The purpose of this study is to identify the factors effects of internet banking perception on usefulness, ease of use and intention to use. Three types of internet banking perception, need to internet banking, utilitarian value and self-efficacy, are proposed to affect usefulness and ease of use and consequently to influence intention to use. This study, which used data from users of experienced internet banking, showed acceptable data-fit of proposed model and supported eight of the nine research hypotheses. The result finds that need to internet banking and utilitarian value are significant affecting usefulness. However self-efficacy is found to be not significant. And need to internet banking, utilitarian value and self-efficacy have influence on ease of use. Also usefulness and ease of use are significant affecting intention to use. It was confirmed that both usefulness and ease of use variables are effective mediators linking internet banking perception and intention to use. In depth discussion on implications, limitations, and future research directions were supplied.
세무공무원의 직무특성이 임파워먼트와 조직유효성에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 세무공무원들의 직무특성과 임파워먼트 및 조직유효성의 인과관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 부산시와 경남지역에 소재하는 지방국세청과 세무서의 세무공무원들을 연구대상으로 편의추출법을 이용하여 305부를 분석자료로 사용하였다. 연구결과, 세무공무원들의 직무중요성과 직무자율성은 임파워먼트에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 임파워먼트가 높을수록 조직유효성이 높아지며, 직무에 대한 만족이 높을수록 조직몰입이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 세무조직의 과세행정업무를 수행하는 직무특성이 반영된 결과로서, 세무공무원들을 스스로의 자발적 참여와 창의력을 고무시키고 스스로 일할 수 있도록 책임과 권한을 부여하여 개개인을 임파워 시킴으로써 직무에 대한 만족과 강한 조직몰입을 통해 보다 높은 조직의 성과를 달성할 수 있도록 동기를 부여하여야 할 것이다. The purpose of the study is to find out the causal relationship between the job characteristics of tax officials and empowerment and organizational effectiveness. The subjects were the tax officials from regional tax offices and tax offices in Busan and South Gyeongsang Province selected by convenience sampling and 350 questionnaires were analyzed. The study results showed that their job importance and job autonomy had positive effects on empowerment and the higher the empowerment was, the higher organizational effectiveness was, and the higher their job satisfaction was, the higher their organizational commitment was. The results reflected the job characteristics of the administrative tasks of tax organizations. Therefore, the tax officials should be empowered by encouraging their willing participation and creativity and vesting authority and responsibility in them and should be motivated to achieve higher organizational performance through their job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
개인적 특성이 ChatGPT 태도와 이용의도에 미치는 영향

Purpose The aim of this study is to identify the effects of personal characteristics, which are, openness, innovation, and self efficacy on ChatGPT attitude and intention to use, targeting college students who are considered active in accepting new technology, new culture, and new changes. Methods We propose a research model and hypothesis, evaluate the proposed model and verify the hypothesis using a structural equation model. The proposed model showed excellent data fit, and all four hypotheses showed significant results. Results The results of this study emphasize that personal characteristics (openness, innovation, self efficacy) can affect the attitude of ChatGPT technology. As a result of indirect effect analysis following the direct effect analysis, it was revealed that ChatGPT attitude not only directly affects the intention to use, but also plays an important role as an important mediator connecting personal characteristics such as openness, innovation, and self efficacy. Conclusion The results of this study have meaning in both theoretical and practical terms, and emphasize that personality traits can affect the acceptance of ChatGPT technology.

출범 6년째를 맞이하고 있는 사이버대학은 양적·질적으로 기회와 어려움을 동시에 경험하고 있다. 특히 미래 교육의 패러다임이 오프라인에서 온라인의 형태로 변화되어지는 시점에서 온라인 교육의 대표적인 대학 교육기관으로 자리매김하고 있는 사이버대학에 대한 관심은 더욱 높아질 수밖에 없다. 따라서 본 연구는 사이버대학에 대한 현황과 현실적으로 사이버대학이 직면하고 있는 강점과 약점 그리고 기회와 위협을 SWOT분석을 통해 파악하고 이를 통해 미래 발전적인 대학 모델로 거듭나기 위한 사이버대학의 발전방안을 제시하고자 한다. Cyber university began six years ago, it has been experienced in opportunities and difficulties of quantity and quality. Especially, bring on a change a point of time from off-line to on-line of future education paradigm, many people more and more interested in, representative of on-line education, cyber university. The purpose of this study was to investigate strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of cyber university. Based on a state of affairs cyber university, the literature review, and the SWOT analysis, I recommended strategies for the growth of it.

This paper understands the conceptual nature of blog participation behaviors and explores major antecedent personal values(internal value, external value) that may influence the participation behaviors. Blog users' personal values are proposed to affect blog users' level of participation. Based on data from blog users, confirmatory factor analysis indicated that there exists three distinct dimensions(physical, emotional, and mental/information input) underlying the participation behaviors. The empirical result showed that blog users' personal values(internal value, external value) have significant effect on their participation behaviors. However, the indirect effect of internal value on participation behaviors does not seem to be clear. It was statistically significant when the blog user paricipation was considered as an overall construct, while it was not when the participation behavior was analyzed in terms of input dimensions. 본 연구는 선행연구를 바탕으로 블로그 이용자의 블로그 참여행위를 입력 내용에 따라 3가지(물리적, 감정적, 정신.정보 입력)로 분류하였다. 그리고 이들 블로그 참여행위에 영향을 미치는 선행변수로 개인가치(내부지향 개인가치, 외부지향 개인 가치)를 고려하였다. 블로그 이용자를 대상으로 실시한 확인요인분석 결과 블로그 참여행위에는 3가지 입력 종류가 존재하고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 즉 내부지향 개인가치, 외부지향 개인가치에 따라 블로그 참여행위가 중대한 영향을 받게 됨을 알 수 있었다. 하지만 개인가치 태도를 통한 간접효과는 블로그 참여의 개념적 구조에 따라 다른 결과를 보여 주었다. 즉 외부지향 개인가치는 총체적 개념과 독립된 개념으로 구분하여 분석하였을 때 간접효과는 통계적으로 유의하였다. 하지만 내부지향 개인가치는 총체적 개념과 독립된 개념 모두 유의하지 않는 것으로 나타났다.
정보시스템 종업원의 교환관계(LMX, TMX) 확장이 상사신뢰, 동료신뢰, 직무만족과 직무성과에 미치는 영향

This paper investigates exchange relationships, including LMX(Leader-Member eXchange) and TMX(Team-Member eXchange), are proposed to affect the trust in supervisor, job satisfaction, coworker trust, and consequently affect job performance. This study, which used data from employees of information system companies, showed acceptable data-fit of proposed model and supported all of research hypotheses. The empirical results indicated that LMX(Leader-Member eXchange) take significant effect on trust in supervisor and job satisfaction. And TMX(Team-Member eXchange) take significant effect on job satisfaction and coworker trust. And trust in supervisor, job satisfaction, and coworker trust have strong influence on job performance. It was confirmed that trust in supervisor, job satisfaction, and coworker trust variables are effective mediators linking job performance.
