      • 군납 농산물 중 유기염소계 농약의 잔류량

        본 실험은 1998년 1월부터 2001년 12월까지 4년간 경기도와 인천지역에 납품된 군납 농산물 17종(배추, 무, 오이, 감자, 사과, 양파, 파, 양배추, 고추, 당근, 상추, 호박, 마늘, 미나리, 시금치, 쑥갓, 부추)을 대상으로 유기염소계 농약 10종(BHC, captafol, captan, chlorobenzilate, chlorothalonil, DDT, dicofol, endosulfan, folpet, tetradifon)을 검사하여 군장병들의 안전성 및 보건위생상의 위해를 예방하기 위한 기초 자료로 활용하기 위하여 검사를 수행하였다. 군납 농산물 1,075건 중 유기염소계 농약이 135건(12.5%)이 검출되었으며, 그 중 2종류의 농약이 검출된 농산물은 7건으로 5.18%이었다. 군납 농산물 중 유기염소계 농약이 endosulfan(9.02%)로 가장 많이 검출되었으며, 그 뒤를 chlorothalonil(2.80%), BHC(0.46%), chlorobenzilate(0.40%), folpet(0.33%), DDT(0.28%), captafol(0.15%), captan(0.11%)으로 나타났다. dicfol과 tetradifond은 전 시료에서 검출되지 않았다. 군납 농산물에서 유기염소계 농약 10종 중 endosulfan(9.02%)외 7종이 검출되었지만, 우리 나라 잔류허용기준치와 Codex의 잔류허용기준치를 초과하는 농산물은 1건도 없었다. This study was carried out for dietary safety based on the level of pesticide residues in 17 kinds of the agricultural products (apple, cabbage, cabbage kor, carrot, cucumber, pepper, onion, potato, radish, spring onion, pumpkin, lettuce, garlic, drapwort, spinach, leek, crown daisy) consumed in Kyunggi-do and Inchon=city that provided for the army. From January 1998 to December 2001, ten organochlorine pesticides in 1075 samples were analyzed by using GC-ECD. According to the results, on kind of pesticides was detected in 135(12.5%) samples, and two kinds were in 7 (5.18%). While dicofol and tetradifon was not found. Detection rate of pesticieds were 9.02% for α,β-endosulfan, 2.8% for chlorothanlonil, 0.46% for γ-BHC, 0.40% for chlorobenzilate, 0.33% for folpet, 0.28% for DDT, 0.15% for captafol, and 0.11% for captan. Dectection ranges of pesticides were from 0.001 to 0.092 ppm for α,β-endosulfan, from 0.003 to 0.023 ppm for chlorothalonil, from 0.003 to 0.006 ppm for γ-BHC, from 0.001 to 0.003 ppm for DDT, from 0.009 to 0.095 ppm for folpet, 0.05 ppm for captan, 0.01 ppm for captafol, and 0.008 ppm for chlorobenzilate, respectively. Consequently, all detected pesticide levels in samples were below maximum residue limits(MRLs) in Korea and Codex.

        군납 농산물 중 카바메이트계 농약의 모니터링

        This study was monitored for 14 pesticide residues in agricultural products for the army, such as fruit vegetables(pepper, cucumber, pumpkin, melon and water melon), leafy vegetables(Korean cabbage, spinach, lettuce, crown daisy, cabbage, green onion), mushrooms(agaric, p'yogo), and bean sprouts produced in Kyunggi-do and Inchon-City. From January to December 2005, ten carbamate pesticides in 356 samples were analyzed by HPLC. One kind of pesticide was detected in 8 samples of detection rate (2.53%), and two pesticides were in one sample of detection rate(0.27%). Aldicarb, bendiocarb, fenobucarb, methiocarb, isoprocarb, and propoxur were not found in all samples. Detection rates of pesticides were 0.84% for methomyl, 0.56% for carbofuran, 0.56% for ethiofencarb, and 0.28% for carbayl. Dectection ranges of pesticides were from 0.01 to 2.9 ㎎/㎏ for ethiofencarb, from 0.1 to 0.23 ㎎/㎏ for methomyl, from 0.20 to 0.24 ㎎/㎏ for carbofuran, and 0.01 ㎎/㎏ for carbaryl, respectively. Consequently, detection levels of all pesticides in samples were less than the maximum residue limits(MRLs) in Korea representing that all agricultural products for the army were safe.
