R&D기획의 범위에 대한 고찰 : 에너지·자원 생산기반기술을 중심으로

본 연구는 우수한 R&D성과의 창출을 유인하기 위하여 정부 R&D기획의 범위를 확장할 필요가 있음을 보이고자 하였다. 현재 정부 R&D기획은 과제발굴에 초점이 맞춰져 있다. 연구팀의 구성, 공동연구, 지식유입 전략 등 R&D수행에 대한 개략적인 가이드가 없으며 연구책임자의 재량에 따라 전략이 수립되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 에너지 자원 생산기반 기술분야 특허의 서지정보를 활용하여 우수한 R&D성과를 유인할 수 있는 R&D수행과 관련한 전략을 제시하고자 하였다. 한편, 기술수명주기에 대한 개념을 도입하여 R&D수행과 관련한 전략 수립이 기술개발단계별로 차별화 되어야 함을 동시에 보이고자 하였다. The purpose of this study is to emphasize the necessity of extention of a government R&D planning scope. Presently, government R&D planning is focused on the selecting a R&D project. There is no R&D strategy for R&D conducting such as the composition of R&D team, collaboration and knowledge flow. Ordinarily these strategies are established by research director. This study analyzed the determinants of excellent R&D performance and proposed R&D strategy for R&D conducting using the patent bibliograpy information in energy resources production technology field. On the other hand, this study introduced the concept of technology lifecycle and showed that R&D strategy should be differentiated by technology lifecycle.
Mn<sup>4+</sup> 이온이 도핑된 알루미네이트계 형광체 합성과 발광특성

$Mn^{4+}$-doped $CaAl_4O_7$ ($CA_2$) and $CaAl_{12}O_{19}$ ($CA_6$) powders were prepared under different conditions, with changes in the amounts of flux, Mn concentration, and mole ratio of $Al_2O_3$ to $CaCO_3$ in the starting mixtures, which affected the structure and the luminescence. $CA_2:Mn^{4+}$ and $CA_6:Mn^{4+}$ had the same excitation and emission spectra but with different intensities. The excitation spectra exhibited broad bands (320 - 470 nm) centered at 395 nm, while red emission bands were observed at 656 nm. The emission intensity of $CA_6:Mn^{4+}$ was nearly twice as high as that of $CA_2:Mn^{4+}$, as the $Mn^{4+}$ ions were located in an octahedral crystal field in the $CA_6$, but not in the $CA_2$.

In this study the predictions of NOx in methane-air lean premixed combustion in HP-PSR were carried out by using GRI mech 3.0 and Zeldovich, nitrous oxide, prompt, and NNH NO formation mechanism. Also the comparison of the prediction to HP-JSR experimental data of Rutar for the validation of the model. This study concerns about the importance of the chemical pathways. The chemical pathway most likely to form the NO in lean-premixed combustion was investigated. Results obtained with the 4 different NO mechanisms are compared.
