운동 강도에 따른 장기간 저항성 운동이 중년여성들의 과산화지질(MDA)과 항산화효소(SOD)에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 운동 강도에 따른 장기간 저항성 운동이 중년여성들의 MDA(지질 과산화물) 및 SOD(항산화효소)에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 데 있다. 실험대상자는 중년여성으로서 저항성 운동그룹(N=8, age=46.23±3.89yrs.)과 대조군(N=8, year=45.86±4.67)으로 나누어 연구하였다. 저항성 운동프로그램은 16주간 4주씩 Stage 1-4, 4개의 단계로 각 단계 간 1RM을 측정하여 강도는 60-80%로 점진적 과부하의 원칙으로 단계별로 나누어 구성하였으며, 운동은 주 3회 1일 60분간 실시하였다. 또한 MDA 및 SOD는 운동전, 중(8주후), 후(16주후)로 나누어 측정하였다. 그 결과 MDA는 운동군에서 8주후 유의(p<0.05)하게 감소하였고, 8주후부터 16주까지는 증가는 있었지만 유의차는 없었다. 그리고 두 그룹 간 측정시기별 상호작용효과는 유의(p<0.05)한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 SOD는 운동군에서 16주후에 유의(p<0.05)하게 증가되었고, 반면 대조군에서는 16주후, 유의(p<0.05)하게 감소된 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 두 그룹 간 측정시기별 상호작용효과는 유의(p<0.01)한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 위의 결과를 종합하면, 16주간 점진적 운동 강도에 따른 저항성 운동이 중년여성들에게 있어 MDA를 감소시키고, SOD를 증가시킨 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 운동 강도에 따라 MDA는 운동군에서 1RM의 60-70%일 때는 유의하게 감소하였지만, 강도(1RM의 70-80%)가 올라갈수록 서서히 증가되는 것을 알 수 있었으며, 반면 SOD는 강도가 증가하더라도 긍정적인 결과를 나타냈다. 이상과 같이 장기간 운동 강도에 따른 저항성 운동은 중년여성들에게 있어 MDA를 감소시키고, SOD를 증가시켜 활성산소에 대한 산화적응 및 방어기전을 높이는데 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of long-term resistance exercise according to exercise intensity of middle-aged women on MDA and SOD. The object of the study was middle aged women, which was divided into exercise group(N=8, year=46.23±3.89) and control group(N=8, year=45.86±4.67). Resistance exercise program consisted of Stage 1-4, 4 stages taking 16 weeks, each 4 weeks measuring 1RM in each stage with 60-80% of intensity according to gradual overload principle, and the exercise was made 3 times a week for 60 minuets a day. And MDA and SOD was measured before exercise, in exercise and after exercise. As the result, MDA was decreased significantly in exercise group after 8 weeks and between 8 weeks and 16 weeks, there was any increase, but no significant difference. In control group, there was no change and interaction effect by measurement period among two groups showed significant difference. And SOD increased significantly in excise group after 16 weeks, on the contrary in control group, it decreased significantly after 16 weeks. And interaction effect by measurement period among two groups showed significant difference. As the result of this study, resistance exercise according to exercise intensity for 16 weeks for middle aged women decreased MDA and increased SOD. Especially, it was found that MDA decreased significantly at 60-70% of 1RM in exercise group, but as intensity goes up, it increased gradually. On the contrary, SOD showed positive result though intensity increased. In conclusion, it was showed that resistance exercise according to exercise intensity of long period for middle aged women had effect on raising oxidation adaptation and defence capacity about free radical by decreasing MDA and increasing SOD.
테이핑 처치에 따른 수중운동이 퇴행성 슬관절염 여성노인들의 하지근력, 통증척도 및 골밀도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was effects of aquatic exercise with knee taping to improved lower extremity muscle strength, bone mineral density, pain degree of elderly women with knee osteoarthritis. 30 elderly women with knee osteoarthritis were chosen, there were divided into taping exercise group(N=10), exercise group(N=10) and control group(N=10). Measured before exercise, after 6 weeks and after 12 weeks. It was shown that muscle strength, bone mineral density, pain degree at exercise(taping & non-taping) groups to improved significantly after 6, 12weeks rather than before exercise. And especially, taping exercise group increased rather than exercise group at pain degree. To synthesis this result, aquatic exercise program increased considerably muscle strength, bone mineral density, pain reduction in elderly women with knee osteoarthritis.
