유행어의 모방 및 실연 모방 -으리 열풍을 중심으로-

The fad word ``Eu-ri`` has swept across Korea last year. ``Eu-ri`` has been originally used by actor Bo-sung Kim SInce long time ago, but comedian Kuk-ju Lee adapted the fad word at a gag program. Many commercial films are based on the fad word ``Eu-ri`` nowadays. But Bo-sung Kim gets a lot of chances to take a commercial film, although Kuk-ju Lee did an important role on the popularity of the fad word ``Eu-ri``. Besides, Bo-sung Kim doesn``t use the fad word like he has used till now, but borrows Kuk-ju Lee``s style. After focusing on the fact that Lee parodied Kim``s fad word and Kim took many commercial films due to the popularity of the fad word made by Lee, each facts are analyzed from the aspects of each law. From the Copyright Law``s View, copyright cannot be recognized on the fad word ``Eu-ri`` itself. It is required to attain the high extent of creativity to have the valid copyright under the Continental Law system. But fad words, which are too short to contain any value in the usage, barely are recognized to attain copyright. No problem arise from the aspect of demonstration imitation either. Intangible imitation is not acknowledged at Korea. Lee``s parody and Kim``s act on commercial films are also their own demonstration. Besides, the fact that ordinary people might not confuse between Kim and Lee can also be considered, as well as Lee``s creative effort is reflected on the parody. From the Publicity Right``s view. Lee and Kim doesn``t seem to infringe each other``s right. Because not only parody only take a little possession of whole performance but also it IS hard to say that the value is diluted due to repeated exposure. From the Unfair Competition Prevention and Trade Secret Protection Act``s view, Kim``s decision to take commercial films might cause problems. Lee``s parody on the gag program doesn``t consist the competition between Kim. But Kim``s acting similar character with Lee on commercial films might cause unfair competition. Especially, according to the general article which is introduced February 2014, taking commercial film can be categorized as one part of celebrity``s business, and Kim``s taking commercial films can be seem as hijacking a popularity of Lee``s comedy. Taking economic benefit by imitating celebrity``s performance is becoming a serious problem in Korea. Other than Kim``s episode, radio advertisement which imitates fad word was pointed out to infringe celebrity``s right. Adopting the logic which is similar to overtaking right can be also considered as a good method to protect celbrity``s right about their performance.

종래의 음향기기에서 소리 크기는 각 주파수별로 다른 감도를 갖는 개인의 주파수 청력 특성을 고려하지 않고 모든 주파수에 대하여 동일하게 선형으로 소리 크기를 조절한다. 따라서 감도가 높은 주파수대에서 청력 손상을 일으킨다. 이를 개선하기 위한 표준 청력특성, ISO266:2003 표준을 이용한 평활화 방법이 있지만, 이 표준에 따른 등청감곡선은 여러 사람에 대해 평균한 청력특성이기 때문에 다양한 환경에 의해 변형된 개인별 청력특성에 맞지 않아 청력 손상을 감소시키는 실질적인 효과가 저하되는 문제점이 있다. 본 연구는 사람마다 다른 최소가칭한계 특성을 갖는 청각특성과 최대가청한계를 고려하여 소리 크기를 조절함으로써 음향기기에 의한 청각 손상을 감소시키는 방법에 관한 것이다. 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통해 청력 특성이 좋은 대역에서 기존 방법에 비해 보다 낮은 소리 크기에서 불편없이 인지 가능하다는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, 동시에 과도한 대역별 소리 에너지를 줄여 청각 손상도 방지할 수 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

오픈형 스월 인젝터의 스월 챔버 형상 변화에 따른 동특성 연구

스월 인젝터는 액체로켓 엔진에서의 연료 분사 장치로 널리 사용되고 있으며, 이에 따른 연구 또한 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 특히 연소 불안정 문제를 해결하는 것은 모든 종류의 액체로켓 엔진에서 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 연소불안정을 해결하기 위한 기초 연구로 오픈형 스월 인젝터에 대한 수류실험을 수행하였다. 인젝터로 유입되는 작동유체에 압력 섭동을 발생시키고, 그에 따른 응답특성을 실험적으로 파악하였다. 또한, 인젝터 스월 챔버의 길이와 지름을 변화시킴으로써 인젝터 구조의 변화에 따른 응답 특성의 변화를 확인하였다. Swirl injectors are widely used for Liquid Rocket Engine(LRE) as fuel injection system -and following researches are also being carried out throughout the world. Especially, solving combustion instability problem is essential for every type of LREs. In this study, cold test was carried out for open type swirl injector as a fundamental research to solve combustion instability problem. Pressure fluctuation was applied to the inlet flow coming into the injector and the following response characteristics were observed. The effect of swirl chamber geometry was also studied by changing both swirl chamber length and diameter.

