In this paper, LED traffic signal lamp"s operating circuit using Flyback converter and PFC IC has been presented. Most power conversion circuits use PFC IC for Power Factor Correction. The design parameter"s value of Flyback converter has been proposed and the error amplifier which regulates the output voltage has been designed. Besides, the under voltage protection circuit and the over voltage protection circuit for protecting the operating circuit from unbalance of common electric power source and the temperature compensation circuit for fixed optical output power have been proposed.

This paper compares error values of interpolation methods that are used in resampling process before the vibration signal analysis by the change of the motor sped. The motor speed is measured by the tachometer. Tachometer produces one pulse per rotation. We determined resampling time by angle interpolation. To estimate the sample values, we used various interpolation technique. This paper estimated the discrete signal through the linear, quaratic, and cubic interpolation. We proposed the optimum interpolration method by comparing MSE(Mean Squre Error) and calculation amount.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the vibration signal of the revolution machine using the STFT(Short Time Fourier Transform). It is common to analyze the frequency of signal through FFT algorithm with the fixed sampling rate. However, in this situation the order spectrum information useful rather than the general frequency information with the fixed sampling rate. In this paper, the resampling technique was used for getting the information of order spectrum. In resampling process, the arithmetic amount and MSE(Mean Square Error) for various kinds of the signal interpolation was compared and presented the propriety of the interpolation method while developing analysis equipment. Order tracking was implemented using signal interpolation method which it has selected. Then the analyzed results were obtained through simulation using the STFT technique.

自動 速度 制御係에 쓰이는 位相 調節器의 정확도를 높이기 위하여 트리거 펄스의 발생위치의 정확도 및 위상각의 정말도가 요구된다. 이러한 요구에 적합한 回路를 연산 증폭기 및 C-MOS I.C를 이용하여 설계한 뒤에 이론치와 실험치를 비교 검토한 결과 근사적 일치를 얻었다. The phase shifter which is used in automatic speed control system demands the exactness of the triggering position and firing angle in order to improve its accuracy. By the use of the operational amplifiters and C-MOS I.C suited for such requirements, this paper compares the theoretical value with the measurement value.