퇴행성슬관절염 여성노인의 운동과 테이핑이 근력과 골밀도, 혈중 IGF-1에 미치는 영향

Purpose:This study was to explore the effects of knee joint taping exercise on muscle strength, bone mineral density, pain and IGF-1 in blood of elderly women with knee Osteoarthritis. Methods:Thirty elderly women with knee osteoarthritis were divided into three groups: the taping with exercise group (n=10), the regular exercise group (n=10) and control group (n=10). Participants` muscle strength, bone mineral density, pain and IGF-1 in blood were measured three times: before exercise, after 6 weeks, and after 12 weeks. Results:Participants in both exercise (taping & non-taping) groups showed improvement in muscle strength, bone mineral density, pain and IGF-1 in blood after 6 and 12 weeks compared to before exercise. In particular, the taping exercise group had a greater effect on muscle strength than the regular exercise group. Conclusion:Both exercise programs considerably improved muscle strength, bone mineral density, reduced pain and IGF-1 in blood in elderly women with knee Osteoarthritis. The knee joint taping exercise is perhaps a better exercise to improve muscle strength than the regular exercise in treating elderly women with knee Osteoarthritis.
초등학교 야구선수들의 등속성 근력 및 심폐지구력에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to investigate the result of on body composition, isokinetic muscle strength and cardiopulmonary in elementary school baseball player. The subjects consisted of 12aged male, who were divided into one group of 8 trained more than 2 years baseball experience and another group of 8 normal subjects. Cardiopulmonary metabolic variables were treasured during graded maximal exercise utilizing a treadmill. Also body composition and cybex isokinetic muscle strength were measured. The following conclusion was made in result of the test for the subjects. The height, weight and BMI, the player groups were shown to be higher significantly(p v.05) than normal groups. In isokiretic muscle strength, the player groups showed to be higher the significant(p <.05) than normal groups in cybex isokinetic muscle strength factor. In VO₂max, the player groups showed to be higher the significant(p <.05) than normal groups. From the result of this study, it can be concluded that elementary baseball players shown to be higher than normal groups for body composition, isokinetic muscle and cardiopulmonary.
중년여성들의 장기간 유산소운동이 혈중 항산화효소 및 지질과산화물에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of long-term aerobic exercise according to exercise intensity of middle-aged women on MDA and SOD, GPX. The subject of the study was middle aged women, which was divided into aerobic exercise group(N=8, age=44.46±3.77yrs.) and control group(N=8 age=45.86±4.67). Aerobic exercise program consisted of Stage 1-4, 4 stages taking 16weeks, each 4 weeks measuring exercise load test in each stage with 50-70% of intensity according to gradual overload principle, and the exercise was made 3 times a week for 60 minuets a day. And MDA and SOD, GPX were measured before exercise, during exercise and after exercise. As the result, MDA was decreased significantly in exercise group after 16 weeks. And SOD increased significantly in exercise group after 16 weeks, on the contrary in control group, it significantly decreased. Finally GPX increased significantly in exercise group after 16 weeks. As the result of this study, aerobic exercise according to exercise intensity of long period for middle aged women had effect on raising oxidation adaptation and defence capacity about free radical by decreasing MDA and increasing SOD, GPX.

The purpose of this study is in the comparison & analysis of EMS change of upper limbs according to pitching variation of baseball pitcher. And 5 pitchers from university baseball were selected as the subject of this study. pitching variation was measured pitching fast ball, curve, slider & change-up in 3 phases of measurement. Firstly, as for the EMG value, in arm cocking phase, no significant difference was shown in 4 kinds of change in pitching variation among muscle, and in arm acceleration phase, there was significant decrease at extensor carpi radialis & flexor carpi radialis in curve & change-up rather than fast ball. Lastly, in arm decceleration phase, the significant decrease was shown at deltoid, extensor carpi radialis & flexor carpi radialis in curve & change-up rather than fast ball. From this result, it was shown that there is a tendency toward significant decrease in forearm muscles that other muscles at pitching change ball, and toward no significant difference in fast ball and slider in the all muscles.
초등학교 야구투수들의 숙련도에 따른 반복투구가 혈중 근손상지표와 피로물질에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was for the analysis of LDH, CK, Lactate & Ammonia change of elementary school baseball pitcher according to increasing the number of pitching. For the performance of this study, 14 baseball pitchers were chosen, there were divided into trained group(N=7) and non-trained group(N=7) randomly. Measurement was done before pitching, after 3 inning, after pitching, recovery 1hr and recovery 24hr. In that result, it was shown that LDH value at trained & non-trained groups increased significantly in all pitching period, and recovery period increased than before pitching. CK value increased significantly in all period. Especially trained group was not recovered even after post 24hr. Lastly, Lactate & Ammonia increased significantly in all pitching period, and recovery period decreased. To synthesis this result, it was shown for elementary school baseball pitcher when they pitched that LDH, CK, lactate & ammonia value increased considerably according to increasing the number of pitching.
