output vibration.