PRT차량의 Rolling 감소를 위한 Anti-roll bar의 적용 연구

본 논문에서는 PRT 차량의 Rolling 감소를 위해 Anti-roll bar 를 적용하여 동특성 분석을 진행 하였다. 다물체 동역학 프로그램인 Adams/car 를 이용하여 Anti-roll bar 를 모델링하여 ISO 3888 (Double Lane Change test)를 진행하였다. 그 결과, 앞뒤 현가장치 모두 Anti-roll bar 를 장착한 경우 가장 큰 감소율을 보였다. Anti-roll bar 를 장착하지 않은 경우 대비 Roll displacement 의 경우 30.4% 감소 Roll rate 의 경우 29.5% 감소를 보였다. 차량의 주행안정성에 영향을 미치는 Side slip angle 의 경우도 12.5% 감소 하였다. 그러나 Antiroll bar 를 장착한 경우에 횡가속도 와 Yaw 가 증가 하였으나 그 차이는 거의 없다. In this paper, we performed the dynamic analyses of a PRT vehicle model with anti-roll bars to decrease rolling motions. The PRT vehicle with anti-roll bars was simulated according to the ISO 3888, Double Lane Change test, by using the multi-body dynamics software. As the result, the roll angle of the PRT vehicle with anti-roll bars on the front and rear suspension was the smallest when compared with the cases with one anti-roll bar or without any anti-roll bar. A roll displacement and rolling rate could be reduced by 30.4% and 29.5% respectively. The side slip angle, which affects vehicle running stability, was reduced by 12.5%. Although the lateral acceleration and the yawing angle were increased, the increases of these values were small and negligible.

섭동 학습을 기반으로 한 시계열 이상치 탐지 기법

비지도 학습 기반의 시계열 이상치 탐지(Anomaly Detection)는 실제 이상치에 관한 정보를 얻는 것이 불가능하다는 전제하에 수행하는 도전적인 문제이다. 기존 모델들은 정상 데이터가 공통적으로 갖는 특성에 집중하여 학습하지만, 일부 극심한 형태의 이상치에 취약하거나 편향된 정상성 가정으로 인해 구별이 되어야 하는 시간적 패턴(Temporal Pattern)을 띄는 이상치를 놓치기 쉽다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 섭동(Perturbation) 학습 기반의 이상치 탐지 기법은 편향을 야기할 수 있는 정상데이터에 관한 가정을 배제하고, 알려지지 않은 이상치의 시간적 패턴 형태에 제약 받지 않는다. 또한, 시계열 데이터셋에 특화된 섭동을 적용함으로써 전체 타임스텝에 대한 이상 점수 획득이 가능한 형태로 개선하였다. 널리 알려진 벤치마크 데이터셋 실험을 통해 섭동 학습기반의 이상치 탐지 방법이 시계열 데이터셋에도 특화되어 적용 가능함을 보였다.

온라인(On Line)상에 나타난 중국어 줄임말 형식 유행어 고찰

인터넷이 탄생하고 스마트 기기가 보편화되면서 세상은 초스피드 사회가 되었다. 2014년 12월 중국인터넷정보센터(CNNIC)의 발표에 의하면 중국의 인터넷 보급률은 47.9%, 인터넷 가입자 수는 6억4천9백만 명에 달한다고 한다. 이에 사람들은 갈수록 보다 작고, 보다 빠르며, 보다 간편한 것을 추구하게 되었다. 이는 언어생활에도 막대한 영향을 미쳤고 줄임말의 급속한 증가로 나타났다. 줄임말의 급속한 증가현상은 줄임말의 증가가 단순히 어휘의 증가나 일시적 유행어로 그치는 것이 아니라 줄임 방식이 어휘를 확장시키는 중요한 조어법(造語法)이 되기 때문에 대단히 중요하다. 본고에서는 온라인상에 나타난 새로운 형식의 중국어 줄임말 유행어를 어휘적 관점에서 크게 한자형 줄임말 , 병음식 줄임말 , 숫자형 줄임말 로 분류하여 그 유형과 특징을 살펴보았다. 나아가 이러한 줄임말이 생성되고 유행하게 된원인을 살펴보고 긍정적, 부정적인 차원에서의 향후 발전 추세에 대한 전망도 해보았다. Since the internet and the smart devices were widespread, the world has extremely rapidly changed. According to a report of China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC) in December 2014, the Internet penetration rate in China is 47.9% with 649 million subscribers. This has made people tend to pursue smaller, faster and simpler things. This has also had substantial influence on the use of language and led to a rapid increase of abbreviations. The increased use of abbreviations is worthy of notice because not only this phenomenon means increase in mere vocabulary or temporary vogue words, but also abbreviating method offers a core tool of word formation that expands vocabulary. This article examined the types and characteristics of new abbreviated Chinese vogue words appeared online by classifying them into ``Abbreviations based on Chinese character,`` ``Abbreviations based on Chinese phonetic alphabets(Chinese Pinyin)`` and ‘Numerical abbreviations``. In addition, it examined the causes of frequent appearance and popularity of the abbreviations and a possible future tendency in both positive and negative aspects.
